One of the most essential activities to create the appropriate supply chain is supplier selection process. The system must be capable of providing buyer's requirements in terms of quality products, at affordable prices and at the appropriate time and volume. The nature of these decisions is usually complex and unstructured. In this study, self-organizing neural networks for decision making for the supplier selection decision is provided in a decision support system environment. Using self-organizing neural networks as a clustering techniques, suppliers clustered. new supplier standards compared with spikes winner and will decide on accepting or rejecting provider. The output of the model is supplier selection and evaluation by appropriate conditions for new suppliers. Manuscript profile

High-tech defense organizations, due to specific features such as: dependence on innovation, strategic goals, reliance on applied knowledge and dynamic nature, require more attention to Capabilities that are appropriate to circumstances, including innovation capability. Therefore, in this research, the effect of technological, product and process innovation and ambidexterity capability on the performance of defense products has been investigated. The research methodology is applied in terms of achievemen, exploratory and descriptive in terms of purpose. In order to localize the literature of the subject with the high-tech defense organizations in Iran, the Focus Group method was used. The required data in the form of a questionnaire from 58 defense organizations of the field of electronics (as a high-tech industry) Collected. Analysis of the data with the help of structural equation model (PLS SEM) has shown that the capabilities of product innovation, process innovation, ambidexterity and technology influence product performance. The research findings lead the managers of defense electronic industry to empower the organization in the field of product and process innovation, technological and ambidexterity capabilities. Constant changes in the business environment compel companies to think about new product development. In order to meet customer needs, active engagement with the customer and, more specifically, customer involvement in the process of developing new product is essential. The purpose of the present research is to identify the effective factors on customer involvement in the process of new product development in the food industry of Mazandaran province. Six effective variables include organizational strategy, new product features, external environment, organizational features, customer attributes, and relationships. The purpose of this research, in the form of applied research and in terms of the implementation of research, is descriptive-causal research. The statistical population of the research is the managers of different parts of the food industry of Mazandaran province, including production, product, marketing, brand, and other parts of the organization. The data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. In this research, structural equation modeling (SEM) has been used to analyze data and examine the hypothesis. The results showed that the organizational strategy variables, organizational characteristics, customer characteristics and relational factors have a positive and significant effect on customer involvement in the process of new product development. While the two variables of product and environment characteristics have no significant effect on customer involvement. Therefore, according to the results, food industry companies should pay particular attention to strengthening these factors in order to attract more customers to develop new products. On the macro level, organizations are divided into project-based and non-project-based categories according to the nature and type of work. Project-based businesses have a specific start and end point and end up delivering the project to the owners. Therefore, marketing in these kinds of organizations is very important in order to continue the life of the organization by searching for new projects to produce a product or service. But marketing in project-oriented organizations is highly sensitive with considering the high cost of bidding, the intense competitive environment, the complex and varied technical knowledge and technology. This paper studies the marketing process in the project-oriented organization of industrial projects management of Iran and due to the complexity of this issue and the presence of multiple stakeholders in designing a marketing model for the organization; a soft systems methodology approach has been used. Seven steps of model design using this approach was mentioned, internal and external factors influencing the marketing process by the role of each was introduced, and finally the needed changes such as revising the organization's statute, attempting to obtain the contracting rank in others industrial areas, preparing and approval of a acquisition plan, setting up an independent R&D department, and developing partnerships with technology companies were offered to stackholders to improve system performance and enhance the effectiveness of the marketing process. The use of new approaches and technologies in the design of maintenance plans and policies, taking into account the changes and growth of technology, is one of the factors that are increasingly considered by experts today, and in addition to reducing costs Repair, reducing downtime of machines and increasing the useful life of machinery and equipment, create a competitive advantage in production systems. The purpose of this study is to provide a model for realizing a proactive maintenance approach. In this regard, the decision-making problem for "selecting maintenance policies and programs at the optimal time with the lowest cost" has been modeled. For conducting research, historical data related to the implementation of maintenance programs and risk assessment in the gas pipeline network have been used, and based on recursive induction in stochastic dynamic planning with Markov decision-making process in finite time, mathematical model is designed. In this research, to assign each of the specified policies and actions related to the maintenance program to the identified risks and defects, simulations and optimizations based on time and cost have been performed and sensitivity analysis and validation of the model are performed. The rate of improvement and the rate of optimization in the cost of implementing maintenance policies and the time of its implementation, indicate the efficiency of the proposed model. The Internet of Everything constitutes a comprehensive framework of connections, processes, and principles interlinked within a unified ecosystem. Within this framework, at a higher level, connections have broadened, and more importantly, these connections are comprehended. The present article delves into assessing the status of this innovative technology in two neighboring countries. This study serves as an excellent example for decision-makers and leaders to propel Iran towards a higher level of sustainable development. Meanwhile, Dubai, one of the seven Emirates of the United Arab Emirates, by installing smart infrastructures, employing the unified DubaiNow application for all services (governmental and urban), and establishing a smart city, stands as the sole country among its neighbors to have successfully executed the Internet of Everything. The Internet of Everything has transformed Dubai into a significant economic hub in the region and globally. Conversely, although the Internet of Everything technology has not yet proliferated in Turkey, the foundations, technology, and key concepts have been well-established in the country. This technology, with its specific capabilities across various domains, from smart agriculture and livestock farming to urban traffic management, smart airports, and asset monitoring, has facilitated substantial improvements in infrastructures and services provided in Turkey. The examination results indicate that the orientations of these two countries toward achieving the prospects of this significant transformation have led to increased revenues, reduced operational costs, heightened productivity across various sectors, and positioning them on the path of sustainable development.
