A lot of methodologies for evaluation of the lean transformation have been proposed in the literature, but just a few of them explicit relations among the components of the lean enterprise transformation, with focusing on the priority and identification of the relative weight of each element on the lean transformation have been considered. Therefore, we try to quantify those relations in this study. So, to structural investigate the relationships among the elements, a model is proposed that presents a novel comprehensive insight to the lean transformation process. This study proposed an analytic modeling approach in the lean enterprise transformation to identify the weights of the elements. The goal is to operationalize the highly qualitative relationships among the lean transformation components. In this paper 32 effective factors in lean enterprise transformation, identified as "sub sub criterion" were grouped into eight categories classified as "sub criterion". These eight sub criteria classified through 3 criteria in the higher level which are “organizational asset development”, “quick adaptation to markets and competitive superiority acquisition” and “supply and distribution network optimization These three criteria were proposed as the major criteria involved in "delivery value maximizing", and ultimately, the value maximizing recognized as the main target of the lean transformation in companies. Fuzzy DEMATEL technique and fuzzy analytic network process modeling are used to determine the relationships and the relative weights of each component and then with fuzzy VIKOR method, 25 identified solutions related to conceptual model were ranked for implementing the lean transformation which regard the organizational purposes and the weights of the end level parameters of the conceptual model in a proposal framework. The present evaluating lean enterprise transformation is a comprehensive model that can be applied to different production industries. This model also was investigated in automative parts industry. Successful companies in todays competitive economy are those which are capable to design efficiently, develop and to produce products which are preferrable by customers. This idea shows that there is a need to draw a plan which can meet the needs of the customers and also the plan should be capable to be produced with a competitive cost and quality. Saypa company as one of the greatest car making companies must try hard to produce competitive products and by improving the design of the cars should struggle to reach the best position in the competition. So in order to reach the above-mentioned aims, in this research a merger of the tools for expanding quality proceeds(QFD) and value analysis has been used. Therefore the main goal is to use both QFD and VA theoretically and occasionally. ‘Pride’ as a car with quality problems was chosen and the combined process of QFDVA has been used for designing the outward appearance of this car. Finally, at the end of this research project, one main hypothesis and three subordinate hypotheses has been analyzed . For analyzing the hypotheses the researcher has used a questionnaire among a sample group. For statistical analyses, SPSS software has been used. One of the main problems of QFD is not having the ability to identify the needs of the customers, and that was solved by combining the use of VA technique. Also by using this technique, we can evaluate the value of product designing and we can take action in allocating the resources to identified operations and investments. Manuscript profile

Planning is one of the main functions of management and has always been the focus of managers and policy-makers. Planning at large scale levels involves complexities that can lead to conflicts among different national plans. In this study, the inter-plan conflicts between national plans and the “Islamic-Iranian advancement pattern” have been addressed. National plans are defined as plans designed by the national level organizations and being implemented by them. The “Islamic-Iranian advancement pattern” is an upper-hand document that all of the other plans must be designed in compatibility and adaptability with it; therefore the conflicts between “Islamic-Iranian advancement pattern” and other national plans are a remarkable and important issue. Also it should be noted that the most important point in preventing the conflicts is the comprehensive view of planners and also their expertise, but according to complexity of such plans the occurrence of conflicts is inevitable. In this study, a model based on the multi-criteria decision making methods for the determination and reduction of the conflicts in national plans has been introduced and also the advantages of this model have been discussed. This study is aimed at investigating the role of Organizational Culture in Manager’s Inclination toward Accepting the Green Production Technology. Using simple randomization of administerial and executive staff, a population of 115 Iranian casting industry experts, administrators, and managers in the year 2015 was selected for the present study. The size of the sample required in this study was 88 according to Cochran’s formula and, a sample of 90 members was examined investigated based on Krejcie and Morgan Table. The data were analyzed using structural equations. Attending to the non-normal distribution of the data as indicated by Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, a non-parametric test was used to analyze the relationships. Combined reliability, internal consistency, and internal validity of the model, as well as the predictive validity at construct level, were proved during data analysis. Positive values of the CV Com index were suggestive of the high quality of the model. Finally, the GOF index was found to be 0.723. Considering 0.1, 0.25, and 0.36, proposed as weak, moderate, and strong values for the GOF index respectively, the obtained value of 0.723 indicates the overall appropriateness and good practice of the model and stands in a strong point on a weak-strong continuum. Based on the findings of this study, organizational culture has a direct impact on the acceptance of the Green Production Technology. Manuscript profile

