Claim management is one of the most important and challenging issue in projects in the world, and many of stakeholders of projects belive that the claims are one of the most destroyer in constraction industry. Growth of claims in construction projects has an inverse correlation with triangular goals of project management (time, cost and quality), so increasing claims cause extension of time and cost and decrease in project quality. Claims are natural trait in construction industry. However we can’t remove contingency of this claims but we can, by identify main causes of claims and relation between them, prevent from contingency them in future projects. In this research, research data have been collected by literature review studies and interview with expert was conducted to identify the 34 causes of claims in construction projects. Then these causes by questionnaire in cluding frequency and intensity of impactwere distributed among experts. Then according to the result of this questionnairesthe most important causes of claim in construction projects are determined that they are contained 10 causes.a model for relationship between causes of claim in construction projects has designed byInterpretive structural modeling. At the end some suggestions has been presented to prevent the claim or to manage them. These corrective solutions have been presented base on model in 4 stage in procedure of project. research results show that between claims causes, these causes: selecting contractor on base low price without notice to qualification and technical ability, ambiguities in contract documents and clauses, unexpected change in exchange and interest and low price of contract due to high competition, have a significant effect and impressment on other causes, so they play important roles in preventing or decreasing claims. After Islamic Revolution in Iran, all private banks were announced public based on Article 44 of the constitution. Accordingly, all private banks were replaced by public integrated banking system. However, establishment of credit financial institutions since1997 paved the way to establish private banks. Finally, central bank announced its agreement for establishment of private banks in February 1998. In April 2000, the law of establishment of non-public banks was passed. In this study, the performance of private banks during 2005 to 2015 was assessed to investigate their failure or success. Additionally, using the Delphi method and investigation of balance sheet of banks, a comprehensive reportwas obtained from status of privatebanks and the impact of privatization on the banking indicators was examined. The results of assessment of balance sheets and obtained data obtained show privatization of banks had a positive impact on efficiency and profitability of banks. In addition, according to the results, "Premium Features" of private banks compared to public banks includedreducedtotal costs of money, reducedoutstanding loans and doubtful debts of the bank, reduced gap between the interest rate paid on deposits and interest received from a given facilities, updating and creating a modern information structure of banking, providing new service, increased productivity of human resources, using specialists and educated manpower, increased profitability, creating a competitive environment and transparency of information, reduced reliance on central bank at deficits times, and management of risk.In addition, by using the Delphi technique, "Top Premium Features" of private banks compared to public banks were obtained and they were weighted using FANP method. Accordingly, four criteria of reduced total costs of money, reducedoutstanding loans and debts, creating a competitive environment and increased productivity of human resources had the highest weights, respectively. Leadership is one of the most complex issues, the most unknown and most effective conceptual components in the management of modern organizations. The role of leadership in the efficiency of the organization should be seen in the root differences of leadership practices. In recent years, the pure leadership has been considered by many researchers as the most important factor in achieving organizational goals. This research is aimed at developing theoretical foundations, designing a conceptual model of pure leadership and presenting and analyzing the Interpretive structural model model of communication, influence power and dependence of identified variables from library studies and applying the mental model of experts related to leadership issues. To this end, eight key variables related to the research topic were finally identified. A structural matrix questionnaire was designed to determine the interstitial relationship between these variables. The results of this questionnaire were analyzed using a Interpretive structural modeling approach and then plotted on six levels and in an interactive network. Findings from the research process showed that the variable of philosophy, authenticity and pure culture is considered as the most influential variable, and the variables of pure production and pure services are the most dependent variables with the least power of influence. The supply chain management debate is one of the most important discussions in the organizations. But there are many social, economic, and environmental problems encouraging organizations to use sustainable supply chain management. Because the sustainable supply chain is to improve the long-term supply chain performance to address the social, economic, and environmental problems of the traditional supply chain. Given that supply chains have grown rapidly in recent years, only paying attention to economic performance for cost optimization cannot lead to sustainable development in the supply chain, therefore, the impact of various activities involved in the supply chain on social life and Environmental issues that lead to sustainable development should also be considered. In this research, the goal of evaluation and ranking of sustainable supply chain suppliers is using the data envelopment analysis method. First of all, using previous studies in this area, we first identify the important variables of choosing sustainable supply chain suppliers according to the economic, environmental and social measures for the District 6 water and sewage company. Subsequently, according to an interview with experts in this area, we reduced the indexes. Finally, DEA models were ranked by the suppliers of sustainable supply chain water and sewage companies in District 6 of Tehran as a statistical population. Manuscript profile

