Abstract :
Objective: The present study was conducted with the aim of "Investigating the effect of employer satisfaction on the responsiveness and quality of electronic services mediated by employer trust". Methodology: This study, which was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of method, was a survey and was conducted among 291 employers of small business workshops in Shazand city. To collect the required data, the questionnaires of Hachwarter et al. (2004), Etemad Payne (2003), Rajabi et al. (2014), and Rita et al. (2019) were used, and they were analyzed using Spss 24 software and the regression method and Sobel test Conclusion: The results showed that employer satisfaction does not affect the responsiveness and quality of electronic services mediated by employer trust in small business workshops in Shazand city.
