Obviously the capabilities of the network of collaborators have a significant role in mentioned collaboration. So in this paper fundamental indicator of those capabilities were firstly specified by literature review. Secondly final indicators were selected using survey of experts of a CoPS producing company. Thirdly these indicators were classified in components by expert survey and using SEM in LISREL software. These components encompass collaborators competency (incorporating knowledge and skillfulness, keeping up to date, complying to standards and financial ability), task performance capability (incorporating project quality, time and responsibility during and after project completion) and adaptability (incorporating accordance to values, time and flexibility in deliverables). The results of hypothesis tests illustrate that competency has a significant and positive impact on task performance and the latter has a similar impact on adaptability but there is no direct and significant correlation between competency and adaptability while there exists an indirect one. با توجه به اینکه پروژه‏های تحقیق و توسعه محصولات با سامانه های پیچیده(CoPS ) نیازمند به منابع خاصی هست که از عهده یک سازمان خارج است؛ همکاری در قالب شبکه، مهم‏ترین رویکرد سازمان‏ها در این زمینه به حساب می‏آید. طبیعی است که قابلیت‏های شبکه همکاران نقش تعیین‏کننده‏ای در این همکاری دارد، بنابر این در این مقاله با احصاء شاخص‏های اساسی این قابلیت‏ها از طریق مطالعه ادبیات و نظرسنجی از خبرگان یک سازمان تولیدکننده محصولات با سامانه‏های پیچیده، شاخص های نهایی استخراج شدند و با نظرسنجی از خبرگان و استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار LISREL، خوشه بندی در قالب مؤلفه‏ها صورت گرفت. این مؤلفه‏ها شامل شایستگی همکاران (مشتمل بر دانش و مهارت، به‏روز بودن، داشتن استانداردها و توانایی مالی)، قابلیت انجام وظیفه (شامل کیفیت انجام پروژه، زمان انجام آن و مسئولیت‏پذیری در حین و پس از اتمام پروژه) و قابلیت تطبیق (شامل تطبیق ارزش‏ها، انعطاف در خروجی ها و تطبیق در زمان) می‏شود. نتایج آزمون فرض‏ها نشان داد که قابلیت شایستگی اثر مثبت و تعیین کننده‏ای بر قابلیت انجام وظیفه و قابلیت انجام وظیفه اثر مشابهی بر قابلیت تطبیق پذیری دارد، اما رابطه معناداری به صورت مستقیم، بین قابلیت شایستگی و تطبیق پذیری وجود ندارد، هر چند که به صورت غیر مستقیم در ارتباط هستند. http://modiriyatfarda.ir/fa/Article/Download/25348
