EFQM excellence model with specifying the position of organization in the path of excellence is a practical tool in order to understand its deficiencies and shortcoming, so that with providing guidelines in the form of improvement projects helps organizations to advance the process of appropriate management systems .EFQM self- assessing model as a tool of Total Quality Management is facing with the problem of the lack of prioritizing improvement projects because of the lack of facilities and limits of resources in enterprises hence there are the necessity of strategic prioritizing of self-assessment projects in the organization. The aim of this study is to provide the steps of moving the EFQM model to BSC model as a strategic management tool by using FTOPSIS and FANP techniques in order to strategic prioritize the improvement projects of the EFQM self-assessment. This study is functional in terms of the objective and in terms of method is a survey research and in terms of the collection of information is a field research. Statistical society consists of 7 persons of Yazd municipal managers in the form of excellence team and interview and questionnaire are tools used in the research. The result of prioritizing improvement projects led to determine importance of internal process perspective in the organization in the organization and prioritize 21 improvement projects including “ provision and updating of educational electronic ID”,” personal relocation in occupational category according to given training”,” create documentation center in municipality” Manuscript profile

In the present era, measuring technology performance is one of the best ways to obtain information for decision making in organizations. It also plays a vital role in the success of organizations. Yet, many organizations have not developed and adopted official processes for technology performance assessment. While measuring technology performance, managers have always looked for some methods in order to assess performance. The purpose of the present study is to provide a hybrid model for the assessment and selection of appropriate technology in Pars Khodro car factories, to identify assessment indices of technology level, to weigh and rank them using Fuzzy ANP Technique, to determine the effectiveness and impressionability of the indices using DEMATEL Technique. The population of the present study included 20 senior production and information technology managers of the mentioned factories. The results of this study can present a comprehensive view regarding assessment of technological capability and capability of the decision makers of car industry in Iran. Manuscript profile

Health care services are of the most important operations which are usually done inside teams. This paper aims at identifying and ranking the hospital teams' productivity indices. For this purpose, the effective factors that influence hospital teams' productivity have been identified through literature study as well as experts survey. These factors then have been reduced to 34 criteria using a screening approach and then categorized into 9 main groups. Internal relations among the factors have been examined using statistical tests. We proposed a new ANP-BWM approach combining the analytical network process (ANP) and best-worst method (BWM) to rank the factors. The proposed ranking approach can significantly reduce the number of pairwise comparisons in ANP method. Finally, in the case of Sadjad hospital, 12 nursing teams have been selected and investigated. Results show that “the quality of services” has the most and “the permanent employment” has the least impact on nursing teams’ productivity. Manuscript profile

After Islamic Revolution in Iran, all private banks were announced public based on Article 44 of the constitution. Accordingly, all private banks were replaced by public integrated banking system. However, establishment of credit financial institutions since1997 paved the way to establish private banks. Finally, central bank announced its agreement for establishment of private banks in February 1998. In April 2000, the law of establishment of non-public banks was passed. In this study, the performance of private banks during 2005 to 2015 was assessed to investigate their failure or success. Additionally, using the Delphi method and investigation of balance sheet of banks, a comprehensive reportwas obtained from status of privatebanks and the impact of privatization on the banking indicators was examined. The results of assessment of balance sheets and obtained data obtained show privatization of banks had a positive impact on efficiency and profitability of banks. In addition, according to the results, "Premium Features" of private banks compared to public banks includedreducedtotal costs of money, reducedoutstanding loans and doubtful debts of the bank, reduced gap between the interest rate paid on deposits and interest received from a given facilities, updating and creating a modern information structure of banking, providing new service, increased productivity of human resources, using specialists and educated manpower, increased profitability, creating a competitive environment and transparency of information, reduced reliance on central bank at deficits times, and management of risk.In addition, by using the Delphi technique, "Top Premium Features" of private banks compared to public banks were obtained and they were weighted using FANP method. Accordingly, four criteria of reduced total costs of money, reducedoutstanding loans and debts, creating a competitive environment and increased productivity of human resources had the highest weights, respectively. Hospitals need performance evaluation systems for the development and competitiveness of the efficiency and effectiveness of programs, processes and human resources. This study aimed to design an evaluation system for private hospitals using the Balanced Scorecard and network analysis method was used.Hospitals in the study of inferential as is practical purpose. The population consisted of seven private hospitals Guilan province. The sampling method was census. First, a list of performance indicators was prepared with Balanced Scorecard approach. After holding several meetings with experts in the Delphi technique, 16 indicators in four dimensions scorecard as appropriate measures at the entrance to the questionnaire paired comparisons were demonstrated. The software Super Decision Software, based on the geometric mean of the data that was obtained Tuesday by four expert decision matrix Unweighted, weghited and limited offers and the share of each of the main indicators and details with regard to the inconsistency rate of less than 0.1 is calculated.According to the findings of the index rising incomes and increased employee satisfaction has always been considered the most effective measures in all hospitals. The increase in revenue due to the lack of dependence on the state budget and either And trying to maintain quality manpower that could be what attracts customers to the hospital air Can be one of the strategic goals of most private hospitals of the province. This research offers a hybrid approach (ANP-BSC) to further enhance performance evaluation for private hospitals. And this can enhance the quality of decision-making for managers and weak points and ultimately increase patient satisfaction and community action to be followed. Manuscript profile

Despite the importance of developing petrochemical industries, most of the country's exports in the petrochemical industry have been limited to raw materials and semi-industries, which is due to the incapability to acquire appropriate technology in the downstream industries. Technology transfer is one of the most important shortcut methods for acquiring and developing technologies in these industries, but one of the most important challenges is the managers' little familiarity with the technology transfer process and the abilities it requires. The aim of this study is to identify and prioritize the effective abilities in the success of the technology transfer process in the downstream, petrochemical industries, and for this purpose a combined method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Analytic Network Process (ANP) has been used. In this regard, the content validity was confirmed by CVR and CVI forms and the final questionnaire was distributed and collected by the Porsline system among the statistical population and in order to investigate the accuracy of the theoretical model of the research, factor analysis with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and AMOS software was used. The results of this stage of the study indicate that 82 indicators in 8 ability factors affect the success of the technology transfer process in petrochemical downstream industries and the effectiveness of all 8 factors is ability at the semantic level. On the other hand, prioritizing the abilities that affect the success of the technology transfer process was done through the Analytic Network Process and Super Decisions software. The results show that technology dissemination abilities are the first priority, and technology adaptation abilities as well as development and improvement abilities are the second and third priorities.
