In order to use the benefits of Enterprise architecture, the growing trend of its implementation in the organization should be considered. For this purpose, it is necessary to use control and evaluation tools. Enterprise architecture maturity assessment, as one of the effective methods of managing enterprise architecture process, is very important. The goal of maturity assessment is to determine the current status of the organization and to draw a clear picture of the future growth path of the organization. Today, the importance of maturity assessment in various organizational areas is becoming increasingly evident. However, in this area, in the field of financial and banking institutions, due to the complexity of the architecture of information technology and organizational architecture in these institutions, no significant activities were undertaken. Therefore, the present study aims to provide a new and customized model, in order to measure the maturity level of enterprise architecture, in one of the largest banks in Iran. For this purpose, after the extraction of the subject literature, the study and observation of the target bank have been dealt with. The descriptive approach and the structural equations have been developed and then the conceptual model has been extracted. The model includes 3 dimensions, 23 variables and 75 indicators معماری سازمانی به عنوان یکی از راهکارهای مؤثر همسوسازی فناوری اطلاعات با کسب‌وکار به شمار می‌آید. در راستای برخورداری از مزایای معماری سازمانی بایستی روند روبه‌ رشد پیاده‌سازی آن در سازمان، مورد توجه قرار گیرد. بدین منظور ضرورت دارد از ابزارهای کنترلی و ارزیابی استفاده گردد. ارزیابی بلوغ معماری سازمانی، به عنوان یکی از روش‌های مدیریت مؤثر فرآیند معماری سازمانی، از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. هدف از ارزیابی بلوغ، تعیین وضع فعلی سازمان و ترسیم تصویر روشنی از مسیر رشد آینده سازمان است. امروزه اهمیت ارزیابی بلوغ در حوزه‌های گوناگون سازمانی بیش از پیش احساس می‌گردد. با این حال در این فضا، در حوزه مؤسسات مالی و بانکی، باتوجه به پیچیدگی معماری فناوری اطلاعات و معماری سازمانی در این مؤسسات، فعالیت‌های قابل توجهی صورت نگرفته‌است. از این رو پژوهش حاضر به ارائه مدل جدید و سفارشی، در راستای سنجش سطح بلوغ معماری سازمانی، در یکی از بزرگترین بانک‌های ایران پرداخته‌است. برای این منظور پس از استخراج ادبیات موضوعی به مطالعه و مشاهده بانک مورد نظر پرداخته و با رویکرد توصیفی و با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری، مدل مفهومی مورد نظر استخراج گردیده‌است. مدل مذکور شامل 3 بعد، 23 متغیر و 75 شاخص است. http://modiriyatfarda.ir/en/Article/Download/25049
