        The aim's paper is to recognition and explanation of firms' position. Thus, this study presents a evaluating model based on two cores for the strategic positioning of firms. The research method is based on descriptive with especial focused on survey and case study one; therefore, its model has two dimensions as: Porter's generic strategies and positioning. This model directs seven research hypotheses. Thus, the population for study is electrical equipments industry; therefore, the sample size is 67 staffs. Questionnaires were distributed among 130 employees and vendors of “Part Bargh Iranian” company and at last 56 questionnaires were collected. Questionnaires were distributed among people with internal and external recognition about company. Finally research hypotheses: significant relationship between the Porter's generic strategy model and strategic positioning model, and secondary hypotheses: relationship between the cost leadership and strategic positioning model (Product and firm) , relationship between the differentiation strategy and strategic positioning model (Product and firm), relationship between the focus strategy and strategic positioning model (Product and firm) , all confirmed.         Despite the vast application of excellence models in modern organizations, it is not clear that which one is more appropriate. This paper is aimed to choose the most proper Excellence patterns to be employed to realize the excellence goals in progressive organizations. For this study, not only we studied the literature of research, but also we employed Fuzzy Delphi technique to filter and select superior excellence patterns. The conducted idea analysis was filtered during two steps using Cheng & Lin approach. The study population was comprised of 30 industry experts and university faculties. In order to study and analyze, 12 excellence patterns were selected from different fields including human resources, training, ethics, and knowledge management from which 5 excellence models were chosen after filtering experts' opinions. It is considered that through this process, the excellence path for organizations will be defined and will make them capable to take actions in order to realize the excellence goals in much shorter period of time Manuscript profile

        During the last decade there was a well known strategy to support startups and enterprenuers to stabilish firms in high tech industries. despite the position of high-tech industries has been weakened especially in export share. Growth strategies utilized by high-tech firms can improve the position. Growth strategies help firms to increase their market share and sale revenues. Hence, current study aims to designate and validate growth strategies of high-tech firms. Research model has been proposed based on the extended literature, the situation of high-tech industry, and experts' views. Data is gathered by a self-administrated questionnaire and would be analyzed by structural equation modeling using SPSS 18 and LISERL 8.54. Population is managers of high-tech firms in Iran. A convenience sampling approach is employed to collect estimated sample. Data achieved from 451 respondents was analyzed. Results indicated that: 1) growth strategies of high tech firms affect their outputs, 2) resources affect growth strategies of high-tech firms, 3) multiple risks affect the utilization of resources by the high tech firms, and 4) high tech firms provide the needed resources for their growth based on the outcomes in terms of profit and/or attractiveness Manuscript profile

        The present time, the basis of entrepreneurship and value creation is innovation, as well as the provision of high value-added banking services. Thus, those are the main factors in the development of the banking network and improving the competitive advantage and performance of banks. Therefore, the aim’ paper is to model marketing and technological innovation variables based on the performance of the macroeconomic to explain their innovation functions in the country's banking network. To achieve this aim, by constructing a main hypothesis and four sub-hypotheses, the structural interaction of technological innovation behaviors and marketing innovation of ten selected banks on the macroeconomic performance of the country during the period 2009 to 2018 investigated. This research type is applied one in terms of purpose and in terms of nature, type of data and their collection method, is a causal based on econometrics techniques and analytical descriptive by regarding generalized system torque technique. In this study, the variables of economic growth and total value of exports, dependent variables and variables of technological innovation and marketing innovation of the banking network evaluated with the role of explaining economic performance. According to the research results, technological innovation with a positive effect of 0.09% and the variable of marketing innovation with a positive effect of 0.54% increase economic growth, as well as technological innovation with a positive effect of 0.08% and marketing innovation with a positive effect of 0.07%. Total exports have increased in the banking network. Therefore, technological innovation and marketing innovation have had a significant effect on economic growth and the value of the country's total exports.
