The insurance industry is vital in the country that is affected by green marketing. However, there is no accurate information on the green marketing situation in the country's insurance industry. This research has been tried to identify the main criteria of green marketing evaluation to provide a model for a green marketing audit. In this regard, first, the main criteria were identified and approved by experts through a questionnaire. The final framework consists of 24 sub-criteria that are classified into ten criteria. Then, by using the fuzzy DEMATEL method, the internal relationships between the criteria and the hierarchical analysis method, each criterion and sub-criteria's final weight are obtained. According to the results, among the causes, the criterion of mission has the greatest effect on all criteria and takes the least effect from other criteria. So, this criterion has the most stimulus role, and by optimizing it, we can expect the optimization of other factors. The green sales factor is also strongly influenced by other factors and is optimized by optimizing other factors. Also, the criterion of the mission with an effective weight of 0.23 is the most important, and the criterion of green design with an effective weight of 0.024 is the least important Manuscript profile

Innovation plays an important role in the banking industry, which is very competitive. In addition to their social responsibility obligations, banks are responsible for maximizing profitability and increasing shareholder wealth, and the only way for banks to achieve this desired result is through innovation. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to test the conceptual model of factors affecting the development of service innovation in the banking industry. This research has been based on an applied-developmental goal. In this research, in the first stage, using structural-interpretive modeling, the conceptual model of factors affecting the development of service innovation in the banking industry has been developed and in the next stage, using the path-structural modeling, the developed model has been tested. To collect the data, two researcher-made questionnaires were used, which were distributed among the members of the statistical sample after determining their validity and reliability. The statistical population in the model development section, experts familiar with the subject and in the model testing section, all managers, heads of branches and their deputies in Bank Mellat have been. Accordingly, 13 experts and 108 managers, heads of departments and deputies participated in two parts of the study as a statistical sample. Findings while showing different relationships between the dimensions of service innovation development in the banking industry, show that the process of new service development is the most influential factor and the organization and management are the most influential factor in the development of bank service innovation. In the present article, to facilitate the management of processes in the East Azerbaijan Province Gas Co., a Hybrid Process Maturity Model has been developed. This model has been presented and implemented with a combined approach of selected maturity models, considering the limitations of maturity models, which makes the models not comprehensive enough. The capability of the proposed model framework, unlike other models, is that the above model can be evaluated in detail. In this regard, first, the key processes of the company have been identified. Then by collecting the required information on how to implement the processes, the maturity levels of the key processes of the organization have been evaluated according to the proposed model and current level, the desired level of maturity is set. Implementing solutions also have been proposed to improve the processes. According to the collected information, 16 of the 26 Key Processes of the East Azerbaijan Gas Co. are at level zero or incomplete process implementation, eight processes are at level one or planned and two processes are at level two or controlled. The evaluation of the organizational performance is an important area in management. The significance of the performance evaluation is mainly associated with its necessity for the originations and managers. In other words, if the performance of the organization is not evaluated, its management is hampered. This study aims to examine the relationship between the components of organizational performance evaluation. The research population includes 30 cases chosen from the university lecturers and the elite in the fields of organizational performance evaluation, supply chain, logistics and support. The sample size was determined using the census approach. The research method was descriptive and correlational, and a self-constructed questionnaire—using the Delphi method— was used to collect the data. The validity and reliability of the scale were reported as 0.96 and 0.91, respectively. The obtained data were analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistics in the form of tables and figures. The data were analyzed by Smart PLS and Structural Equation Modeling. Attempts were made to examine all the factors affecting the logistic organizational performance. Therefore, six main factors and 30 minor factors in the form of 101 items were examined. The results showed that infrastructure and input, growth and learning, results and consequences, stakeholders’ satisfaction, finance and procedures were confirmed as main factors of logistic organizational performance evaluation. This article firstly tries to identify the various dimensions of successful implementation and development business intelligence as a set of technologies and processes that promote the procedure of the decision-making in the organization. Next, the effect of these dimensions on the process of decision-making in Eghtesad-e-Novin Bank, as a financial organization in which the speed of decision-making is of importance will be discussed. The criteria are the cultural, strategic and environmental factors, human resources and business intelligence tools the effects of which are discussed on the variable of "the latency in decision- making" in four divisions of organizational decision environment. The research methodology is mixed in this research and for this purpose in the qualitative part, the different dimensions of success in implementation and development business intelligence were extracted on the quality of decision-making with the Delphi technique by using the method of interviews and open questions in three stages and with the snowball method with the opinions of 18 experts. In the quantitative part, the priorities were determined with the help of the Analysis Network Process and Super Decision software. Finally, the main questionnaire has been finalized for the distribution among 90 personnel of different levels of the development and implement of business intelligence systems and the direct users of these systems in the organization. With the help of Smart Plus software and structural equations, as well as the effect of research variables on the reduction in the latency in decision-making, the relevant assumptions have been examined in a descriptive and survey manner with factor analysis. The proposed factors and models for evaluating business intelligence presented in this article help organizations, especially financial organizations in which speed in decision-making is of particular importance, to promote decision-making and minimize possible latencies in decision-making. Investors are trying to achieve the highest efficiency and the least risk by selecting the best companies from Among a wide variety of companies considering to various financial indicators. Accordingly, today, there are many ways to analyze the data from this company. One of the ways is clustering that classification of the companies. However, the present study aimed to identify and distinguish successful from unsuccessful companies in Tehran Stock Exchange has been done using K-means clustering. Then this problem is solved using meta-heuristic algorithms. The results indicate that meta-heuristic algorithms compared with conventional methods, more efficient and have led to a global optimum. Also these results of Altman’s bankruptcy model were confirmed results of meta-heuristic algorithms. Manuscript profile
