Abstract :
News media organizations and human resources play an important role in the production and reproduction of a culture of action and respect for the environment, and can be institutionalized between their human resources and society through advertising and information production, including sports, etc. Disseminate the culture to other information production organizations and the community and promote environmental culture. In recent years, the relationship between the organization and the natural environment around it has become a controversial issue. In this study, we seek to investigate the relationship between environmental management and human capital productivity with respect to the role of financial capital (financial capital strength and technological innovation knowledge in financial capital). In terms of purpose, the present study is applied and in terms of data collection method is descriptive-survey. The software used in this research is Smart Pls. The statistical population of this research includes the news media of the Radio and Television of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which is generally equal to 1280 people. Having a trusted news media and a reliable source can help in the meantime to bring together other individuals and organizations, both public and private, in the field of environmental support processes and facilitate and accelerate the process of environmental management in organizations. The method of sampling is cluster random. The sample size according to Cochran's formula with an error of 0.05 is equal to 295 people. In this study, a standard (non-native) questionnaire was used to collect data.
