Abstract :
Over the past decade, open innovation has been widely discussed in the literature on innovation management, which has led to a better identification of its benefits. Among the benefits associated with the use of open innovation is the use of knowledge inputs to accelerate the internal innovations of firms and expand the market for the external benefits of innovation. The purpose of this study is to identify and study the influential and influential factors of open innovation and explain how the relationships between them in order to develop a conceptual model of open innovation. The present research is of qualitative type with exploratory-explanatory nature which has used the approaches of systematic review of research literature and meta-composition. In this regard, based on the seven stages of the combination of Sandlowski and Barroso, out of 3151 initially identified articles, and after passing several layers of evaluation, 54 articles were reviewed and the variables and semantic units were identified. In this regard, 25 concept codes were extracted from selected articles and after validation by experts, the relationships between them were induced from scientific texts and drawn in a conceptual framework. The results of this study show three influential and key factors in the model including trust-building of companies in joint activities, creating interconnected and cooperative networks between companies, universities and innovation parks, and also empowerment and utilization of internal resources of companies. Among all, governmental support and communications play a key role in building capacity for absorbing and developing knowledge.
