        The purpose of this research is to exploration individual and organizational goals alignment model with emphasis on dominant values in Islamic management. This research is fundamental whit respect of its purpose and descriptive whit respect of data analyzing. Variables and factors affecting on goals alignment have been elicited by library studies and exploratory interviews as basis of Delphi method. In this study Delphi questionnaire constituted with 59 indexes and filled by 25 experts of Hawzah and university. After four times repetition, the conceptual model included 32 specified indexes that have more impact on individual and organizational goals alignment which formatted 3 categories named structural, behavioral and contextual as independent variables and value as moderator variable Manuscript profile

        Objectification of subsidy plan could be described as one of the best government plans and policies. According to perspective document 2025 that consider the first place in economy for Iran and regarding to government financial limitation on national economy, the reform of economic policies is a part of economic necessity for Iran. In this paper, by establishing a suitable system dynamics model, we plan to represent the efficacy of the direct subsidy distribution on level satisfaction of people from drug price changes and also consider the efficacy of this subsidy distribution on total profit of drug supply chain. First, a system dynamics of drug supply chain by considering the direct subsidy distribution have modeled. Then, the model is simulated. To do this, the casual loop diagram is depicted and then with its help, the stock and flow diagram constructed. The simulation results show the unsuitable performance for implementing the subsidy objectification. As a result, two strategies have been suggested to improve the situation. Manuscript profile

        Cultural-Educational Teaching Strategy in monotheistic education from Quran perspective In monotheistic education, human being has the power to choose, so is talented to learn deep insights, guides and to strengthen attitudes and toflourish innate talents.And the prophet's emphasis on moral strengthening (majlesi 6 p382) represents a person reaching the wisdom and perfection through the talent development, which is the most important aim of creation and mission. According to this basis, education fits the teachers' physical, mental, social characteristics. In this way, as education becomes qualitive and learning becomes deep, theoretical content of courses will become spiritual and educational, which not only trains the teachers mind, but it also changes his or her views to the universe. Therefore, Cultural-Educational Strategy Scheme for Teaching Courses according toIslam and its enriched culture, promotes the teachers educational roles and creates a relation between science and religion, education and worldview. As a result teachers get to know the courses content according to their religion's culture and in monotheistic worldview. For this purpose, by organizing educational messages in the content of courses and making them effective with the help of teachers, and appropriate context and background will be provide to teach and educate according to Iranian-Islamic pure culture. Quran introduces the prophet as the symbol of humans' insight and attitudes (ahzab33،21،) and believes monotheistic training an effective way to recognize right and wrong and believes it to have deep understanding and insight (anfal،298) it also introduces prophets two main aims as purification and teaching (AllOmran163،3) and these two aims are combined for a more important goal (anaam10،162) that all things are for monotheistic worldview through spiritual education.         In today's competitive world One of the essential requirements to enhance the efficiency and performance of small and medium enterprises,is creating new ideas, the mood and motivation for innovation , learning and knowledge based communications. This paper reviews the theoretical studies about four modes of innovation in innovative firms.These modes have been introduced based on two characteristics of human capital which are uniqueness and strategic value. According to the these characteristics of human capital four styles for human resource architecture have been introduced that in every style human resource management practices were defined according to the type of manpower and key jobs .         In this modern world, considering expansion of competition and lack of resources, everybody knows the importance of measuring of productivity and decomposition of it. Although assigned about 2.8% of value added and 8.5% of employment of large manufacturing industries, the textile industry has not respected more attention. The main goal of this paper is measuring and analyzing of individual and total factor productivity in textile manufacturing industries during period of 1994-2007. For this purpose, after extraction of production factors (labor, capital stock, material and energy), it is measured individual productivity indexes in form of quotient of value added and each of production factors. It is also computed total factor productivity via divisia index and Tornqvist function. The results show that labor productivity has grown annually 4.4% because of labor decrease especially in large firms. However capital productivity has decreased less in the studying period. On the other hand, productivity of electricity consumption and material has decreased annually 1.7% and 1.9% respectively. Total factor productivity index has grown annually 0.6% in average and this improvement mainly has achieved via labor productivity. The econometric model for decomposition of total factor productivity in the textile manufacturing industries has confirmed the positive impacts of production values, per capita wages, percentage of small firms and government expenditures.         Participation in the meetings devotes a large part of the managers’ time. There are different viewpoints about necessity of the organizational meetings. It is an inevitable fact that the meetings have an important role in the organizations. It is very important to make these meetings effective in line with organizational goals. The employees and managers that are involved in such meetings are who need to have expertise. This is why that the present study was aimed to analyze the factors contributing to the effective meetings in Isfahan Gas Company. The statistical population of this study includes all of the participants in Isfahan Gas Company’s meetings. From 42 effective meetings that have been done in this company, 22 of them have been selected as statistical population with 200 participants. A sample of 127 employees has selected based on Morgan sampling table. In order to collect the research data, a self-administrated questionnaire has been employed. Both face and c ontent validity have been used for examining and confirming validity of the questionnaire. For this purpose, the academics and professional experts from University of Isfahan and Gas Company have been asked to review the questionnaire. Also Cronbachs’ Alpha Coefficient has been employed for examining reliability of the questionnaire. The coefficient of 0.89 confirmed reliability of the questionnaire. Also Kolmogorov-Smirnov test has been employed for examining normal distribution of the research data. The results of this test confirm normal distribution of the research data. Also confirmatory factor analysis has been employed for confirming research model in Amos. In order to answer the research questions, one-sample t test has been used in the SPSS. The results of this study revealed that none of the factors contributing to the effective meetings in this company were not in favorable conditions. Based on the results, planning, pre-meeting preparations, meeting guidance, a nd conclusion are the main factors that were not in favorable conditions. The results of Freedman test indicated that planning is the most important factor and conclusion is the least important one in the effective meeting from participants’ perspective. Finally, the results of analysis of variance (ANOVA) showed that there is not any significant relationship between employees’ demographic characteristics and their contribution to the effective meeting.
