This problem may be a delay in sending resources from suppliers and other relevant principles to project site in the supply chain. The importance of EPC projects supply chain will be increased when all the project's activities completed and constructed at the other site and assembled at main site due to time constraints of the project. For better management of resources and the improvement of the supply chain delay can be increased by determine the optimal order based on resource constraints and needs of the project and the time required for the implementation of supply chain activities.Accordingly, in this paper, the mathematical model assuming specified time of the project, to determine the optimal ordering and timing of the supply chain is described. So that the total cost of maintenance on the project site and supply chain will be minimized.
Because the model is non-linear and may cause problems in problem-solving, methods are used for linearization function. In this model data will be generated in Excel software and ran in GAMS software and the results will be analyzed. Most obtained important results are the downside movement of the objective function with regard to increasing the period of implementation of supply chain activities, The same time supply chain activities in the same order with the same period for the implementation of supply chain activities, The same total amount of the order if increasing cycle time.
The Timing-inventory model innovation include, considering project schedule, project inventory, order several courses for project resources, timing of the projects supply chain together multiple sources.
In addition, the Timing-inventory model afforded by the combination of supply chain production issues related to the project.

This behavior is irrational and often takes emotionally. Modeling and simulation of Impulse Buying behavior help the researchers and managers to understand and predict behavior and planning. Thus, the aim of this paper is developing and proposes a conceptual and mathematical model to simulation of Impulse Buying behavior. The model focuses on the essence of human decision making which rooted in emotion as important drives for shaping and directing human behavior. The proposed model is developed based upon the consumer agent’s culture and personality and situational and seller characteristics.
