In this research, an attempt has been made to use the Meta-synthesis method to study, analyze and combine appropriate indicators, to for strategic management of the Simultaneous Ambidexterity of exploration and exploitation activities in organizations have been extracted, and then using the experts in this The proposed framework are a provided. The population of all the studies in the period 2004 to 2020 and 1390 to 1399. In this regard, 181 studies were evaluated in the field of assessment and 59 articles were purposefully selected and Finally, it was categorized and analyzed in 6 dimensions and 23 components of dual power with the opinion of experts. The validity of the components was confirmed by one-sample t-test and Kappa Cohen test in SPSS. This study identifies the categories, contextual, intermediate, intervening factors, indicators and consequences of exploration and exploitation activities at the same ambidexterity organizations, Also the approaches for resolving this paradox, can be used as a basis for managers and officials of companies and organizations in the direction of strategic decisions to effectively manage these units. مدیران همواره در مواجه با پارادوکس های راهبردی، بدنبال گزینه هایی برای پرداخت به عناصر متضاد یک مساله تصمیم گیری هستند. از مهمترین این مسایل، پارادوکس فعالیت های بهره برداری و اکتشاف در سازمان ها، و حل آن از طریق دوسوتوانی سازمانی است. در این پژوهش تلاش گردیده است تا با استفاده از روش فراترکیب به بررسی، تجزیه و تحلیل و ترکیب شاخص های مناسب، برای مدیریت راهبردی تناقض دوسوتواني همزمان فعاليت هاي اکتشاف و بهره برداري سازمان ها استخراج شده و سپس با بهره گیری از خبرگان مطرح در این حوزه چارچوب پیشنهادی ارائه گردد. جامعه آماری، کلیه مطالعات انجام شده در بازه زمانی 2004 تا 2020 میلادی و همچنین 1390 تا سال 1399می باشد. در این راستا 181 پژوهش در زمینه موضوع موردنظر ارزیابی و درنهایت 59 مقاله به صورت هدفمند انتخاب گردیده و در 6 بعد و 23 مؤلفه دوسوتواني با نظر خبرگان دسته بندی و مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. اعتبار مولفه ها از طریق آزمون های تی تک نمونه ای و کاپای کوهن در spss تأیید گردید. پژوهش حاضر با شناسایی مقوله ها در قالب عوامل زمینه ای، واسطه ای، مداخله گر، شاخص ها و پیامدهاي دوسوتواني همزمان فعاليت هاي اکتشاف و بهره برداري سازمان ها و همچنین رویکردهای حل این پارادوکس، می تواند مبنایی براي مدیران و مسئولان شرکت ها و سازمان ها در راستاي تصمیم گیري هاي راهبردي براي مدیریت اثربخش این واحدها قرار گیر http://modiriyatfarda.ir/en/Article/Download/27004
