Abstract :
In order to obtain a novel management model based on the teachings of the “Joshan-al-Kabir prayer”, a qualitative analysis of the concepts of this well-known prayer is performed. Commercial software, MaxqdA2, is utilized to analyze and categorize the various qualities described in this prayer. The three main characteristics of effectiveness, meekness and pragmatism are also incorporated to develop an ethics-oriented management model. This model is intended to define the human-God as well as human-human interactive relationships. This study characterizes the resulting management model with seven items: knowledge, capability, Diligence, Integrity, excellence, balance & stability, and intangible management.
