        Regard to the wide growth of world wide web and their settlement in Figurative space and web meaning (web 2.0) and the development of internet job and business the Electronic Commerce has made a new way for job and business and the Internet Commerce has special importance because of having high competition in this age. The Internet has caused many changes in companies and costumers' behavior for buying. On the other hand, the brand is also important for companies. For this reason, it is important to study and create an online brand. In this thesis using an evaluation method to find out Factors affecting customer loyalty on internet brand by DEMATEL technique in Mobin Net company for modeling internet brand. In this study, we use DEMATEL technique for evaluating Factors affecting customer loyalty, regard to the wide growth of world wide web this method propones a new vision to increase internet brand loyalty. In this study, two series of questionnaires were distributed, and after identifying the primary factors, matrix questionnaires were designed, and sent those for 14 loyal expert Individuals who familiar with the marketing and branding in this company. In this thesis, after identifying and evaluation of the primary factors, the most effective factors on Internet brand loyalty are including trust, satisfaction, brand credibility, Brand evaluation, Brand Personality, customer care, responsiveness, brand loyalty ,that they have the most strong relationship with loyalty, finally we modeling of the factors affecting customer loyalty on internet brand Manuscript profile

        The concept of indigenous technology and localization of technology, have been discussed in various circles, especially at the scientific and technological communities of developing countries. When these words are expressed, most minds are focused on the traditional industry. But in matters relating to technology transfer process and the need to consciously deal with imported technology, the concept of these words refer to the creation of structure and context for understanding and discovering of technical knowledge of imported technology and in fact, confirm the realization of a process that includes learning, absorption, reformation, compliance, internal development and big and small changes, and finally, the mastery of imported technology, innovation and its dissemination. While the mechanism of innovation in industrialized countries was well understood, but the process of localization and technology transfer that is considered as the main mechanisms of industrial development in developing countries, is still not clear.The statistical population of the study consisted of 40 managers, specialists and experts in the petrochemical industry, which has been selected by purposive sampling. In the current study, factors affecting localization of technology were extracted based on research literature and researchers studies in this field and successful experiences at academic center for education culture and research of Iran University of Science and Technology, Medical equipment manufacturing industry, Deffence industry, and Tajrobeh Nour Turbine Company as pertinent organizations involved in the issue. Methods used in deriving these factors are semi-structured interviews with experts in the petrochemical industry and validation method in the qualitative research. Quantitative techniques used in this research are: Fuzzy Analytical Network Process (FANP) to rank the criteria and sub-criteria, Fuzzy DEMATEL to determine the internal relationship between criteria and Fuzzy TOPSIS to prioritize models.         Crowdsourcing is one of the most important processes fundamentally changing the way that businesses, governments and humanitarian organizations look at the internet and mobile market. This new paradigm has root in participation under the collective wisdom and is emerging as the new business model to bring together the amateurs and professionals seeking to spend less time and, as a result, less cost to run the tasks. The objective of this study is to investigate the factors influencing crowdsourcing and its impact on project success in "Padideh Shandiz Company”. In order to conduct variables confirmatory factor analysis, the structural equation modeling based on partial least square method using the smart PLS 2 software was used. To this end, 200 managers and experts in Padideh Shandiz enjoying a good deal of knowledge in operational and research activities in crowdsourcing field were randomly selected and evaluated through questionnaire and interview. The results of the study revealed that (1) the participants have the greatest impact on crowdsourcing (2) crowdsourcing significantly impacts on the businesses performance and project success and (3) the customers’ satisfaction indicator serves as the most important factor in explaining the changes in project success.         A new concept in the area of achieving sustainable development goals is sustainable banking which is of particular importance in developing countries. To succeed in achieving sustainable banking goals, it is necessary to identify and conceptualize the underlying factors. This paper aims to identify the critical factors for sustainable banking success. This paper is an applied research in terms of purpose and has been done with a cross-sectional survey approach. Semi-structured interviews and expert questionnaire were used for data collection. The statistical population of the study consists of managers and experts of the central bank selected by purposeful sampling from among these experts. The research methodology is a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) approach. In the qualitative phase, the thematic analysis method is used to identify the critical factors for sustainable banking success. Then, at the quantitative stage, the identified factors are screened and prioritized based on the Fuzzy Delphi and SWARA method. The results show that the critical success factors of sustainable banking can be categorized into three factors: input factors, process factors and output factors. Support entrepreneurs, marketing management, clear regulation and process evaluation are of the utmost importance in the field of sustainable banking. Manuscript profile
