Regarding the statistical results from R software, the most effective dimensions on cultural intelligence consequently are: cognitive, behavioral, metacognitive and motivational. The most powerful index is motivational dimension and the weakest index is cognitive dimension. Behavioral and cognitive dimension have a similar performance in relation to cultural intelligence. In this article, existing studies on Knowledge Management capability success factors were reviewed and their limitations were identified. By integrating insights drawn from these studies, the authors proposed a set of 11 CSFs which is believed to be more suitable for SMEs. An empirical assessment was conducted to evaluate the extent of success of proposed propositions using experts’ opinions. The overall results from the empirical assessment were positive, thus reflecting the appropriateness of the proposed success factors. The set of success factors can act as a list of items for SMEs to address when adopting KM. Technology holder countries and organizations seek to sell their technology to less developed ones to achieve profits. Selection appropriate technology transfer (TT) methods may play significant role in obtaining TT projects. Due to the diverse experiences persistent to the field of TT in Iranian Powerhouse Industry, it seems necessary to prioritize appropriate TT methods in order to increase successful and decline failure contingency of future projects. In this investigation, a three phased model including clustering TT methods, prioritizing clusters, and ranking elements in each cluster has been proposed to select appropriate methods of TT. Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) has been utilized to analyze the gathered data of distributed questionnaire among 30 experts. In order to evaluate validity of obtained results once the TT methods have been prioritized by Fuzzy Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (FTOPSIS) method. The findings of this stage confirm previous results. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study is to present an integrated framework for assessment and ranking of 23 Iranian industrial sectors, based on several productivity indicators during the years 80 to 85. The integrated approach of this study is based on "principal component analysis" (PCA).The validity of the model is verified and validated by numerical "taxonomy". Furthermore, the non- parametric correlation methods, namely, Kendall-Tau correlation experiments shows high level of correlation between the findings of PCA and “taxonomy” and the approach of this study may be used to assess the importance of each of the selected indicators for industrial units of interest. It is observed that the sectors: "Coke, refined petroleum products" (code 23), " Chemicals and chemical products"(code 24), and " Basic metals" (code 27), have the three top grades in the ranking while the sectors:" Wearing apparel, fur" (code 18), "Textiles" (code 17) and "Furniture, manufacturing" (code 36) have the weakest grades in the ranking. Furthermore, the most important productivity indicators are: Value added to salaries and wages- value added per employee-value added to energy cost- production value per employee-production value to salaries and wages and value added to total input. The designed model is tested within statistical sample which is contained of government offices experts in Mazandaran province. This test is implemented by using pearson and spearman factors and regression analysis. At the end, the effect of spirituality on four indicators which are” pay attention to others، Understanding of the spiritual beauty & emotions and kind feelings، trust and learning and growth power” is supported during this study Manuscript profile
