Financial intelligence is considered a new concept in the field of behavioral finance that has not elapsed long from its emergence. This recently emerged concept has been defined and conceptualized by only a few scholars. To increase this field, attempts are required to be made in order to improve understanding of financial intelligence. The present study was aimed at designing and developing a model for measuring Personal' financial intelligence, using meta- Synthesis method on the basis of translation. It employed qualitative research as an approach, scientific documents as an instrument, library research method as a data collection method and cross-sectional study in its implementation process. The translation-based meta- Synthesis method was implemented on the basis of curve fitting and semantic enrichment technique, by coding the component of the previously developed models, and a model was obtained with two components: personal finance skills and basic skill. The 5E instructional model of Engage, Explore, Explain, Elaborate, and Evaluate was used to evaluate the quality of the developed model which was finally confirmed. The conceptual apparatus developed in the present study has the capacity to empower the various organizations of human resources both in a variety of industries and in countless economic and financial fields, to study the behavioral finance of individuals and to examine the behaviors in financial markets and investors and everything related to behavioral finance. 2 - Pathology of new public services and welfare policies via the meta-synthesis method (Research interest of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labour, and Social Welfare)

As most researchers agree and acknowledge, Iranian administration is transitioning from a new public affairs administration and evolving into a new public service provider. However, a number of traditional viewpoints and opinions are yet to achieve some necessary revision, as the quality and quantity of services remain vague and ineffective for the audience and recipients of these services. The present research attempts to study the existing public services and welfare policies, in comparison with the ideal situation and conditions, in order to reveal the inconsistency between them, from a pathologic perspective. To this end, among the qualitative research approaches, the content analysis method was adopted, and the meta-synthesis method was used to extract the necessary key concepts and content codes from 32 papers. Peer-reviewed research and analysis papers were used as references and inspected to collect information and data. After extracting the content codes, a focus group consisting of 15 participants was consulted and deliberated with, until validity was confirmed and the necessary indicators were obtained. Regarding the desirable range of these indicators, 31 elite field members of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labour, and Social Welfare, were queried. On the other hand, 350 questionnaires were distributed among a ministry clientele to determine the status quo regarding the quality and quantity of service provision and reception. Findings indicate disagreement between elite members and managers of the ministry versus service recipients and people. As such, we are still far away from an ideal society and governance when it comes to provision of public services.. Manuscript profile

Resistance economy as an economic strategy to face the dependent economy and in response to the arrogant global sanctions against Iran, has been emphasized by the Supreme Leader. Resistance economy seeks to reduce vulnerability to external threats, prevent crises, and review current inefficient economic structures and systems. In the resistance economy, the effort is to reduce dependencies and make maximum use of the advantages of domestic production. Therefore, it is necessary to redesign the business models of Iranian enterprises based on this approach. In this regard, this research has compiled and explained the conceptual framework, dimensions and components of the business model based on the resistance economy approach. The approach of this qualitative research and the research method is meta-synthesis, which follows the seven-stage model of Sandelowski. In the first step, the Supreme Leader's statements regarding the resistance economy, as well as articles and research collections on the concepts of resilience and business models were carefully collected and studied. Then, the conceptual framework of business was identified with the resistance economy approach. In the following, the influencing factors on the design of the business model with the resistance economy approach were identified. For this purpose, 32 studies that were directly related to the research subject were selected and analyzed through MAXQDA software, and 169 codes were identified. In the next step, after categorizing the similar codes, finally 34 code titles were selected in the form of 9 topics and presented in the framework of the conceptual model of the research. The relatively high rate of failure in the implementation of the organization's strategies, the comprehensive understanding of the factors affecting the successful implementation of strategies is of particular importance. despite the importance of this issue, so far there is no comprehensive research on the explanation of the factors and components affecting the success of the Strategies implementation have not been implemented. The purpose of this research is to comprehensively identify and categorize the factors affecting the successful implementation of strategies in Iranian organizations based on previous studies in this field. This study used qualitative method and for data collection , articles has been used and in terms of purpose this research is practical. in this study based on the searches made among Iranian article databases and internet sources between 2013 and 2023.At the First, 108 articles related to the topic of discovery were gathered and finally 21 articles were evaluated using the meta- synthesis qualitative analysis method and inclusion criteria. Based on the 7-step method of Barroso and Sandelowski and the open coding method, 45 factors were identified and extracted, and in 5 components distributed : planning and management (18 codes), infrastructure and structure (5 codes), human resources. (13 codes), organizational culture (4 codes) and financial and credit component (5 codes) were categorized. Among the final articles, the factor of organizational culture had the most repetition and factors such as strategic budgeting fit, vertical alignment of strategies, etc. had the least repetition among the studied articles Manuscript profile
