The purpose of this research is to present a pattern regarding lay-off in local organizations (a case study about municipalities of Esfahan province) and also to analyze the impact of structural, behavioral and individual factors on lay-off and its aspects. The method used to do this research is descriptive and correlative .The method used to collect information is mixed (qualitative and quantitative). In the first stage (qualitative approach), the subjects were 22 experts who had suitable information about the issue of lay-off. A lay-off pattern and the influential factors on lay-off were designed using the fuzzy Delphi method and also fuzzy logic. These two methods were used to have more correlation between the views of the experts. Then, in the quantitative part, a questionnaire was designed in order to evaluate the pattern and then after reviewing the validity of the questionnaire through Exploratory Factor Analysis, it was given to some managers who, based on Judgmental Sampling, had been chosen out of managers of branches and units of municipalities in Esfahan province. The relationships between components of the model were reviewed using structural equation model. The findings demonstrated that the hypotheses were confirmed and the effect of individual, behavioral and structural factors on lay-off, the mutual effect of behavioral and structural factors and also the effect of individual factors on structural and behavioral factors are meaningful and direct. To this end, municipalities can take the right decisions, which are based on the views of experts, about the time of lay-off, the branch or the people who are going to be laid off and also the influential resources in lay-off. Today, the role of knowledge-based companies has grown as one of the key pillars of the resistance economy. Considering the importance of the ability, expertise, and skills of these companies, consideration of the mental, emotional, and interactive characteristics of the company is an essential precondition for the realization of the goals in the knowledge-based companies. The higher the degree of affiliation of the company to the knowledge workers, the more meaningful the concept of performance management will be. However, so far, in the field of knowledge workers' performance, it has been evaluating the performance of these categories of employees. The prevailing characteristics of performance evaluation systems can be seen as the tangent, downside, downside and low level of integrity and effectiveness of the entire system. The research is composed of two stages. With a library study and a review of the research background, an eight-stage performance management model process was extracted. In the first step, after interviewing 16 experts , using the qualitative method of the analysis, the dimensions (stages) of the performance management process of knowledge workers were analyzed. In the second step, the research was conducted using the Structural-Interpretative Modeling (ISM) approach and the use of expert judgment to design a model for the performance management process of knowledge workers in knowledgeable Based companies. This article is aimed at designing and explaining the integrated pattern of employee performance management in the country's state-owned banks. In order to achieve this goal, first the integrated categories of integrated performance management have been identified and validated, and finally, by determining the model of causal relationships of these elements, the final model has been obtained. This research is based on empiricist philosophy and deductive-inductive method. The present study is a fundamental research in terms of purpose, and in terms of data collection method, it’s a cross-sectional research. In this research, mixed method (qualitative & quantitative) has been used. The statistical population of this article includes professors and experts with management experience in SepahBank and has been used to sample the method of bullet and snow. The sampling process continued until theoretical saturation was achieved, and finally 11 managers of the central offices of SepahBank participated in this study. To identify the infrastructural categories of employee performance management, a metasynthesis method has been used and by using interpretive-structural modeling, an integrated staff performance management model has been presented. Data analysis was performed with MaxQda and MicMac software. The results show that among integrated management structures, performance, planning and targeting and organizational culture have high penetration power and have low effectiveness. So the variables are independent. The two variables of knowledge management and coaching have high penetration power and dependency, so they are transferable variables. Employee performance management variables and performance analysis and revision are also highly dependent but have little influence, so they are dependent variables. Manuscript profile

The population of this study were the customers of Hypermy store in Mashhad. The sampling of this study is using Cochran's formula and 385 customers, whose data were collected through the standard questionnaire of Palacius et al. (2020). The measurement of validity from the validity of the structure gave the validity of the validity and the validity of the structure and Cronbach's alpha test was used to measure the reliability coefficient and Cronbach's alpha test was validated for variables. In this study, smart pls software was used to test the hypotheses. Because the model has two modifiers, one of which is qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the interaction competency variable of queue employees has an effect on customer satisfaction. Also, the competency variable has an effect on customer satisfaction. Employee demand variable modulates the effect of queue staff competence on customer satisfaction, but queue employee demand variable does not moderate the effect of interaction competence on customer satisfaction. In addition, store swarm variable 6 moderates the effect of queue staff competence on customer satisfaction, but store swarm variable did not have a moderating effect on the effect of queue staff interaction competence on customer satisfaction. Hinkin and Shirykhm Power scale (1989) and an Entrepreneurial Personality trait Questionnaire derived from the standard questionnaires of Darham Center for Entrepreneurship were used for data collection purposes. Validity and reliability of the questionnaires were verified using relevant tests. Structural equations modeling based on partial least squares was used to analyze the data and reach the structural model. The results of the structural model showed that the authorities’ power sources and expertise of managers have a direct and significant effect on prediction of the employees’ Entrepreneurial Personality traits and the proposed model is well fitted. Changing employee behavior is a common challenge for many organizations. When employees deviate from expected behavior, it can be seen as a form of human behavioral entropy, making it difficult to predict their actions. Entropy is a degree of disorder in any system that increases over time according to the second law of thermodynamics. Disturbances may also occur in human behavior when human behavior goes out of stability and moves towards instability, which can be called entropy in behavior. With the appearance of entropy in the behavior of employees, it becomes difficult for managers to control their behavior and the possibility of any behavioral problems in the organization is obvious. Understanding the underlying causes of these behaviors can help prevent problems within organizations. This study is focused on developing a model to reduce employee behavioral entropy within the justice administration system. The research is qualitative in nature, with a statistical population consisting of experts with relevant experience in the field. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling. Qualitative data was collected through interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis. The results of the analysis identified background factors (economic, legal, social, political, and technological), behavioral factors (personality, professional ethics, job passion, impression management, and job satisfaction), and structural factors (structural and process, leadership, work rules and regulations, cultural and educational) as organizing categories and basic categories in the design of the model, focusing on a three-pronged approach to reducing justice administration employee behavioral entropy.
