Dynamic changes in today’s business environment organizations to adopt the new model have forced the agile manufacturing. Agile manufacturing contrast traditional model of mass production and focused on the production of highly customized products takes place when customers need them. Agility in manufacturing, especially in the automotive industry that is highly dynamic and changes as the need arises. On the one hand, agility is a comprehensive and multi-dimensional concept and on the other hand there is no mathematical model to measure it. So In this paper, an innovative approach was attempted according to four main functions of agility responsiveness, competence, flexibility and speed,, a mathematical model is ideal for the production of agile planning and comparing the results of the model is presented with the actual situation of Iran Khodro Company .This innovative approach to agility has become the ideal model and this study will help to the organization according to their facilities and use of mathematical models in order to achieve maximum agility in product production.
