Abstract :
Today, employee compensation has arguably one of the most vital effects on the quality of work and the effectiveness of human capital, and it is considered as one of the key components and perhaps the most important component in the organization's human resources architecture. The purpose of this research is to identify and model factors affecting the compensation of employees in a defense research educational organization. The nature of the research is descriptive and survey conducted in the field. The research is in terms of mixed data processing and sequential-exploratory, and the relationship between research variables is correlational. The statistical population of the research includes all managers, experts, employees and experts of the mentioned organization. And to collect data, the method of documentary studies and semi-structured interviews with academic and executive experts have been used. Also, sampling has been continued in a targeted manner and by the snowball method until the theoretical saturation of the categories has been reached. In order to analyze the data, qualitative content analysis method and structural equation modeling with partial least squares approach were used by Smart PLS software. The results of the research indicate the extraction of 50 indicators under 7 categories of financial and legal factors (9 indicators), welfare and recreational factors (6 indicators), occupational factors (12 indicators), educational factors (3 indicators), cultural factors (5 indicators), managerial and organizational factors (10 indicators) and environmental factors (5 indicators) that all factors had a direct relationship and a significance coefficient of more than 0.5.
