        The development of networked organizations usually done by a focal firm (the mother). For this purpose, the focal firm as the main center of network must implement her strategies with an action plan. Significance of business model in a network is important as many experts realize business model as an engine for network base strategy. In the present study, we look at the subject of collaboration networks , to review, identify and prioritize the role of focal firm in the business model of collaboration networks. In this direction, by reviewing existing literature on maternal advantage we extract the key functions of focal firm in her mothering strategy and business model. Then the extracted factors in Delphi process was judged and developed by experts.         According to importance of subject, the aim of this study is to evaluate and rank factors of intellectual capital and organization entrepreneurship that aims to improve the performance of corporation. Therefore, after reviewing the literature and interviews with professors and coil industry experts, intellectual capital, organization entrepreneurship and firm performance factors were identified. After designing and distributing questionnaires among coil industry experts, priority and importance of each of these factors with using Fuzzy TOPSIS, FAHP, vikor, ELECTRE were evaluated. According to the results of the above methods in cases not compatible with each other, to achieve the overall ranking of integration methods (POSET) that includes: rating average method, Borda method, Copeland method and integration phase (POSET) has been used. The results obtained from FAHP method, according to the company's performance improvement indicate that the net profit is the most important subcategory of the factors affecting corporate performance improvement; competitive advantages, customer retention, market value of the company; innovation capacity and volume of transaction are at ranking highest respectively. The results obtained from FAHP method indicate that organization entrepreneurship is more significant than intellectual capital of the factors affecting corporate performance improvement. Different Ratings have offered for intellectual capital and sub-scales of Human capital, Structural Capital, Relational Capital, Innovation Capital and Customer Capital factors.         The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of supply chain integration in just in time production strategy and firm performance. This is an applied, descriptive, Survey and cross-sectional study. The population of the study was 60 Malayer raisin processing companies, out of which 57 were randomly selected based on Cochran formula for limited communities. The method of data collection was field survey and the instrument used was questionnaire. Structural path modeling based on partial least squares and PLS software was used to analyze the data. The findings of this study confirm the significant impact of internal integration on customer integration, supplier integration and just in time production. Evidence also showed that integration with customers and integration with suppliers had a significant impact on the firm's just in time production and performance and just in time production on firm performance. There was no evidence of a significant effect of internal integration on firm performance. Manuscript profile

        Despite the interest of prospective managers and researchers, the implementation of green supply chain management in the country's dairy industry has not been satisfactory. The real challenge for the country's managers is to prioritize the implementation of green supply chain management to achieve the best possible advantage in the implementation of green supply chain management in the country's dairy industry. In this paper, the effect of external pressures and internal motivation on the company's performance with respect to the role of acceptance of green supply chain management in the dairy industry. The statistical population of the study is dairy companies in Iran in which 82 managers of the company were analyzed as a sample. The non-probability and available sampling method and data collection tool was a questionnaire. Structural equation modeling and SmartPLS software were used to analyze the data. The research findings show that market pressures and suppliers are effective in accepting green supply chain management in the dairy industry. In addition, it was found that the adoption of green supply chain management in the dairy industry has an impact on environmental, operational and economic performance. However, the effect of controlling pressures on the acceptance of green supply chain management in the dairy industry was not confirmed.         Innovation is the key to economic development; Therefore, consideration of processes and policies that support innovation should be considered. The purpose of this study is to investigate innovative policies, attitudes and behaviors, considering the changes in the market and technology in knowledge-based companies, technology and growth centers. The research is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive-survey in terms of nature and method. To test the hypotheses, a 78-item questionnaire according to the 5-point Likert scale was used. The statistical population of the study is 600 people employed in more than 180 knowledge-based companies, technology and service growth centers located in the Science and Technology Park of Hamadan province. The sample size is 234 people who have been selected based on Krejcie and Morgan table and one questionnaire has been analyzed from each company. Using Spss software, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated and confirmatory factor analysis was used to evaluate the validity of the structure using Lisrel software. In order to analyze the findings, the path analysis model was used and for the analysis of the mediating variable, the Sobel test was used and for the analysis of the moderator variable, the modified multiple regression test method was used. The results showed that the values supporting innovation, innovative behaviors and innovation norms can have a direct and indirect positive and significant effect on the agility and performance of the company. The results of the mustard test and the adjusted multiple regression test (moderator) indicated that the company's agility plays the role of the mediator variable and technology and market turbulence the role of the moderator variable in the relationship between other variables.
