تبيين نیازمندیهای غیر کارکردی سازمانهای واسطهای: پژوهشی اکتشافی با رویکرد مطالعه موردی چندگانه

چکیده مقاله :
در عصر حاضر فعالیت در بستر شبکه و تعاملات بین سازمانی ضرورتی اجتنابناپذیر برای حفظ بقا در بازارهای رقابتی جهانی قلمداد میشود. در چنین فضایی نسلی جدید از مدلهای فعالیت سازمانی تحت عنوان سازمانهای واسطه شکل گرفته است. مهمترین کارکرد چنین مجموعههایی شناسایی، شبکهسازی، توانمندسازی و واسطهگری بین سازمانها و عناصر یک شبکه است. علیرغم توجه جدی به تبیین ضرورت و جایگاه سازمانهای واسطهای در ادبیات مرتبط و شناسایی نیازمندیهای کارکردی این سازمانها، پژوهش جامعی در حوزه نیازمندیهای غیرکارکردی که به شفاف کردن الزامات حاکم بر شکلدهی این سازمانها بپردازد صورت نپذیرفته است. هدف مطالعه حاضر شناسایی و تدقیق نیازمندیهای غیر کارکردی یک سازمان واسطه است تا از این طریق طراحی، راهاندازی و فعالیت یک نهاد میانجی تسهیل گردد. بدین منظور با استفاده از مرور ادبیات موضوع و همچنین بهکارگیری یک رویکرد پژوهشی اکتشافی مبتنی بر مطالعه موردی چندگانه فهرستی از نیازمندیهای غیرکارکردی که در طراحی و ایجاد سازمانهای واسطهای بایست مورد نظر قرار گیرد، شناسایی گردید. به منظور دست یافتن به جامعیت در نتایج تحقیق، چهار مورد مطالعاتی در حوزههای گوناگون و سطوح مأموریتی مختلف بررسی شده است. در نهایت نیازمندیهای غیرکارکردی شناساییشده از ادبیات موضوع و مطالعه موردی جمعبندی شده و با نظرسنجی از خبرگان صحتسنجی و رتبهبندی شدند.
In the current era, presence in collaboration networks and interaction with other organizations become a crucial issue for business. As a matter fact a new type of business model known as intermediary organizations was formed in this environment. The main functionality of these kind of businesses are identification and empowerment of an Industry’s member and matchmaking and intermediating among theme. In spite of explaining the necessity and functions of intermediary organizations in literature, a comprehensive study has not been conducted in the scope of non-functional requirements that will clarify the design and formation requirements of these organizations. The main aim of this research is to identify non-functional requirement of intermediary organization in order to simplify the design, initiation and operation of these business models. Therefore a list of non-functional requirement is extracted from literature review; after that an exploratory research is conducted based on a multi case study in order to identify an initial list of non-functional requirement. In order to achieve the comprehensiveness in research results, four case studies have been reviewed in different fields. Finally, the non-functional requirements which identified from literature review and case studies were reviewed and ranked by survey of experts.
