        The aim's paper is to recognition and explanation of firms' position. Thus, this study presents a evaluating model based on two cores for the strategic positioning of firms. The research method is based on descriptive with especial focused on survey and case study one; therefore, its model has two dimensions as: Porter's generic strategies and positioning. This model directs seven research hypotheses. Thus, the population for study is electrical equipments industry; therefore, the sample size is 67 staffs. Questionnaires were distributed among 130 employees and vendors of “Part Bargh Iranian” company and at last 56 questionnaires were collected. Questionnaires were distributed among people with internal and external recognition about company. Finally research hypotheses: significant relationship between the Porter's generic strategy model and strategic positioning model, and secondary hypotheses: relationship between the cost leadership and strategic positioning model (Product and firm) , relationship between the differentiation strategy and strategic positioning model (Product and firm), relationship between the focus strategy and strategic positioning model (Product and firm) , all confirmed.         Due to changing conditions and unstable environment, Companies to survive and have a good competitive position always require proper utilization of the knowledge available in the organization. Without a proper structure and leadership style, using this source is not possible. An appropriate leadership style and structure can not only create competition for the creation of new knowledge but also by providing suitable cooperation condition, can create conditions for sharing created knowledge. Therefore this study, investigates the effective organizational elements as well as the results of cross-functional coopetition, in small and medium size industries. The study was causal and statistical sample is 165 employees and managers working in companies located in the industrial areas of Kerman city and the tool for data collection is questionnaire. Reliability for Conservative leadership, participative leadership, formalization, centralization, cross-functional coopetition and knowledge integration mechanisms is obtained 0/81, 0/70, 0/72, 0/70, 0/91 and 0/84 respectively. The results indicate that the conservative leadership and formalization impact on cross-functional coopetition but participative leadership and centralization have no effect on cross-functional coopetition. Also the results indicate that the cross-functional coopetition has a significant and positive impact on knowledge integration mechanisms. Manuscript profile

        Market's condition is changeable and this condition force businesses to adopt themselves with new situation, technology and value propositions. In the today competitive environment, organizations try to imitate innovation from competitors, so innovation and continuous improvement is necessary for success of organizations, therefore strategic innovation is an important issue. Strategic innovation is about creation of new markets and leaps in customer value and reshaping the existing markets to achieve value improvements for customers. On the other hand, strategic entrepreneurship results from the integration of entrepreneurship and strategic management knowledge. Objective of strategic entrepreneurship is making continuous competitive advantages that lead to wealth creation. In this paper, first we introduce the concept of strategic innovation and strategic entrepreneurship, then explain the conceptual model of strategic entrepreneurship impact on strategic innovation.         Abstract Background: One of the most important challenges faced by organizations is the environmental factors’ change and increasing global competitions. In response to this challenge, it should be noted that change management is a difficult task. Most of organizational changes fail. Lack of personnel’s agreement with the change and their resistance are among the most important factors that cause the failure of organizational change. Objective: The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of two factors of cultural intelligence of managers and transformational leadership style on employees' resistance to change. Methodology: The population of this research includes managers and employees of Jam Petrochemical Company (Iran). The sample consisted of 260 employees and 60 managers of various units of the company. Data were collected using the tool of questionnaire. To analyze the data SMART PLS structural equation modeling software was used. Results: The findings of this study show that cultural intelligence of managers both directly and through transformational leadership style has a positive and significant impact on the resistance to change and also the transformational leadership style has a positive and significant impact on the resistance to change. Since the philosophy of verses of revelation is not specific to a particular society at a certain time, the safest way to guide the society can be extracted from the teachings of the Quran and its operationalization can be facilitated in the current era. In this research, enjoying the Quranic verses, the researcher has studied the life and tradition of Moses in the form of indices before, during and after the crisis along with providing a conceptual model developed by the researcher and validated by university and seminary professors. The synergistic leadership theory is the post-modern approach to leadership that conceptualized the presence of women in leadership positions of the leadership of the organizations as the synergistic agent in the organizations. This study aims to evaluate the effect of synergistic leadership on flexibility of human resources, in this evaluation the effect of the voice behavior of employees is considered as a mediator variable. This study is a practical search in terms of aim and is a descriptive survey in terms of method. The realm of study is the offices of social security organizations which is located in Tehran. For doing this study for measuring synergistic leadership in organization is used through the questionnaire of synergistic leadership, Thus after validation testes, reliability and validity were approved. Data analysis is done by using regression test and structural equations through software Amos and the findings of the research show the positive effect of synergistic leadership on the flexibility of human resources and also confirmed the positive and significant effect of synergistic leadership on the voice behavior of employees.         Strategic orientations are considered as a combination of resources, behavioral patterns, and value points of a company in the market to provide products and services tailored to the market. On the other h&, the need for continuous organizational change in a dynamic and changing environment today is the presence of transformational leaders. Due to the increasing attention given to leadership in creating change and organizational performance around the world, this study tries to examine the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational performance by mediating the strategic orientations of entrepreneurship and market orientation, from the perspective of senior executives of small & medium enterprises In the food industry of Kerman Province in the first six months of 2017. The data gathering tool was questionnaire & data analysis was done by using LISREL and PLS softwares. The results show that transformational leadership has significant effect on both market and entrepreneurial tendencies; but evidence suggests a lack of support for the mediating role of market orientation in the relationship between transformational leadership & marketing capabilities; and confirming the indirect impact of transformational leadership on developing marketing capabilities & performance improvement merely through the entrepreneurship orientation in our studied businesses.         Regarding the significance of culture and cultural and art organizations in the community cultural growth, and according to the leadership signifiacnce in the organizations, the present research is conducted to determine and rank effective leadership components in cultural and art organizations through an Iranian Islamic approach using fuzzy Delphi method. Research statistical population included managers of cultural organizations, cultural experienced management professors, as well as culture experts. 