Considering worldwide development of Maintenance Management models, it is essential for organizations to pay attention to environmental differences among various organizations in order to achieve success and make their required model compatible with specific circumstances of their own organization. In the following research, developing one executive model of maintenance management has occurred applying ISM interpretational structuring theory. In order to achieve this; firstly, the components that have composed maintenance management model have been revealed applying prior studies and interviews. The conclusion of this stage is identifying 56 sub-component and 14 component in the form of 6 essential components. In the next stage, in order to create communication and sequence between the components and constituents, interpretational structuring model has been applied. In the mentioned procedure, the structure of maintenance management has been extracted based on reporters' ideas and performed analysis. The results indicate that six basic components (leadership, foundation, methodologies and foundations, support, improvement and Excellency) constitute fundamental basis of every maintenance management in every organization and other components and sub-components being researched are initiated from these six components and eventually, they would lead to improvement and Excellency of the organization. Startup accelerator program is a new incubation model to accelerate venture creation providing specialized mentorship, networking opportunities and financing growth driven businesses. Since emergence of the first accelerator in US in 2005, the number of seed accelerating programs has quickly grown worldwide. Performance evaluation of these emerging programs not only could clarify relative success of this new incubation approach but also help out Iranian emerging accelerators to benchmark from pioneers of the industry. The evaluation could also assist startups and entrepreneurs to find out which of the existing accelerators are well-performed and thus ease decision making to select them as their incubator. So in this paper we aim to measure the performance of US top accelerators using a DEA method combined with goal programing approach. The inputs of the evaluation consist of numbers of mentors and startups, investment on each startup in average and in general, and the share of accelerator in startup company. The outputs in turn are different and include number and value of exits, and fund raising. Comparison of the final result with Seed Accelerator Ranking Project (SARP), shows different sorting and it is due the distinct evaluation approach. SARP considers only outputs of accelerators but we take in to account both outputs and inputs in the evaluation which could better illustrate the efficiency of DMUs. Manuscript profile

The purpose of the present study is to provide a model for creating the superior value proposition through strategic focus on designing a unique marketing strategy for the company. In this regard, the qualitative method of data theory of the foundation has been used. The statistical population of the present study is marketing professors and marketing activists of packaged food products. The interview method has been used to collect the required information. The results of qualitative data analysis with MAXQDA software show that functional value, value, interactional value and emotional value as the proposed company value, value of use and exchange value as dimensions of perceived customer value, customer satisfaction and loyalty The customer has been identified as the dimensions of the marketing outcomes and ultimately the volume of sales, market share, net profit and return on investment as aspects of the financial implications of the proposed firm's value. In addition, the outputs indicate that the company's proposed value in the number of code count and in terms of generalization and learning in the majority of respondents is a priority, which indicates the importance of this category. Afterwards, the financial, marketing, and perceived value of customers are ranked next. This suggests that in our country, the strategic perspective (value from the perspective of the company) among the food industry managers and marketing professors is more general than the marketing perspective. The decisions about designing the supply chain network are considered as strategic decisions of supply chain management, which have long-term impacts on overall performances of the chain. However, one of the most important challenges of problems of designing the supply chain network is coordination of its parts that can lead to several restrictions in tactical and operational levels. One of the increasing approaches of the coordination in supply chain is using Collaborative Advertisements. In this article, using the collaborative advertisement in designing the multi-level supply chain, multi-period and multi-product, have been considered in order to make coordination. The chain is also looking forward to fulfill the requirements of establishing new facilities. Advertisements are provided in two sections; supplying advertisements and chain advertisements. The chain advertisements and the information resource of the chain that customers purchases and orders registration are registered within it, is an internet website, which gets some percent as website’s costs per purchase from the chain’s parts. The demand of each customer is considered dependent on price and advertisement function. In case study the plan of publication subscription has been specified that for all of the variances in the impact factor of the advertisement supplier, summation of supplier’s benefits in presented model are better than the present situations; however, this matter is not compatible with all of the suppliers and some of them would have less benefits. But by means of sharing benefits of this coordination, this problem would be satisfied Manuscript profile

Nowadays, with the advent of the concepts of risk management and sustainability and increasing of social pressures to reduce the negative impacts of industries on the environment and society, it is almost impossible to make strategic decisions such as the supply chain network design (SCND) without considering these concerns. Accordingly, in this paper a general mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) was developed for designing a closed-loop supply chain network, under disruptions conditions and sustainability considerations (focusing on social aspects). This is a multi-echelon, multi-product and multi-modal supply chain network. The sanctions on raw materials (as disruption events) were considered in the mathematical model through planning some scenarios. The most important decision variables in this model are related to: supplier selection, quantity of each raw material, facilities location, products flow between different facilities and transportation modes. Finally, designing a closed-loop supply chain network in Iran's tire industry was taken as a real world case study to demonstrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed model. In addition, the sensitivity analysis on some of the important parameters was carried out. Manuscript profile

Investment management in life insurance is very important because of its specific features. Unlike other insurance policies, life insurance is long-term and focused mainly on return on investment. Also, due to the 85% participation of insurers in the surplus of interest, the surplus in a period has little income for the insurance company, but the insurance company has a guaranteed return on the deficit. In addition, high return is one of the main factors of insurance companies competition in marketing. Also, insurance companies need to make sure they have enough liquidity to fulfill their obligations. Despite the fundamental differences between life insurance and property and liability insurance, No 60 Central Insurance Regulations do not differentiate between the investment of the above insurance reserves. In this study, we designed a portfolio optimization model for life insurance investments. Accordingly, the Markov Switching Vector Auto Regressive based on ideal optimization with contrasting goals set with the actual performance of the company. Optimization has been made in the portfolio of life insurance based on Moalem Insurance Company from 2012 to 2016. Investment weights have been implemented by simulating the Markov Switching VAR model with optimization objectives including maximizing insurance returns, minimizing shortfall, maximizing policyholder returns and minimizing liquidity shortages. Based on the results, the ideal planning optimization model produces more returns than the actual returns of the insurance and performs better in other objectives. As a result, this approach can be used to optimize life insurance investment portfolios in insurance companies. Manuscript profile
