Abstract :
Universities must use digital technologies to survive in today's environment as well as keep up with trends, increase productivity and quality; and create innovation and change in the whole university. Universities that do not step on the path of digital transformation will be left behind. As a result, it is necessary to know the components of digital transformation in the university to walk on its path. Digital transformation has brought many changes in various industries in the current era, and technology with a leverage role has created a high impact in advancing this transformation. In this research, due to its importance, the dimensions and components of digital transformation in universities have been identified. This is a survey and exploratory research of applied type that was done in 4 stages. First, the literature review and previous studies were reviewed. In the second stage, according to the previous works and research, the components that could form a digital transformation were identified. In the third stage, using a questionnaire and the opinion of experts, the elements and components were examined with the fuzzy screening method, and finally, they were grouped with the focus group and were approved by the experts. The digital transformation in the university was identified in 9 dimensions and 89 components. The dimensions include digital governance and strategic leadership, digital organization and culture, digital assessment, digital marketing and communication, collaboration and networking, digital technology infrastructure and support systems, digital teaching and learning, digital research, and digital operations.
