The supplier selection is one of the most important issues in supply chain management discipline and it is regarded as an effective factor for companies to survive in the competitive environment. Selecting the best supplier among various suppliers, considering a mixture of criteria that are sometimes in conflict, makes it a complicated multi-criteria decision making problem. On the other hand, supplier selection is highly dependent on the assessments of decision makers and according to the environmental dynamics and incomplete information available to decision makers, they are faced with some uncertainty in their assessments. The purpose of this paper is to present a model of multi-criteria decision making under uncertainty by using concepts of fuzzy and grey theories in order to select the optimal supplier. In this research, first, the weights of supplier selection criteria are determined by using fuzzy Delphi and analytic hierarchy process, then suppliers are ranked by using Grey VIKOR which is a newly developed approach in the field of multi-criteria decision making under uncertainty Manuscript profile

Performance evaluation is a fundamental necessity in facing and coping with changes and continuous improvement activities. Insurance companies to determine your current position and survive and thrive in today's competitive world must continually methods and models to assess and improve their performance and activities of the organization are ongoing. The aim of this study is to evaluate the performance of insurance companies based on Shannon's weighting entropy and the ranking method is done according to grey VIKOR technique address. The performance evaluation is conducted based on the Balanced Score card method. Moreover, instead of using the linguistic variables and absolute numbers we will use grey numbers Tuesday parameterization. Grey VIKOR is a one of the most developed approaches of multi-criteria decision making under uncertainty conditions. Furthermore, the actual weights based on the concept of objective to regulate the mental weights of Shannon entropy can be used by the decision-makers. The current study has been worked on five insurance companies. According to the data gathered from the questioners the quantity value of the insurance companies has been calculated based on the final weights resulted from Shannon's weighting entropy and the grey VIKOR method. The results revealed that MELLAT insurance company obtained the highest value of (0.9334) and the lowest value (0) belongs to Dana insurance company. Accordingly, Dana Insurance is ranked in the first position, Iran Insurance the second, Alborz Insurance the third, Asia Insurance the fourth and MELLAT insurance the fifth. Manuscript profile

The insurance industry is vital in the country that is affected by green marketing. However, there is no accurate information on the green marketing situation in the country's insurance industry. This research has been tried to identify the main criteria of green marketing evaluation to provide a model for a green marketing audit. In this regard, first, the main criteria were identified and approved by experts through a questionnaire. The final framework consists of 24 sub-criteria that are classified into ten criteria. Then, by using the fuzzy DEMATEL method, the internal relationships between the criteria and the hierarchical analysis method, each criterion and sub-criteria's final weight are obtained. According to the results, among the causes, the criterion of mission has the greatest effect on all criteria and takes the least effect from other criteria. So, this criterion has the most stimulus role, and by optimizing it, we can expect the optimization of other factors. The green sales factor is also strongly influenced by other factors and is optimized by optimizing other factors. Also, the criterion of the mission with an effective weight of 0.23 is the most important, and the criterion of green design with an effective weight of 0.024 is the least important Manuscript profile
