چکیده مقاله :
اکوسیستم کارآفرینی می تواند منجر به توسعه کارآفرینی شده و راهبردی برای توسعه اقتصادی کشورها تلقی گردد؛ با این وجود مطالعات مختلف نشان داده است که دانش محدود از عوامل و ابعاد اکوسیستم کارآفرینی باعث از بین رفتن منابع و عدم دسترسی به مزایای پیاده سازی اکوسیستم کارآفرینی می گردد. بر همین اساس هدف این تحقیق تبیین عوامل و ابعاد اکوسیستم کارآفرینی در صنایع تولیدی بر اساس روش داده بنیاد می باشد. تحقیق حاضر از نوع آمیخته کیفی و کمی بوده است. روش پژوهش کیفی با استفاده از روش داده بنیاد برای ساخت مدل مفهومی اکوسیستم کارآفرینی از خبرگان آشنا به موضوع کارآفرینی و اکوسیستم ها که شامل 16 نفر بوده، به روش نمونه گیری گلوله برفی استفاده کرده است. داده ها در این بخش به روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته جمع آوری شده است. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از فرایند سه مرحله ای کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی بهره گرفته شده است. نتایج این بخش نشان دهنده مدل پارادایم اکوسیستم کارآفرینی بوده است. در بخش کمی پژوهش نیز بر اساس مقوله های فرعی و مفاهیم بدست آمده در مرحله کیفی، ابتدا پرسشنامه ای محقق ساخته تدوین شده که پس از بررسی اولیه روایی و پایایی در بین اعضای نمونه آماری توزیع شده است. در این بخش از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی در جهت تأیید اجزاء مدل پارادایم اکوسیستم کارآفرینی و تحلیل داده ها استفاده گردیده است. نتایج این بخش نشان دهنده مناسب بودن هر یک از مدل های اندازگیری به عنوان بخش از الگوی طراحی شده بوده است.
Entrepreneurial ecosystem can lead to entrepreneurship development and be considered a strategy for economic development of countries; However, various studies have shown that limited knowledge of the factors and dimensions of the entrepreneurial ecosystem causes the loss of resources and lack of access to the benefits of implementing the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to explain the factors and dimensions of entrepreneurship ecosystem in manufacturing industries based on the data-based method. The present study was a qualitative and quantitative mix. Qualitative research method using data-based method to construct a conceptual model of entrepreneurial ecosystem has used experts familiar with the subject of entrepreneurship and ecosystems, which includes 16 people, using snowball sampling method. Data in this section are collected through semi-structured interviews. In order to analyze the data, a three-step process of open, axial and selective coding has been used. The results of this section show the paradigm model of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. In the quantitative part of the research, based on the sub-categories and concepts obtained in the qualitative stage, a researcher-made questionnaire was first developed, which was distributed among the members of the statistical sample after an initial review of validity and reliability. In this section, confirmatory factor analysis has been used to confirm the components of the entrepreneurial ecosystem paradigm model and data analysis. The results of this section indicate the appropriateness of each measurement model as part of the designed model.
