The issue of interest in this research is to identify the criteria, determine the level of interdependence of these criteria and their relative value in developing the competencies of heavy machinery and equipment managers. DEMATEL and ANP methods have been used to calculate the major indicators, the level of dependency and the level of impact indicators. The statistical population of this study was directors and senior experts in the construction industry, general contractors companies and managers of the manufacturer and importer of heavy machinery and equipment. The method of collecting initial information was face-to-face consultation with industry experts. In the next step questionnaire sent to 86 managers and experts, 52 questionnaires were cited and their data were used in this study. The results showed that functional factor was main then knowledge and behavioral factor of managers along with main factor would be the most helpful. The index of the ability to apply goals of the project or organization will have the greatest impact of Improvement of heavy machinery managers&rsquo; competencies. In the field of knowledge, technical and technological knowledge of heavy machinery and equipment along with behavioral indicators, the flexibility have very influential to improve the managers&rsquo; competencies.</p> <p>هدف اصلی این مقاله، شناسایی و رتبه&zwnj;بندی عوامل مؤثر بر شایستگی مدیران ماشین&zwnj;آلات و تجهیزات سنگین است. مسئله موردتوجه در این تحقیق، شناسایی معیارها، تعیین سطح وابستگی متقابل این معیارها و میزان ارزش نسبی آن&zwnj;ها در توسعه شایستگی مدیران ماشین&zwnj;آلات و تجهیزات سنگین است. از دو روش دیمتل و فرایند تحلیل شبکه&zwnj;ای برای محاسبه شاخص&zwnj;های عمده، محاسبه سطح وابستگی و تعیین سطح اهمیت شاخص&zwnj;ها استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش مدیران و کارشناسان ارشد صنعت ساخت، شرکت&zwnj;های پیمانکاری و مدیران تولیدکننده و واردکننده ماشین&zwnj;آلات و تجهیزات سنگین بود. روش جمع&zwnj;آوری اطلاعات اولیه مراجعه حضوری و مصاحبه با خبرگان این صنعت بود. در مرحله بعد پرسشنامه تحقیق به 86 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان این صنعت ارسال گردد که داده&zwnj;های 52 پرسشنامه در این تحقیق مورداستفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج به&zwnj;دست&zwnj;آمده نشان داد که بعد عملکردی، بعد دانشی و بعد رفتاری مدیران مهم&zwnj;ترین شاخص&lrm;ها هستند. در این راستا، شاخص توانایی به&zwnj;کارگیری در جهت اهداف پروژه یا سازمان از بعد عملکردی بیشترین تأثیر را روی ارتقای شایستگی یک مدیر ماشین&zwnj;آلات می&zwnj;گذارد. در بعد دانشی، دانش فنی، فناوری روز ماشین&zwnj;آلات و تجهیزات سنگین در کنار شاخص رفتاری انعطاف&zwnj;پذیری در بهبود بهتر شایستگی مدیران تأثیر زیادی دارد.</p> http://modiriyatfarda.ir/fa/Article/Download/27233
