In this article, contingency theory is used as the theoretical framework of the research. This is a quantitative study in terms of research type. The survey method has been used as a research strategy and data collection method. The main tool of data collection in the research is a standard questionnaire, which is adapted based on the questionnaire used in the research of Junkira et al. (2018). Smart pls software was used for data analysis. The results of the research show that more competitive forces cause the formation of the strategy chosen by organizations, however, contrary to what the theoretical foundations predict, those companies that operate in more competitive environments choose a cost leadership strategy instead of choosing a differentiation strategy. . The design and use of management control systems is influenced by the strategy chosen by the company. In addition, the use of contemporary management methods is associated with differentiation strategy. The choice of strategy and management control systems in the organization has a significant positive effect on organizational performance. In addition, those companies that combine the differentiation strategy with contemporary management practices perform better than the other companies studied. این تحقیق به منظور مطالعه اثر انتخاب‌های راهبردی و سامانه‌های کنترل مدیریت بر عملکرد سازمانی در شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط در ایران صورت گرفته است. در مقاله حاضر، از نظریه اقتضایی به عنوان چارچوب نظری تحقیق استفاده شده است. این از نظر نوع پژوهش، مطالعه‌ای کمّی است. از روش پیمایشی به عنوان استراتژی پژوهشی و روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها استفاده شده است. ابزار اصلی گرداوری داده‌ها در تحقیق، پرسشنامه استاندارد است که براساس پرسشنامه مورد استفاده در تحقیق جونکیرا و همکاران(2018) اقتباس شده است. نرم افزاراسمارت pls برای تحلیل داده‌ها مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که نیروهای رقابتی پروتر باعث شکل‌گیری راهبرد انتخاب شده توسط سازمان‌ها می‌شوند، با این حال، برخلاف آنچه مبانی نظری پیش‌بینی می‌کند، آن شرکت‌هایی که در محیط‌های رقابتی‌تر مشغول به فعالیت هستند، به جای انتخاب راهبردتمایز، راهبرد رهبری هزینه را بر می‌گزینند. طراحی و استفاده از سامانه‌های کنترل مدیریت تحت تأثیر راهبرد انتخاب شده توسط شرکت است. بعلاوه استفاده از شیوه‌های مدیریتی معاصر با راهبرد تمایز همراه است. انتخاب راهبرد و سامانه‌های کنترل مدیریت در سازمان، تاثیر مثبت بر معناداری بر عملکرد سازمانی دارد. علاوه بر این، آن دسته از شرکت‌هایی که راهبرد تمایز را با شیوه‌های مدیریت معاصر تلفیق می‌کنند، بهتر از سایر شرکت‌های مورد بررسی عمل می‌کنند. http://modiriyatfarda.ir/fa/Article/Download/38746
