بررسی تاثیر ماتریالیسم ، رفتارها و نگرش های مدیریت مالی بر رفتار خرید وسواسی و پشیمانی پس از خرید

چکیده مقاله :
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر ماتریالیسم ، رفتارهای مدیریت مالی و نگرش مالی بر رفتار خرید وسواسی می-باشد.پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی – توصیفی و جامعه آماری آن دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی قزوین است که از روش نمونه گیری دسترسی آسان برای انتخاب افراد نمونه استفاده گردیده است.در راستای تعیین حجم نمونه از فرمول کوکران استفاده گردید که بر اساس آن در مجموع تعداد 385 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب گردید.جهت جمع-آوری داده های مورد نیاز نمونه های آماری از پرسشنامه استاندارد استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از اعتبار محتوا و پایایی آن با استفاده از همسانی درونی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. از آمار توصیفی برای توصیف متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی و متغیرهای پژوهش و از آمار استنباطی برای آزمون فرضیه ها به کمک نرم افزارهای SPSS و AMOS استفاده گردید.نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که ماتریالیسم یا همان مادی گرایی در راستای مثبت ، رفتار وسواسی مشتریان را تقویت می کند و رفتارهای مدیریت مالی و نگرش های مالی بر خرید وسواسی توسط افراد تاثیر منفی و معنی داری دارند ، خرید وسواسی در راستای مثبت بر رفتار پشیمانی بعد از خرید اثر مثبت و مستقیمی دارد و در نهایت رفتارهای مدیریت مالی و نگرش های مالی رابطه ی بین ماتریالیسم و خرید وسواسی را در راستای عکس تعدیل می کنند.
The aim of the study was to investigate the influence of materialism, financial management behaviors and financial attitudes on buying behavior are obsessive. This study applied research - descriptive. The population of this study was students of Islamic Azad University of Qazvin. Easy access sampling was used to select participants. Cochran formula was used to determine sample size. According to which a total of 385 students were selected as sample. To collection the required data from statistical samples was used from a standard questionnaire. The validity content and its reliability is evaluated using internal consistency. Descriptive statistics were used to describe demographic variables and inferential statistics to test hypotheses using SPSS and AMOS software. The results showed that materialism, in order to reinforce positive customer compulsive behavior, financial management behaviors and attitudes purchase tax obsessed by people who have a significant negative impact, compulsive shopping behavior in a positive direction regret after buying a direct and positive effect and eventually financial management behaviors and attitudes of the financial relationship are adjusted between materialism and compulsive buying.
