Objective: The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating macro and environmental drivers effective in the formation of strategic alliances in the inlaid furniture industry of Malair city. Necessity: Organizations need to adopt efficient and coherent strategies to survive in the current busy and turbulent environment. Undoubtedly, one of the most effective of them is the creation of strategic alliances within the industry. Methodology: This research is of an applied-fundamental and exploratory type, which was implemented in the form of a cross-sectional design. The approach of this qualitative study was the statistical population of inlaid furniture industry activists in Malayer city and the data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. The data was collected in the field and analyzed using thematic analysis.
