Current researches on supply chain management (SCM) in manufacturing industries are not directly applicable to construction industry. The application of SCM in the construction industry is associated with serious difficulties such as transient nature and uniqueness of construction projects, coordination problems, unrepeatable interactions and contextual differences in the manufacturing and construction industry. One of the models with the capability of complexity management is viable system model (VSM) which is rooted in organizational cybernetics. The model states that in order to achieve viability, each organization must perform certain activities and certain relationships must be established between these activities. VSM, employed to diagnose a supply chain of an Iranian Petrochemical Construction project based on the proposed methodology that includes three steps, case study selection, system identification and system diagnosis. This led to a model development as well as identification of the weaknesses of the construction supply chain (CSC). The validity of the research methodology and findings has been confirmed through multiple qualitative criteria. The research innovation is application of VSM to diagnose a CSC in combination with case study method in order to design a model and accordingly identification of the weaknesses and bottlenecks over the whole model via a systemic approach. Purpose: This research has been conducted to design an effective model for celebrity endorsers’ advertising considering the interaction effect of internalization and resource identification on the behavior and attitude of the consumer in private banks of the Tehran province Methodology: The mixed method (qualitative-quantitative) was used in this research. The qualitative method is based on the fundamental conceptualization approach, and the quantitative method is based on the descriptive-survey approach with a practical goal. In the qualitative part with the systematic (meta-synthesis) review approach, the statistical population includes all the research conducted in the area of effectiveness of the celebrity endorsers’ advertising from various authenticated conferences and journals from 1997 to 2022 internationally and from 2011 to 2021 domestically. At the beginning of the data analysis, the concepts and dimensions were assessed in the MAXQDA software using open coding, and Cohen’s kappa reliability index was calculated and confirmed at 0.89. Then the final model was evaluated using the Delphi method. 245 questionnaires were analyzed using the PLS software to test the model among the clients of private banks in the Tehran province using the mixed sampling method Conclusion:In the qualitative part considering the input indexes and criteria, 556 articles and dissertations (Farsi and English) related to the celebrity endorsers’ advertising subject were studied. The results extracted from 28 studies (16 English and 12 Farsi) were analyzed ultimately. Finally, the relationships between the models of the research were studied in the quantitative part. 11 relationships were confirmed, but 4 were not confirmed Manuscript profile

Objective: The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating macro and environmental drivers effective in the formation of strategic alliances in the inlaid furniture industry of Malair city. Necessity: Organizations need to adopt efficient and coherent strategies to survive in the current busy and turbulent environment. Undoubtedly, one of the most effective of them is the creation of strategic alliances within the industry. Methodology: This research is of an applied-fundamental and exploratory type, which was implemented in the form of a cross-sectional design. The approach of this qualitative study was the statistical population of inlaid furniture industry activists in Malayer city and the data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. The data was collected in the field and analyzed using thematic analysis. In this study, a total of 20 implementation interviews, 45 codes and 10 themes were extracted with a combined inductive-deductive approach. Findings: The findings of this research showed that the environmental drivers for the formation of strategic alliances include social, legal, political, economic, international, cultural, general, technological and environmental uncertainty. Conclusion: The development of the theoretical framework around the drivers of the strategic alliance, specifically in the inlaid furniture industry and in general in other industries, leads to a more effective and efficient understanding of phenomena and extra-organizational relationships in the minds of industry activists and researchers in various scientific fields, and this is an important foundation. Improving macro and major decisions in productive industries. Manuscript profile
