بررسی تأثیر انعطافپذیری راهبردی و انعطافپذیری تولید بر چابکی در زنجیره تأمین و عملکرد سازمانی (مورد مطالعه: صنعت مواد غذایی)

چکیده مقاله :
هدف اصلی این تحقیق بررسی تأثیر انعطافپذیری راهبردی و انعطافپذیری تولید بر چابکی در زنجیره تأمین و عملکرد سازمانی در صنعت مواد غذایی میباشد. این تحقیق ازلحاظ هدف کاربردی و ازلحاظ شیوه اجرا توصیفی – پیمایشی است. ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات در این تحقیق پرسشنامه استاندارد بود که روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه بررسی و تأیید شد. جامعه آماری در این تحقیق کلیه کارشناسان و مدیران فعال در بخش تولید، لجستیک و زنجیره تأمین در میان شرکتهای تولیدکننده صنایع غذایی در استان تهران بودند که از بین آنها 160 نفر به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب و پرسشنامهها بین آنها توزیع گردید. دادههای جمعآوریشده توسط نرمافزارهای SPSS و PLS و آزمون های کلموگروف اسمیرنوف، همگنی بارهای عاملی، روایی سازه، روایی واگرا و آزمون t آماری مورد تجزیهوتحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج بررسیها نشان داد که انعطافپذیری راهبردی بر چابکی در زنجیره تأمین تأثیر معناداری دارد؛ همچنین نتایج نشان داد انعطافپذیری تولید نیز بر چابکی در زنجیره تأمین تأثیرگذار است. نتایج این تحقیق همچنین تأثیرگذاری انعطافپذیری راهبردی بر عملکرد سازمانی را نیز تأیید نمود و همچنین نتایج نشان داد انعطافپذیری تولید نیز بر عملکرد سازمانی تأثیرگذار است ولی نتایج بهدستآمده از تحقیق نشان داد که چابکی در زنجیره تأمین بهطور مستقیم بر عملکرد سازمانی تأثیرگذار نمیباشد.
The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of strategic flexibility and production flexibility on supply chain agility and organizational performance in the food industry. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of implementation method. The data collection tool in this study was a standard questionnaire that the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were checked and confirmed. The statistical population in this study was all experts and managers active in the production, logistics and supply chain among food manufacturing companies in Tehran province, from which 160 people were selected by simple random sampling and questionnaires were distributed among them. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS and PLS software and Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests, factor load homogeneity, structural validity, divergent validity and statistical t-test. The results showed that strategic flexibility has a significant effect on supply chain agility; The results also showed that production flexibility also affects supply chain agility. The results of this study also confirmed the effect of strategic flexibility on organizational performance and also the results showed that production flexibility also affects organizational performance but the results obtained from the study showed that supply chain agility does not directly affect organizational performance.
