This study aims to determine stationarity or non-stationarity of time series data of consumer price index (CPI) in 1980-2012 (i.e. 1359-1391 based on Iranian calendar) time period where 2004 (i.e. 1383 Iranian calendar) is the base year. applying the appropriate methods to detect the trend of time series and determine the autoregressive, moving average and autoregressive moving average of CPI time series autoregressive, moving average and autoregressive moving average of CPI time series, we perform unit root test that results in non-stationarity of CPI time series. using the Augmented Dicky-Fuller test, it is concluded that the time series has only one unit root. therefore, an ARIMA model is developed for the time series data. using Portman-Teau test, the adequacy of the model and its pure randomness is proved. Finally, we use the proposed ARIMA model to forecast future data from 2013 to 2022 (i.e. 1392 to 1401 Iranian calendar) in 80 and 95 percent levels of confidence. Manuscript profile

Understanding the characteristics of an organization during different stages of its lifecycle help us make appropriate decisions at each stage in order for solving any problem. Employing the PAEI framework proposed by Adizes, and the system dynamics approach, we have analyzed the characteristics and behavior of an organization during the go-go and adolescence stages of its lifecycle. Moreover, using the system dynamics analysis approach, we have plotted the causal feedback loops and stock-and-flow diagrams of each stage of the organizational lifecycle. Then, the output of the simulations of 100 months of the go-go and adolescence stages of the organizational lifecycle performed in the VENSIM software are obtained .Finally appropriate strategies have been proposed for tackling the problems that the organization may face in each stage of its lifecycle. The main objective of this research is to develop a performance measurement system for a desired urban transportation system based on its values, mission, and vision. Based on investigating of different performance evaluation models, the performance measurement system was designed through Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Prioritization of Balanced Scorecard perspectives and indicators was also conducted using Analysis Network Process (ANP) and questionnaires collected from the expert team. Nominal group technique was used by the expert’s team to determine and confirm the results. In addition, to determine performance evaluation indicators, related literature, general policies, successful experiences and scientific breakthroughs were considered and the opinions of experts were extracted in consecutive meetings. Eventually, development of a sustainable, Justly, safe, economical, fast, and comfortable transportation system, with maximum efficiency and minimum Undesirable effects on human health and environment, were defined as the most important values, and the missions of transportation managers have defined accordingly. Network of collaborators is the most important approach of organizations in CoPS R&D projects conduction as completing such projects requires specific resources and is beyond the capabilities of a single organization. Obviously the capabilities of the network of collaborators have a significant role in mentioned collaboration. So in this paper fundamental indicator of those capabilities were firstly specified by literature review. Secondly final indicators were selected using survey of experts of a CoPS producing company. Thirdly these indicators were classified in components by expert survey and using SEM in LISREL software. These components encompass collaborators competency (incorporating knowledge and skillfulness, keeping up to date, complying to standards and financial ability), task performance capability (incorporating project quality, time and responsibility during and after project completion) and adaptability (incorporating accordance to values, time and flexibility in deliverables). The results of hypothesis tests illustrate that competency has a significant and positive impact on task performance and the latter has a similar impact on adaptability but there is no direct and significant correlation between competency and adaptability while there exists an indirect one. Public spending is a necessary requirement in every state for doing its tasks in the areas of education, health, security, and defense. How to spend on these expenditures can, directly and indirectly, impact the productivity of human resource. This paper seeks to examine the proportion of these expenditures together and their impact on the productivity of human resource. This study was conducted during the period 1990 to 2015 and the generalized least squares and Granger causality method was used to investigate the effect of public expenditure. The results of the causality test showed that there is a one-way causal relationship between educational expenditures and health expenditures and there is no causal relationship between military expenditures and human resource productivity. On the other hand, the results of the model's estimation indicate that the health and military expenditures don't effect on human resource productivity, which indicates the health expenditures are not properly spent by the government and military expenditures don't have the role of complementary or competing for two other components of public expenditure. The present study is an attempt to provide a structural model for Entrepreneurial Personality traits of employees based on the managers' power sources in government departments of West Azarbaijan province. The present study is applied in terms of objective and descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection and analysis methods. The population of the study includes all managers and employees of government departments in West Azarbaijan province. Due to the unlimited number of statistical population, the researcher selected a sample above the last level of the Morgan table through stratified random sampling. Hinkin and Shirykhm Power scale (1989) and an Entrepreneurial Personality trait Questionnaire derived from the standard questionnaires of Darham Center for Entrepreneurship were used for data collection purposes. Validity and reliability of the questionnaires were verified using relevant tests. Structural equations modeling based on partial least squares was used to analyze the data and reach the structural model. The results of the structural model showed that the authorities’ power sources and expertise of managers have a direct and significant effect on prediction of the employees’ Entrepreneurial Personality traits and the proposed model is well fitted.
