Abstract :
The present study was performed with the aim of explore and explain the relationship between Effect of firm strategy on competencies and human capital case study Bank Saderat Iran in Tehran city. Research methodology was type of descriptive-survey and in terms of purpose was applied. The population was included of 7000 employees of Bank Saderat Iran that 351 persons as statistical sample were selected by using Cochran test and cluster random sampling method. Tools used in research was used through Standard questionnaire and then validity and reliability of questionnaire was approved. Software Spss, and smartpls were used to analyze the data by Structural equation modeling that the results indicate positive and significant relationship between all hypothesis. That means Effect of firm strategy on competencies and human capital case study Bank Saderat Iran in Tehran city were approved.
