This work, while explaining the important characteristics in order to achieve the sacred goals of the seminary, such as; Jurisprudence-based management, ethics and spirituality, jihadi component, adherence to the principles and values of the revolution, central independence, centralized management, comprehensive awareness of the management system, reliance on manager training and hostility, believes that in the field of these characteristics with harm Cognitions and recognizing the obstacles in the way can be used by using useful and effective solutions such as: ethics-based jurisprudence, obtaining performance guarantees, applied spirituality with jihadi actions, changing the status from passivity to active, operationalization of structural and material independence with jihadi action, management The Righteous Council has dealt with hostility in two areas: defense and aggression, in order to achieve it.. حوزه های علمیه از مراکز بسیار مهم پرورش و تربیت طلاب علوم دینی محسوب شده و بستری در جهت تربیت علماء، فقیهان و مراجع تقلید محسوب می‌گردد که با چشم انداز اهداف والای اجتماعی در حوزه‌ی تعالی فرهنگ ناب اسلامی به فعالیت‌های مختلف در عرصه‌های گوناگون می‌پردازد. بر این مبنا تحقق اهداف خطیر آن نهاد در سایه‌ی مدیریت مطلع، آگاه و توانمند به شاخصه های مدیریت ایده آل و اهداف عالی آن، میسر و امکان‌پذیرخواهد بود. پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی درصدد تبیین، تحلیل و ارزیابی شاخصه های مدیریت مطلوب حوزه‌ی علمیه با تکیه‌ی عمده بر فرمایشات مقام معظم رهبری است. این اثر ضمن تبیین شاخصه های مهم در راستای تأمین اهداف مقدس حوزه نظیر؛ مدیریت فقه محور، اخلاق و معنویت، مؤلفه جهادی، پایبندی به مبانی و ارزش های انقلاب، استقلال محوری، مدیریت متمرکز، آگاهی جامع بر نظام مدیریتی، تکیه بر تربیت مدیر و مسأله‌ی دشمن شناسی، در صدد اثبات این مطلب است که در حوزه‌ی شاخصه‌های مذکور با آسیب شناسی‌ها و شناخت موانع موجود در مسیر، می‌توان با به کار بستن راهکارهای مفید و مؤثر همچون: فقه اخلاق محور، اخذ ضمانت اجرا، معنویت کاربردی با اقدامات جهادی، تغییر وضعیت از انفعال به فعال، عملیاتی سازی استقلال ساختاری و مادی با اقدام جهادی، مدیریت شورایی قائم به فرد اصلح، دشمن‌شناسی در دو محور: دفاع و تهاجم، در جهت تحقق اهداف عالیه گامی مثمر ثمر برداشت. http://modiriyatfarda.ir/ar/Article/Download/36496