In today's world, quick changes have varied the competition and also have faced organizational stakeholders with world’s challenges. In this turbulence environment, Intrapreneurship is functionality that can save today's systems as a new phenomenon in the economy at this critical period and play a more active role in economic development. Today, business excellence models also have an important role to deploy the key factors of organizational success and make performance improvements. These models provide the assessment criteria in both enablers and results and make guidelines for organizations to measure their progress and performance in the field of quality and organizational excellence. So it allows creating the needed infrastructure and capabilities for Intrapreneurship based on the EFQM Excellence Model. Therefore, after identifying the effective factors of implementation Intrapreneurship, these features are classified due to their nature at four main criteria include "leadership", "Policy and Strategy", "employees" and "partnerships, resources and processes" that all of them are the enablers of the EFQM model. This paper presents an analytical modeling method that makes practicable a qualitative relationship between the elements of Intrapreneurship. We used the integrated approach of fuzzy Dematel and fuzzy modeling network analysis to determine the relationship and weight relative importance of each element in model. The results indicated “leadership” at the main criteria level has the most highly effect and “employees” has the most important coefficient. Also "senior management support" has the highest importance coefficient and highly effect in the sub-criteria. In this study we presented individual entrepreneurs and Intrapreneurship assessment model that is a comprehensive model and can be used in different organizations and finally we evaluated this model in Iran Power Development Company. Health care services are of the most important operations which are usually done inside teams. This paper aims at identifying and ranking the hospital teams' productivity indices. For this purpose, the effective factors that influence hospital teams' productivity have been identified through literature study as well as experts survey. These factors then have been reduced to 34 criteria using a screening approach and then categorized into 9 main groups. Internal relations among the factors have been examined using statistical tests. We proposed a new ANP-BWM approach combining the analytical network process (ANP) and best-worst method (BWM) to rank the factors. The proposed ranking approach can significantly reduce the number of pairwise comparisons in ANP method. Finally, in the case of Sadjad hospital, 12 nursing teams have been selected and investigated. Results show that “the quality of services” has the most and “the permanent employment” has the least impact on nursing teams’ productivity. Manuscript profile

Today, the role of knowledge-based companies has grown as one of the key pillars of the resistance economy. Considering the importance of the ability, expertise, and skills of these companies, consideration of the mental, emotional, and interactive characteristics of the company is an essential precondition for the realization of the goals in the knowledge-based companies. The higher the degree of affiliation of the company to the knowledge workers, the more meaningful the concept of performance management will be. However, so far, in the field of knowledge workers' performance, it has been evaluating the performance of these categories of employees. The prevailing characteristics of performance evaluation systems can be seen as the tangent, downside, downside and low level of integrity and effectiveness of the entire system. The research is composed of two stages. With a library study and a review of the research background, an eight-stage performance management model process was extracted. In the first step, after interviewing 16 experts , using the qualitative method of the analysis, the dimensions (stages) of the performance management process of knowledge workers were analyzed. In the second step, the research was conducted using the Structural-Interpretative Modeling (ISM) approach and the use of expert judgment to design a model for the performance management process of knowledge workers in knowledgeable Based companies. Manufacturing company’s decisions regarding the quantity of production and inventory is a production planning and inventory control problem. Decisions about transferring products are expressed as a transportation and routing problem. Considering these three problems together results in an integrated production-inventory-routing planning (PIRP) which is one of the important supply chain problems. Companies which solve their PIRP problems better can decrease the cost of their products and gain more competitive advantage compared to other competing companies. Based on today’s strict regulations, companies must take into account environmental considerations in addition to economical ones in all their processes, from production until supply. Thus, an appropriate transportation planning can prevent the excessive increase in costs and decrease environmental pollution. Therefore, this study integrates the problem of decreasing environmental pollution with PIRP and develops a green PIRP (GPIRP) problem which efficiently considers the economic and social dimensions of production and supply. This problem is modeled in an integrated manner using the MILP approach. In order to show the applicability of the developed model and its practicability of environmental aspect, a case study is conducted on Ahvaz Sugar Refinery, Iran. Finally, some managerial insights are derived from the computational results. Manuscript profile