The current competitive and turbulent construction situation in Iran, which has a low degree of stability, has made project-based organizations encounter with a variety of unforeseen which can occur during the life of project portfolios and disrupt their performance. However, researchers in the field of portfolio management have more focused on portfolio defining processes, including project selection, prioritization and balancing, and have less considered the uncertainties which affect the portfolio expected results, eliminate strategic alignment of the portfolio components and also portolio combination optimization. In this study, by using the literature review and qualitative content analysis method, at first we explored these factors and prioritized them with the help of inferential statistics, and then identified the most important ones from the perspective of experts in this field Based on paretto analysis. According to the findings of the research, most important factors are: change in business strategy, change in the accessibility of portfolio capital and its financing, change in economic conditions, change in the profitability and financial value of the portfolio projects and change in political conditions. The first and most important step in managing the production of science in order to improve society's affairs and achieve scientific authority is to understand the exact problems of science production. Identification of problem has many complications. Problems with different interpretations are expressed and not related to the relationship between problems. As a result, many ambiguities and confusion arise. In this research, the Grounded theory is used to extract the problems of science production and the relationships between them, then by using paired comparisons, the relationship between problems is defined more precisely. Also, using the DEMATEL method, the effect size of the problems is apparent The achievement of this research is to identify the network of science production problems by explaining the 22 problems and the relationships between them. The problems of "university-community communication, research quality, research demand, and supply of research" have more interaction with other problems. The problems of "research supply, Brain Drain, quality of research, researcher motivation and research demand" are the most influential and the problems of "organizational management, intellectual property, attraction capacity, university-community communication and foreign trade" are most influential The achievement of this research is a network of general problems of science production, this network must be tailored to specific scientific disciplines and fields. Given the general nature of this research, the network of problems can be used as a guide for identifying the network of science production problems in specific cases (geographic regions or scientific disciplines). The structure of human knowledge in the fields of humanities and social sciences, including management as a discipline, consists of philosophical assumptions and foundations, scientific principles and theories, and the and practical achievements for solving problems. The philosophical foundations of every knowledge are conventionally composed of elements of value, epistemology, ontology, anthropology, and methodology, which are referred to as the components of scientific paradigm. The new philosophy trend in the recent centuries, has shifted from the positivist paradigm to critical and interpretative paradigms, and is shaped into the context of the postmodern paradigm, the pragmatism tradition, and the complexity theory. Each of the above scientific paradigms has foundations in values, epistemology, ontology, anthropology, methodology and its own research methods. This means that today's knowledge in each field, due to the effects of each conventional philosophy of science paradigms, has led to the production of different scientific principles and theories and the distinctive applied achievements. So, opinions and ideas of the thinkers in each field are different. The shifting paradigm from positivism to interpretativeism not only has contributed to the fields of humanities and social sciences, but also effects the fields of science and engineering, such as, the emergence of fuzzy logic along with mathematical logic in the field of basic sciences, quantum mechanics view alongside Newtonian mechanics in the field of engineering. In this paper, we seek to recognize the knowledge developments roots in the branches of industrial engineering, such as the development of "hard operations research", " soft operations research " and "hard systems to soft systems thinking" and "statistical quality control" To "Total Quality Management". Under the influence of paradigmatic changes, developments have taken place in other branches of knowledge forming the industrial engineering as an interdisciplinary scientific discipline for the future. We also examine the systemic methods paradigmatic foundations influenced by the above paradigms and examine how to influence the methods of analysis and problem-solving methods with respect to the differences in their basics, philosophies and paradigms. The existence of debt in the accounts between a set of companies causes the items to be flooded to the left and right of the corporate balance sheet. And have misleading financial ratios for corporate finance analysts and lead to misleading predictions about the company's future. This is the case in a set of companies under the umbrella of a holding due to interactions between them and on the other hand, if there is a solution, it can be tracked and reduced due to the upstream management of the holding. In this paper, using mathematical modeling and optimization, the best combination of the two or multiple possible channels between the holding companies is suggested. How to deal with this issue is one of the issues of day care and modeling and solving it in the form of math planning is the main innovation of this article. The proposed modeling is implemented in one of the IT field holdings and its results are reported in this paper. Manuscript profile