22 research samples were selected using purposeful snowball sampling method. Following literature review and research background and interviewing some experts, 22 components were identified and exposed to the experts through a questionnaire. All 22 components were verified through fuzzy Delphi method. Research results show that leadership components of insight, ethics orientation, religion orientation, tolerance, self-control, dependability, inspiring, refinement, seeking excellence, and finally growth and empowerment are ranked in order.         Abstract A healthy organization, with its spiritual leadership, while preserving sustainability, will in the long run creates the ability to survive and expand the organization. The research seeks to identify, in the context of universities, the components of spiritual leadership and its impact on organizational health. The research method in this study is content analysis and scrolling. In this research, entering the universities of northeastern Iran and using the interviewing tool, we discovered the components of spiritual leadership, which consists of analyzing the interviews of the experts, 11 components including transformational, psychological integrity, meaningfulness, performance feedback, organizational commitment, membership, faith, altruism, vision, value-based and social capital model were achieved at three levels: individual, group and organizational. In order to confirm the data strength in the qualitative part of this research, credibility, reliability, dependability and portability were used. In the quantitative part, for assessing the validity of the questionnaires, two methods of content validity and construct validity were used. The reliability of the questionnaires was also measured using Cronbach's alpha (Spiritual Leadership Questionnaire (0.993), organizational health questionnaire (0.775), and the results of spiritual leadership shows the health of the organization.         Leadership is one of the most complex issues, the most unknown and most effective conceptual components in the management of modern organizations. The role of leadership in the efficiency of the organization should be seen in the root differences of leadership practices. In recent years, the pure leadership has been considered by many researchers as the most important factor in achieving organizational goals. This research is aimed at developing theoretical foundations, designing a conceptual model of pure leadership and presenting and analyzing the Interpretive structural model model of communication, influence power and dependence of identified variables from library studies and applying the mental model of experts related to leadership issues. To this end, eight key variables related to the research topic were finally identified. A structural matrix questionnaire was designed to determine the interstitial relationship between these variables. The results of this questionnaire were analyzed using a Interpretive structural modeling approach and then plotted on six levels and in an interactive network. Findings from the research process showed that the variable of philosophy, authenticity and pure culture is considered as the most influential variable, and the variables of pure production and pure services are the most dependent variables with the least power of influence.         Knowledge-based age, in which knowledge, as the most important capital of organizations, requires a different managerial approach to organizational issues and employees. Therefore, influential leaders in the form of a pension will evaluate the amount of production, dissemination, exchange and application of knowledge among their employees in order to achieve organizational goals and improve the performance of the organization. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of individual knowledge management and leadership style on organizational performance in Tehran municipality. The research type is descriptive-survey based on the purpose of the research and the method of data collection. The statistical population of this research is directors, advisers and expert experts of the municipality of Tehran in the highest organizational occupation (three categories) in terms of career 14 - 15 - 16 which is equal to 2467 people. The appropriate sample for this study was 332 people based on Cochran's formula. In this research, a questionnaire was used to collect data. In order to fit the conceptual model of research and hypothesis testing, structural equation modeling and LISREL software were used. The results of the research show that the variables of individual knowledge management and leadership style have a significant effect on organizational performance of Tehran municipality; also, the effect of individual knowledge management variable on approved leadership style.         The development of network leadership theory in the field of university activities is an important step towards the development of network literature. Due to the wide range of communication of Payame Noor University with internal and external organizations as well as the qualitative and quantitative goals of the university, network leadership is the best leadership style to maximize the control, control and maximum utilization of Payame Noor University's communication capacity.In this regard, the present study has attempted to identify the network leadership antecedents at Payame Noor University and to investigate the causal relationships between these antecedents using Fuzzy DEMATEL technique.This research is applicable in terms of purpose, and descriptive in terms of data collection. In order to collect data we used the viewpoints of experts which selected by purposeful sampling and Sample size for completing the questionnaire of 12 full-time faculty members of Payame Noor University with a minimum associate degree and 10 years of academic background from ten areas of Payame Noor University. After identifying Network Leadership antecedents at Payam-e-Noor University from the literature, to determine the status of causal relations among these factors, Fuzzy DEMATEL technique was used over 6 steps. The results of data analysis showed that among the extracted antecedent from literature, empowerment is the most fundamental factor. Also, the two factors of empowerment and leader proactivity are the most influential factors among other network leadership antecedents at Payam-e-Noor University, and on the opposite side are the most influential indicators, culture and spirit of participation. According to the results of the research, Payam Noor University administrators should pay special attention to empowerment and leader proactivity as the two main factors influencing the implementation and optimal implementation of network leadership.         Improvement in today's organizations requires the empowerment and optimal use of the organization's human resources knowledge, skills opinions and ideas. Various organizational factors can cause non-hearing (silence) or hearing (voice) opinions of employees. One of the key factors affecting organizational silence or voice is leadership style. The Researches that to survey the impact of organization's leadership style on organizational silence or voice was scattered and do not offer comprehensive result. Accordingly, the present study aimed at meta-analysis of research on the impact of transformational- transactional leadership style on organizational silence or organizational voice. The results of this study indicate that at 95% confidence level, the effect size of transformational leadership style with organizational voice is 0.442 and the effect size of transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style with organizational silence are 0.440 (reversed) and 0.460 (direct), respectively. In other words, Transformational leadership style is driving organizational voice and organizations can have active employees and benefit from their ideas by shift their leadership style from transactional leadership to transformational leadership.