In the present study, the supplier selection problem from a new perspective is formulated and solved. For this purpose, minimizing cost and minimizing delivery time and maximizing reliability are considered as objectives of the problem. The purchasing cost in discounted status, the order cost, the transportation cost, the shortage cost and the carrying cost, the components forming the cost objective function. In this research, the design of reliability in parallel systems is benchmarked for supplier selection, so that the supplier's set is considered as a system and each supplier as a component. After mathematical modeling of the problem, the objective functions are described as fuzzy goals and a fuzzy decision approach has been used to rewrite the proposed three-objective model as a single-objective model. The production of a final solution rather than a set of Pareto's solutions is one of the advantages of the proposed method, which prevents decision-making confusion. Sustainability of energy supplying in the world depends on the quality of its utilization, optimal planning and usage strategies. One of the most important sources of clean, inexpensive and affordable energy is Natural Gas. While production of this source by producer countries, such as Iran, is constantly increasing (about 4 percent annually) and more than 30 million tons per year, but the "Energy Deprived Population" is an undeniable fact that has hit billions of inhabitants the planet does not have access to safe and clean energy. Precisely, about 3 billion people in the world do not have access to clean and sustainable energy. From the economic point of view, in case of proper planning and applying the appropriate Business Models, gas supply and demand, while achieving the optimal balance point, will have a more stable status in the long run, despite better cash flow and turnover. On the other hand, a large part of the social, economic and environmental problems which are caused by the abuse of natural resources of energy in various societies; enforces the Gas exporting countries to think and find innovative Business Models to overcome such issues. Undoubtedly, one effective approach that effectively affects the energy exporters on target markets and will able them to develop the market is Entrepreneurial Marketing and its application in new Business Models. In this research, has been attempted based on entrepreneurial approach, innovative and critical attitude at classical marketing (such as 4Ps) for the Gas market, thru applied methods from case studies, online resources, and companies website, by content and cross-sectional analysis have grasped the similarities and differences between selected Business Models. Then based on the overall findings and their comparison, the key features for the Business Models of energy market were presented. Analyzing of the above data has led to introduce the foundations for creating a Business Model to meet the basic needs of a deprived energy community, which will bring prosperity for the target population and open a large and untapped socioeconomic market for the energy exporters. There are many ways to improve the quality of designing and manufacturing products that are more in line with the needs of customers. Studies have shown that, in spite of customer needs, customer sense also plays a major role in designing products. One of the effective ways to identify and use in product design is kansei engineering. In this research, we have tried to use quality function deployment (QFD) and kansei engineering to determine the emotions affecting the design of the product and by combining these two, products can be tailored to meet the needs of customers. The statistical population for the determination of technical properties was the stores that were classified according to the sampling method in each case; a simple sampling method was chosen among buyers. Then, during the interview, 10 prominent vendors with a history of selling health products were used. The technical properties of the product are determined in the form of 21 items and a questionnaire distributed among 50 people in which users were asked to determine what characteristics of the product are more important to them. In this research, firstly, with the help of the previous study, the kansei words were collected in relation to the product, and 13 of them were chosen. These factors were classified into three categories of sensory and appearance features, inherent features and controllable factors. Nowadays, with the advent of the concepts of risk management and sustainability and increasing of social pressures to reduce the negative impacts of industries on the environment and society, it is almost impossible to make strategic decisions such as the supply chain network design (SCND) without considering these concerns. Accordingly, in this paper a general mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) was developed for designing a closed-loop supply chain network, under disruptions conditions and sustainability considerations (focusing on social aspects). This is a multi-echelon, multi-product and multi-modal supply chain network. The sanctions on raw materials (as disruption events) were considered in the mathematical model through planning some scenarios. The most important decision variables in this model are related to: supplier selection, quantity of each raw material, facilities location, products flow between different facilities and transportation modes. Finally, designing a closed-loop supply chain network in Iran's tire industry was taken as a real world case study to demonstrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed model. In addition, the sensitivity analysis on some of the important parameters was carried out. Manuscript profile

