Health care services are of the most important operations which are usually done inside teams. This paper aims at identifying and ranking the hospital teams' productivity indices. For this purpose, the effective factors that influence hospital teams' productivity have been identified through literature study as well as experts survey. These factors then have been reduced to 34 criteria using a screening approach and then categorized into 9 main groups. Internal relations among the factors have been examined using statistical tests. We proposed a new ANP-BWM approach combining the analytical network process (ANP) and best-worst method (BWM) to rank the factors. The proposed ranking approach can significantly reduce the number of pairwise comparisons in ANP method. Finally, in the case of Sadjad hospital, 12 nursing teams have been selected and investigated. Results show that “the quality of services” has the most and “the permanent employment” has the least impact on nursing teams’ productivity. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this research is to present a pattern regarding lay-off in local organizations (a case study about municipalities of Esfahan province) and also to analyze the impact of structural, behavioral and individual factors on lay-off and its aspects. The method used to do this research is descriptive and correlative .The method used to collect information is mixed (qualitative and quantitative). In the first stage (qualitative approach), the subjects were 22 experts who had suitable information about the issue of lay-off. A lay-off pattern and the influential factors on lay-off were designed using the fuzzy Delphi method and also fuzzy logic. These two methods were used to have more correlation between the views of the experts. Then, in the quantitative part, a questionnaire was designed in order to evaluate the pattern and then after reviewing the validity of the questionnaire through Exploratory Factor Analysis, it was given to some managers who, based on Judgmental Sampling, had been chosen out of managers of branches and units of municipalities in Esfahan province. The relationships between components of the model were reviewed using structural equation model. The findings demonstrated that the hypotheses were confirmed and the effect of individual, behavioral and structural factors on lay-off, the mutual effect of behavioral and structural factors and also the effect of individual factors on structural and behavioral factors are meaningful and direct. To this end, municipalities can take the right decisions, which are based on the views of experts, about the time of lay-off, the branch or the people who are going to be laid off and also the influential resources in lay-off. According to the organizations additive growth in competition for increasing market share, the necessity of strategic planning is increasing which accordingly has attracted plenty of researchers. All strategic alternatives are never taken into consideration equally by strategists. Therefore, best alternatives should be selected. In this research, an integrated process is used for selecting the best strategy which includes three approaches named Sustainable Balanced Score Card (SBSC), Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy COmplex PRoportional ASsessment of alternative (COPRAS). Firstly, thirty-three criteria were extracted after studying literature review and interviewing most conscious experts from one of the cabinet making companies. Secondly, they are filtered by Pareto principle. Afterward, nine strategies which are strategic planning outcome, prioritized by COPRAS technique. At the end, "Using blue ocean in order to form a principled marketing and branding" identified as the most important strategy and decision makers allocated the highest utility degree to it. Due to this issue that the organization is at the beginning of the path and consequently should be recognized, "Using blue ocean in order to form a principled marketing and branding" will be an appropriate and suitable strategy because it is the main concern of the newly established and start-ups companies. Each organization and in general each state, regardless of its activity, size and structure, is trying to improve its performance to the best of its ability to maintain its existence. Many of the criticisms of traditional performance evaluation systems are due to their failure to measure and monitor multiple performance dimensions due to the over-concentration of indices that are lacking in efficiency. In this paper, attention has been paid to the effective components in mapping out the road for improving organizational performance with a special look at the balanced scorecard approach based on resistance policies. Accordingly, a study was conducted to identify the indicators that affect the performance of organizations, and one hundred and fifty identifiers were identified and in the structure of the balanced scorecard developed in the dimensions: 1- Customerism and customer needs 2. Financial empowerment and business Income 3. Main Processes and Support 4. Growth and Learning 5. Effectiveness and Impact on Society 6. Leadership and engagement with business. Then, using the factor analysis method, we reduced the indexes, which resulted in the index output dropping by 91% to 43 indexes. In the next step, after identifying the strategic factors affecting the future conditions of the industrial organizations, we developed the scenarios using the Wizard scenario software. In the final step, using the decision methods, we will examine the impact of indicators in different scenarios. Manuscript profile
