The procurement plays a critical role in achieving the goals of project-based organizations, as it is one of the project management fields which include risk and uncertainty. In this article, different models which are existed in the field of procurement risk management gathered and analyzed. Then the models are examined based on the questionnaire and according to the concluded index. Through integrating some models which have higher scores in assessing the criteria and through adding other factors, a model for implementing risk management in the procurement process of project-based organizations is suggested. The researcher uses the group decision making for considered goods and this factor is the strength points of the suggested model. In this model besides developing and optimizing organization procurement process, risk management affairs in planning for procurement are considered. In order to examine the operation of the developed model, it is implemented in the considered organization and the results of this implementation shows that the level of risk management operation in procurement process improved. The role of knowledge management in project management is important and appropriate implementation of this is fairly effective in the efficiency of project management. Identification and using of knowledge groups is one of the principal components of knowledge management. Using association rules to identify the relationship between knowledge groups of the project team can improve and increase utilization of knowledge groups. In order to discover association rules between variables, there are different methodologies that can lead to different results. In this study considered utilization of three methodology to discovery initial of association rules in knowledge groups between project team members. The identified basic rules are checked with multi-criteria decision making technique and then classified. The results of this study as for utilizing a combination of methodologies of discovering the association rules and final classificating rules with TOPSIS technique can introduce the association rules among knowledge groups in project teams that these results lead to the promotion of knowledge management performance in project management. Abstract Portfolio selection is one of the most important areas in financial decision-making; A portfolio of stocks that could bring the highest rate of return and the lowest risk investment for its owner simultaneously. However in choosing the most prefered portfolio just these factors are not decisive and according to the economic environment, many factors can affect this process which should be employed. Therefore, these diversity of factors, bring to the limelight the importance of multi-criteria decision-making approaches. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is one of this approaches. The main purpose of this paper is comparing the traditional DEA approaches to a new proposed algorithm. In traditional approaches simply assumed that return to scale is constant or variable. This simplification may cause large errors. In the new algorithm by analyzing the behavior of return to scale, appropriate model will be used. As a case study, the models have been solved with real data belonging to Tehran stock exchange and the results have been analyzed. Manuscript profile

This scale was distributed electronically and in a presence among 171 faculty members of 31 centers and Payam Noor University of Khuzestan province. Cronbach's alpha coefficients were used to measure the reliability of the scale and its value was 0.84 for the whole scale. The factual and content validity of the scale was confirmed by 5 experienced experts. In order to assess the construct validity, factor analysis was also performed using principal components along with Varimax rotation. The extent of the explanation of the variance of variables for the eight factors extracted is 66/77 of the total variable variance. Also, the other results of the study and the construction of the current questionnaire are that the questionnaire is prepared in such a way that it can identify the centers of knowledge production and how to distribute information and knowledge in the target society. In fact, questionnaire questions can set the ideal, purpose, and ideal of an organization in such a way that the organization can achieve its purpose according to their implementation.
