Abstract :
In recent years, numerous problems and obstacles have hampered the ability of companies to produce and distribute their products. Organizations are always exposed to threats from inside and outside the environment and challenge organizations for a while. Natural disasters, disease outbreaks, terrorist attacks, recessions, equipment, and machinery failures, as well as human error, are examples of how the environment threatens the stability and security of the organization. Today, the organization's supply chain is more complex than in the past and is more sensitive to disruptions. In general, in today's turbulent and uncertain business environment, the supply chain is prone to accepting events that lead to business disruption. How organizations can manage existing discontinuities and uncertainties has been the focus of industry experts and researchers in recent years. Based on studies, researchers have found that to reduce these consequences, supply chain management must move towards innovative approaches in order to be more able to deal with risk disorders and disruptions. In this regard, focusing on the concept of resilience can be helpful. Resilient organizations are less sensitive to supply chain ruptures and can manage them when ruptures occur and are at risk. For the success of organizations in such situations, the supply chain has a large share in this success, and therefore supply chain resilience is more evident. In the present study, the factors affecting supply chain resilience and modeling of these factors are investigated. In this study, which has been done with a combined qualitative-quantitative approach, at first using the interpretive structural modeling (ISM) method, the conceptual model of the research was extracted and then the model was designed in the first stage with quantitative structural equation modeling approach has been quantitatively evaluated. According to the results of the research in the first stage, it was found that environmental and external factors, risk management, knowledge and information technology management, human resources, management and leadership, efficiency and effectiveness, supply chain enablers, financial resources, and flexibility are the most important factors. Supply chain and environmental and external factors as the most important factor affecting the flexibility and consequently resilience of the supply chain of the organization. Also, based on the results in the second phase of the research, there is a direct and significant relationship between environmental and external factors with risk management, knowledge and information technology management, human resources, management and leadership, efficiency and effectiveness, supply chain enablers and financial resources.
