برداشت افراد با استعداد از عوامل مؤثر بر نگهداشت در صنعت منسوجات يزد

هدف اين مقاله شناسايي برداشت افراد با استعداد از عوامل مؤثر بر نگهداشت مستعدين سازماني در صنعت منسوجات يزد است. ابتدا براي شناسايي افراد با استعداد از رويکرد موضوعي، گرايش انحصاري و روش نمونه گيري هدفمند استفاده شد. براي تشکيل خزانه استعداد با توجه به رويکرد و روش نمونه گيري ذکر شده، سازمانهايي انتخاب شدند که در پنج سال گذشته، جزء واحدهاي نمونه استان و يا صادر کننده نمونه بودند. سپس براي کشف طرق متفاوتي که افراد با استعداد پديده نگهداشت را درک مي کنند، استراتژي پديدارنگاري به کار گرفته شد. بعد از برگزاري 22 مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته با افراد با استعداد اشباع نظري صورت گرفت. نتايج تجزيه و تحليل نشان دهنده ي چهار سطح مؤثر بر نگهداشت از ديدگاه افراد با استعداد است. اين چهار سطح عبارتند از سطح فرد، شغل، گروه و سازمان. همچنين برداشت هاي متفاوت افراد با استعداد نشان دهنده هيجده طبقه توصيفي متفاوت نسبت به پديده نگهداشت است. با توجه به اين سطوح و طبقات توصيفي به دست آمده، فضاي نتيجه که در واقع الگوي برداشت افراد با استعداد نسبت به پديده نگهداشت در سازمان است، ترسيم گرديد.