Trade affairs, particularly export, have been always encountered with risks and uncertainties. It is obvious that coping with these risk categories requires a systematic process for identifying, analyzing and responding to the risks in order to maximize the results of positive events and minimizing the consequences of bad and negative events that can affect the main goals of export. Accordingly, the aim of this study is to design and determine the optimal risk management model and its executive requirements in the Islamic Republic of Iran's Custom Administration (IRICA) with the export development approach. The statistical population of the research in the qualitative section was the managers and experts of the IRICA in Tehran and in the quantitative section, was all experts of customs with a definitive export procedure. The sample needed for qualitative interviews was collected to the extent of theoretical saturation through a targeted judgment sampling. The qualitative data was analyzed by the grounded theory. Out of 181 subcategories extracted from verbal propositions, 41 core categories were extracted which formed the paradigm model of export risk management. Results indicated that product-based risk, trade risk, export decleration risk, non-performance risk, credit risk, transportation risk, individual based risk, and legal risk are the main export risks in Iran and related strategies were suggested. In addition, contextual factors including cultural, legal, environmental, economic, and political facors as well as mediator factors including quality of export operation mechanisms, human resource quality and stakeholder participation have affectd the risk management strategies. Strategy is the most crucial long-term source for the growth of organizations; and in the case, that there is a lack, in the implementation of successful strategy, even if appropriate ones are adopted, this process is incompetent. In order to execute and apply these programs appropriately, with the exception of the financial characteristics, organizations must also be assessed simultaneously from other facets. The Balanced Scorecard which focuses on four aspects, such as financial, as a result of performance in the past (past indexes) and the three aspects of, processes, customer, growth and learning and centers on the (future indexes), is considered as a comprehensive framework for assessing performance and the progress of strategy. Moreover, we are aware that many factors have an influence on organizations and some from the viewpoint of control get out of domain, and it is vital that from this angle, the amount of impact is assessed. The Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is one of the best mathematical methods to compute the efficiency of organizations. In that, the Balance Scorecard method proves to be of high standing for the evaluation of performance, one of its weak points is that, it lacks a quantitative measurement in respect to the organization’s performance in utilizing a mathematical mode. To solve this problem, DEA has been adopted. In this paper, we have attempted to combine these two abovementioned systems and efforts have been made to use BSC as a tool for designing the performance assessment indexes and from DEA, which has been used as a tool to evaluate the performance in the presence of uncontrollable indexes. The purpose of the layout design is to find the most efficient arrangement of equipment, manpower in departments or units in order to maximize productivity in product production. Existing heuristic models do not consider the organizations need to locate units within certain departments, but in practice many organizations need to design a layout that limits the location of units in their respective departments. Particularly for organizations with an operational organizational structure, and often each of the units in each executive department should be located in their own office. The purpose of this article is that in an organization composed of several main departments and each department comprising several units, optimal placement is made in such a way that the limits of locating the units within the departments that are similar to the work process are met. Many layout design problems are not suited to solve mathematical problems because some of the facilities need to be put together. In this paper, constraints are added to design the facility layout in specific departments and a mathematical model is proposed for optimization. The benefits of introducing departmental constraints are: Compared to existing models, it provides more pragmatic logic for layout and facility design, and can help improve computational efficiency by reducing overlap constraints across facilities. Business models that have received special attention in recent years reflect the logic of value creation by businesses. On the other hand, with the growth of industries, nature undergoes serious changes and damages, forests and pastures are destroyed. The water is polluted. Industrial waste surrounds nature and causes serious damage to human health. Finally, the wheels of industry, which were moved for the comfort and convenience of human beings, this time acted against his health, in which the dairy industry is no exception to this rule. The dairy industry is basically a health-oriented industry for society, but on the other hand, a little neglect of the pollution caused by it can severely affect human health and the environment. This research seeks to find a suitable business model for the dairy industry that while maintaining the nature of the business model, is also environmentally friendly. This research has been done with a qualitative approach and by applying the data research method of the grounded theory. In-depth interviews were conducted with20 experts to collect research data. theoretical Sampling was done. Then the coding was done on the interview and the concepts and categories were formed from them and finally a paradigm model was obtained. This model includes the main category green helper resources, causal conditions or green financial issues, intervening factors (green distribution channels), background conditions including