This article draws a comparison between Mollana and Miller’s opinion on the classification of systems. Miller’s classification has 9 levels under three main classifications of physical systems , living systems and social human and ultra social systems that are as follows: Structural systems like charts, simple moving systems like galaxy, self-disciplined system like themostat. Open system like cells, multiplying systems like plants, perception systems like animals with the ability of perception, thinking system like humans, social systems like supernatural that are out of mind and calculatin. Each level has some supriority on their preceding and lower levels and those features enable them to influence and chenge the lower levels. Analysis on Mollana’s poams reveals that he believes in these level and he has mentioned them all in his poams many centuries ago, but he has brought about an other system stiil more powerful and more complete that the ultra social system and that is the system of God. In miller’s classification of the universe’s systems, after the ultra social system, there is no other system but mollana states that after reachingthe stage of angles there is the stage of God which is the most powerful system and has created the other systems, and it is he who can influence bring about change in the other systems, this shows Mollana’s Islamic views in his poems and beliefs. In Mollana’s view nothingness is the beginning of life and life is the begining of the nothingness, he goes from nothingnesses towards everything and that is towards God. He expresses the view that life is like a circle that starts from nothingness and ends in reaching God. Manuscript profile

Network of collaborators is the most important approach of organizations in CoPS R&D projects conduction as completing such projects requires specific resources and is beyond the capabilities of a single organization. Obviously the capabilities of the network of collaborators have a significant role in mentioned collaboration. So in this paper fundamental indicator of those capabilities were firstly specified by literature review. Secondly final indicators were selected using survey of experts of a CoPS producing company. Thirdly these indicators were classified in components by expert survey and using SEM in LISREL software. These components encompass collaborators competency (incorporating knowledge and skillfulness, keeping up to date, complying to standards and financial ability), task performance capability (incorporating project quality, time and responsibility during and after project completion) and adaptability (incorporating accordance to values, time and flexibility in deliverables). The results of hypothesis tests illustrate that competency has a significant and positive impact on task performance and the latter has a similar impact on adaptability but there is no direct and significant correlation between competency and adaptability while there exists an indirect one. Regarding the importance of CoPS in providing the organization with technological capability and the differences existing between these systems and mass products, it is essential to develop a model to collaborate on CoPS R&D. Exploitation of the capabilities of the network of collaborators is a desirable option due to inability of the organization in providing the resources comprising finance, human, facilities and expertise. Reviewing the literature on CoPS and technological collaboration incorporating the kind and motivations of collaborators and organizational forms of collaboration and interviewing 18 experts of the organization, a model was developed based on TRL approach and fuzzy cognitive mapping tool. Considering the model developed, the steps of project is classified into 3 categories: Green(able to be collaborated in network), Yellow (able to be collaborated on condition) and red (unable to be collaborated). The role of the members of the network and the strategy of collaborating with them is specified as follows: R&D contract with universities and consulting agents, Educational acquisition with faculty members, outsourcing the projects intended as military service compensation, and R&D contract or research funding with knowledge-based institutions. On the other hand, the position of technology developing and designing centers is specified employing the national innovation system as an upper hand document. Validity of model is proven by checklist of good theories. Manuscript profile

This research was conducted to study the effect of strategic choices and management control systems on organizational performance in small and medium-sized companies in Iran. In this article, contingency theory is used as the theoretical framework of the research. This is a quantitative study in terms of research type. The survey method has been used as a research strategy and data collection method. The main tool of data collection in the research is a standard questionnaire, which is adapted based on the questionnaire used in the research of Junkira et al. (2018). Smart pls software was used for data analysis. The results of the research show that more competitive forces cause the formation of the strategy chosen by organizations, however, contrary to what the theoretical foundations predict, those companies that operate in more competitive environments choose a cost leadership strategy instead of choosing a differentiation strategy. . The design and use of management control systems is influenced by the strategy chosen by the company. In addition, the use of contemporary management methods is associated with differentiation strategy. The choice of strategy and management control systems in the organization has a significant positive effect on organizational performance. In addition, those companies that combine the differentiation strategy with contemporary management practices perform better than the other companies studied. Manuscript profile

Knowledge management is the process of creating, sharing, using and managing knowledge of an organization. A knowledge management system is known as a knowledge base and is a comprehensive system that can provide many methods for providing documentation. The knowledge management system is a platform that covers the organization's collective knowledge and creates a centralized repository for storing and accessing the organization's activities. organizations do this through a tool or software specifically designed for knowledge management. Knowledge management systems refer to a class of information systems applied to organizational knowledge management and have been developed to support and promote organizational processes of creating, storing, retrieving, transferring and applying knowledge, in the company's organizational workplace. Various categories of knowledge management systems have been presented in articles. In this article, the main principles of knowledge management have been extracted with a new approach. For this purpose, first the main life cycle activities have been identified. Then, by reviewing conventional knowledge management systems and brainstorming sessions, the main services have been identified. Finally by applying clustering on the extracted services based on the k-means algorithm, the services have been clustered and the main systems have been extracted. In order to evaluate the quality of extraction systems, we have benefited experts, and experts in the field of knowledge management evaluated the quality of extraction systems at an optimal level. It is expected that by implementing these systems in different industries, it will be possible to help spread knowledge management in the industry as much as possible. Manuscript profile
