Today, bank Businesses are pressured by their stakeholders to address sustainability issues in their activities. Consequently, attention to sustainability and social responsibility in the banking business is increasing day by day. Accordingly, the main purpose of this study is to provide a framework for sustainability in bank Business. To this end, by using the Meta-synthesis approach, the 268 open codes related to sustainability in the banking industry were extracted from related articles and related studies and these open codes formed 59 axial codes. Then, these axial codes were categorized based on similarities in concepts to 10 themes of economic partnership, financial factors, energy use, environmental action, community participation, development of human resources, customer relationship, products and services, human rights issue , and governance. In the following, they were categorized into four including economic, social, and environmental and governance sustainability. Moreover, ISM structured the relationships between the themes while leveling them in a structural model based on the experts’ interprets. According to the results, the theme of human rights is at the lowest level and considered as the basis for bank sustainability. In addition, human rights, human resources, products and services, and customer relationship themes were placed in the independent area of the MICMAC chart that shows the key role and influence of these factors on other factors in the sustainability of bank business. Knowledge as a strategic resource in organizations is a major and effective factor in creating and sustaining competitive advantage. In industrial clusters, which include a set of organizations with similar field of activities, there is a joint effort among members to save resources and enhance their competitive ability. One of these joint activities is the exchange of knowledge among the members, which reduces the cost of knowledge acquisition, increasing collaboration between companies, the ability to innovate and strengthen their competitive ability. In this paper, a goal programming model for the process of knowledge exchange in industrial clusters has been presented based on the data of industrial cluster of animal feed, poultry and aquaculture in Golestan and its results have been analyzed. Achieving the ideal degree of knowledge in the cluster and the amount of budget assigned are considered as two model ideals. In this model, for the process of knowledge exchange, there are two types of presence and non-attendance methods that have significant differences in terms of cost and duration of the transfer. Analyzing the model parameters and examining the results shows that the use of both face-to-face and non- attendance methods for the exchange of knowledge enables companies to flexibly participate in the process according to their working conditions and resources. It also provides better understanding to cluster managers in order to be able to make better decisions and planning in order to achieve greater returns from the knowledge transfer process, based on existing resources and goals. In recent years, "technology-based start-ups" have attracted the attention of many researchers and policymakers in various countries as the engine of rapid economic growth. The high growth rate of job creation, sales, exports and capital of these companies, and especially their role in creating high-quality job opportunities, has put these companies in the spotlight of policymakers in many countries around the world. Banks are recognized as an important institution in financing, which will help improve the financing and credit process of technology-based companies by providing banking facilities and will somehow survive them. However, in recent years, despite the economic problems of banks, financing companies has faced many challenges, so considering the importance of financing technology companies in the country, as well as the diversity and range of experts involved, in this article in order to deal with conflicting perspectives and achieve common vision to organize and manage more effectively and efficiently, a combination of soft systems (SSM) methodology and a critical innovation systems (CSH) approach has been used. After explaining the common points of the two approaches, we will reach a common and radical definition of the problems of the credit network in the country's banking system by conducting in-depth interviews with specialists and experts in this field. After reviewing the processes governing the credit system of technology companies in the banking industry using the approach of critical innovative systems and after criticizing the situation and the state of "is" and "should" and new requirements to improve the current situation, the criteria for improving the process should be extracted. This article is aimed at designing and explaining the integrated pattern of employee performance management in the country's state-owned banks. In order to achieve this goal, first the integrated categories of integrated performance management have been identified and validated, and finally, by determining the model of causal relationships of these elements, the final model has been obtained. This research is based on empiricist philosophy and deductive-inductive method. The present study is a fundamental research in terms of purpose, and in terms of data collection method, it’s a cross-sectional research. In this research, mixed method (qualitative & quantitative) has been used. The statistical population of this article includes professors and experts with management experience in SepahBank and has been used to sample the method of bullet and snow. The sampling process continued until theoretical saturation was achieved, and finally 11 managers of the central offices of SepahBank participated in this study. To identify the infrastructural categories of employee performance management, a metasynthesis method has been used and by using interpretive-structural modeling, an integrated staff performance management model has been presented. Data analysis was performed with MaxQda and MicMac software. The results show that among integrated management structures, performance, planning and targeting and organizational culture have high penetration power and have low effectiveness. So the variables are independent. The two variables of knowledge management and coaching have high penetration power and dependency, so they are transferable variables. Employee performance management variables and performance analysis and revision are also highly dependent but have little influence, so they are dependent variables. Manuscript profile

The lean approach seeks to eliminate non-value-added activities and knowledge management to create and apply useable and accessible knowledge for value creation. Therefore, knowledge management is predicted to have a significant impact on the leanness of an organization. On the other hand, despite the fact that the service sector has become a major resource in the economies of the countries, there is little research on how to implement a lean approach in this sector. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of knowledge management on lean service. For this purpose, the dimensions of lean service were first extracted using the grounded theory. In the following, a questionnaire was designed to measure the maturity level of organizations’ knowledge management. Then, structural equation modeling was performed to illustrate the impact of knowledge management on lean service of Payam Noor Universities by using Smart PLS 2 software. The statistical population of this study is all employees, professors, managers and assistants of Payam Noor Universities. Using sample random sampling, 200 questionnaires were distributed to the statistical population, 157 of which were completed and analyzed. After making sure that the measurement and structural models of the research are acceptable, the results suggest that KM plays an important role in improving the lean of Payam Noor Universities. In the field of knowledge management, factors such as knowledge management leadership, organization’s processes, people and knowledge managements’ outcomes have greatest impact on lean service at Payam Noor University. Therefore, managers of Payam Noor University can improve the maturity level of the knowledge management of the organization and then improve the lean status of their organization by focusing on these factors. By applying this model, service managers, especially university managers, can provide an appropriate platform for their use in managing these organizations through the link between knowledge management and lean. Start-ups are especially important for the economy in job creation, business dynamism and creativity. it was an applied-developmental descriptive-survey study using a mixed method design (qualitative and quantitative). In this study, first, the abstract research model was designed through interviews of 34 groups (start-up success factors) in 7 categories using qualitative content analysis method and, then, to investigate the relationship between factors and determine the most likely research scenarios, a quantitative fuzzy cognitive map approach was used. The results showed that the most important category of abstract research model was the category of technological factors. On the other hand, the most probable scenario of this dimension was expression of this issue; Just having a technological idea does not guarantee the success of a start-up business because implementing the idea requires an expert (knowledge-based) team that can quickly bring the prototype to market and use business intelligence (data mining) to analyze the information obtained to increase the discovery of innovative opportunities for customers to be more successful in business. This research contributes to the further success of new technology-driven businesses by analyzing and discussing possible scenarios and providing practical suggestions. Manuscript profile

In this research, while briefly getting acquainted with the automotive industry and the principles and indicators of innovation in a car manufacturing company, it was tried to determine the innovation capability gap between the desired level and the current situation. With this awareness, opportunities are provided for the growth and development of the automotive industry and suggestions can be made to get out of the crisis and recession in this industry. It should be noted that different industrial sectors, while having similarities, have different characteristics and coordinates, and innovation studies in industrial sectors should be done taking into account these differences. This research is applied in terms of objectives and according to the presence of the researcher in this industry and the use of questionnaires within the organization in terms of survey method and field type and case study. The researcher seeks to conceptualize and answer this question that "What are the indicators of innovation capability in the automotive industry and what is the distance between these indicators and the desired level?" The results of this study show that in recent years, the trend of applying innovation in this automotive industry in Iran is Has decreased and the level of organizational innovation is not effective.