green customers, outcome (green value proposition) and strategies (green helper strategies and actions). Objective: In Iran policymaking in higher education has been done by using a bureaucratic approach regardless of market and real demand for the disciplines, in recent years. Ignorance of the students’ priorities and their attitudes in choosing field of study has led to the unbalanced development of the higher education system and inability to respond to the needs of society. The aim of this study is to identify, evaluate and model effective factors in the utility of disciplines based on students’ attitudes. Methods: In this exploratory study, the private utility factors of disciplines from the students' points of view, in Tehran universities, were identified, categorized and analyzed simultaneously using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling technique (PLS-SEM) and Smart PLS 3.2.9 software. Results: The initial model of private utility of disciplines in this study had 5 constructs and 29 indicators, while the final model includes 3 constructs and 13 indicators. Finally, in addition to multi-group analysis for some nominal variables, the model and Private Utility Function for disciplines were presented. Private Utility Function can be used to measure and compare disciplines utility scores. Conclusion: This study contributes to the need for demand analysis of disciplines in policymaking in higher education. The final model showed that the private utility of disciplines depends on 3 constructs: field-characteristics, university-characteristics and job-characteristics. The students declared that only 13 of 29 indicators, were asked for, are important in choosing a field of study and the cost is not an effective variable. Based on the results, it is suggested that higher education policymakers focus on the constructs and indicators in order to lead students to prioritized area in development programs of country and manage the demand for other disciplines. Since, the cost was not an important variable in final model, financing policies for disciplines could be revised to optimize the government budget allocation. Manuscript profile

Current researches on supply chain management (SCM) in manufacturing industries are not directly applicable to construction industry. The application of SCM in the construction industry is associated with serious difficulties such as transient nature and uniqueness of construction projects, coordination problems, unrepeatable interactions and contextual differences in the manufacturing and construction industry. One of the models with the capability of complexity management is viable system model (VSM) which is rooted in organizational cybernetics. The model states that in order to achieve viability, each organization must perform certain activities and certain relationships must be established between these activities. VSM, employed to diagnose a supply chain of an Iranian Petrochemical Construction project based on the proposed methodology that includes three steps, case study selection, system identification and system diagnosis. This led to a model development as well as identification of the weaknesses of the construction supply chain (CSC). The validity of the research methodology and findings has been confirmed through multiple qualitative criteria. The research innovation is application of VSM to diagnose a CSC in combination with case study method in order to design a model and accordingly identification of the weaknesses and bottlenecks over the whole model via a systemic approach. In this study, we examine a supply chain of several products and four levels including suppliers (domestic and foreign), relief organizations (Red Crescent Organization), demand points (patient wards in the hospital). The Quantity Flexibility Contract provides coordination for inventory management by determining the order quantity between the relief organization and the internal supplier. Due to the many shortcomings, limited construction time and lack of facilities for mass production and increased costs, the use of outsourcing can increase the expected sales of the chain and also provide faster relief in times of crisis. Therefore, by presenting a mathematical model to minimize costs and times, we try to provide relief to the injured at the lowest cost and in the fastest time. By solving the model, we found that among the various parameters, the objective function is more sensitive to the demand parameter and domestic production capacity than other parameters, which shows the necessary accuracy of planners in this field to these parameters in crisis situations. Establishment of the modern managerial systems is one of the most important steps for the excellence of organizations. The European Foundation of Quality Management (EFQM) is one of the technics that has started from Europe during the two recent decades and nowadays many organizations are in the process of implementing this model with- in their managerial domain. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a known nonparametric tool for evaluating the organization’s efficiency. In addition to having the capability to measure the total efficiency of a system, network DEA is able to calculate the efficiency of system components. Since EFQM can be considered as a multi-stage system, existence of network DEA along with it can improve the analysis. In this paper, an integrated model has been suggested based on EFQM and Network DEA for assessing the organization’s operation. For this purpose, at first the EFQM has been considered as a ‘four-stage system’ including leadership (the first stage), activities related to employees, policy, strategy and partnership (the second stage), processes (the third stage), and results (the fourth stage). Then considering 32 sub-criteria in EFQM, input and output variables have been determined for each one of the four stage s and on this basis math form for Network DEA model has been developed for this 4-satge system.
