        In today competitive world that there are few difference among goods, validate brands can be significant competitive advantages for firms and capture the heart and soul of its customers. Nowadays widely accepted that brand plays and important role in establishing, maintaining and developing business functions. According to competition level in market, a powerful brand helps companies to distinguish themselves. In addition it can be said that brand is the main capital of many businesses and in this today’s world if we can take of the credible brand, loyalty of customers whom are determinants of long term profitability will be guaranteed. It is clear that brand loyalty influence by different factors. In this research the impact of previous experiences, satisfaction, trust (Sahin & et.al, 2012) and brand equity (Louis and Lombart, 2011) on brand loyalty were examined. Conceptual model were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. Sample size was set to 244 using Cocran’s formula with %95 confidence level and sampling process done in ECCO branches (5 branch in Tehran).         The purpose of this study is examining the influential factors in the creation of brand equity in higher education. The population of the present research is students at the under graduate level at the university of Payame Noor at Tehran campus. Self-administered questionnaire was utilized for data collection from 423 students and ultimately the data gained from 304 students by applying Spss18 and Amos18 software was analyzed. The research findings indicate that among the elements of brand awareness dimension in research model, publicity has a direct and significant effect on university brand equity. Further, among brand image dimensions, perceived value and after sale services belonging to service attributes, brand personality belonging to symbolic attributes and finally international reputation element from provider attributes have the positive effects on Payame Noor University brand image. Thus, with regard to the results, service attributes and provider attributes have the most as along with the least influence on brand equity respectively. Moreover, some practical implications in order for promoting the brand equity of Payame Noor University are presented. Manuscript profile

In today’s world, the development of food industry market from one hand and increase in competitiveness among firms and customers’ expectations, on the other hand, have persuaded food companies to generate a strong brand in today’s competitive markets. The present research is aimed at studying and examining the effect of brand distinctiveness and performance on brand competitiveness through the mediating role of technological opportunism among super exporter firms of food industry products. Data gathering instrument was a standard questionnaire whose face validity for validity purpose and Cronbach alpha coefficient for its reliability were examined. This study is practical in aim and descriptive-survey in data gathering procedure. To test the research hypotheses and to confirm the conceptual model, structural equation modeling was used. The results show that brand distinctiveness and performance have a significant positive effect on brand competitiveness while technological opportunism has a mediating role in the above relationship.         Undoubtedly, the success of a business is the business of brand performance. Business strategies include integrated measures in search of competitive advantage. This strategy, to a management plan for an area or business' activities of the organization to access corporate resources on its successful business performance drives. This study examines the strategic orientation of the business and its impact on brand performance of listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange during the period from 1388 to 1393 was conducted. The study population was all firms active in the Tehran Stock Exchange that the filters were finally selected as statistical sample of 110 companies. In this study the strategic direction of the business to prospective companies and corporations defensive been divided into two categories and the combined scoring system was used to determine the strategy of each company. In addition to measuring brand performance of the two financial indicators Return on assets, return on equity is used. The results indicate that the strategic orientation of companies in the business a significant effect on brand performance through both indicators are used; In other words direct and significant relationship between the company's strategic orientation in the business and financial performance indicators of its brand through brand performance there.         Today, research on brand has acquired a special position in business, because the issue, through its impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty, can be very influential in the survival and life of a service entity. Accordingly, the purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of service brand dimensions on customer loyalty to a brand. The study was conducted in the population of customers of Keshavarzi Bank branches in Torbat-e Heydarieh. We tested the effect of brand dimensions (brand evidence, brand hearsay) on customer satisfaction and brand attitude as well as the effect of brand attitude on customer loyalty through seven hypotheses. For this purpose, we used structural equation modeling and LISREL software. Hypothesis testing was conducted on a sample of 322 subjects that were selected by random sampling method. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to assess the validity of research instrument (questionnaire), and the results showed an acceptable validity for each variable in the questionnaire (test statistic for all variables was higher than 4%). The reliability of the questionnaire was measured using Cronbach’s alpha test and the test statistic for all variable was higher than 7%, which indicates that the questionnaire has a good reliability.         Research has shown that in the services industry, such as banking, in addition to the Perceived Quality of Service and brand trust, ethical behaviors of businesses plays a substantial role in shaping and maintaining long-term relationships between organizations and their customers. So, in addition to the perceived quality of service, business ethics in services can also have a positive effect on the trust and loyalty of customers. Therefore, this study first examines the relationship between the perceived quality of service, the trust and the brand's Affect, and then examines the effect of ethical traits as a moderating variable on the relationship between perceived quality of service and the trust that leads to the brand's affect. This research in terms of purpose is considered as an applied research; in terms of data collection, it is considered as a descriptive-survey research and To analyze the data and to test the research hypotheses, structural equation modeling using Smart PLS software is used. The statistical population is the Students of the Faculty of Management and Accounting of Shahid Beheshti University. 180 Structured questionnaire based on literature was administered to the target statistical sample. Simple non-probability sampling method is used. The results indicate that perceived quality of service has a significant positive impact on Brand Trust and Brand Trust is also found a predictor variable having a significantly positive impact on brand's affect.         The current study was conducted to introduce promoting brand personality based on effective variables on the brand using ISM approach. This study is on the basis of the mixed method research, both qualitative and quantitative, in a deductive-inductive paradigm. Regarding its purpose, this is a practical and a descriptive-survey research in nature and procedure. Statistical population of the current study in qualitative and quantitative was 15 people selected from experts at the university who were investigated based on purposive sampling method. Also, they were asked questions to obtain as much information as required. In qualitative section of this research, data-collection instrument of the text information is based on content analysis technique. The instrument of data collection in quantitative section was the ISM Matrix Questionnaire which its validity and reliability was measured using content validity and retesting. In qualitative section, the acquired data were analyzed using content analysis technique and MATLAB Software was used for analysis of data in quantitative section. The results of the study consist of introducing eight effective aspects in promoting brand personality which is introduced as the final model of the research.         Abstract Given the importance of brand success in small and medium-sized businesses and especially in knowledge based companies, this research was implemented by goals of identifying and leveling factors affecting the brand success of knowledge based industries in technology units based in the science and technology park of Semnan province using the ISM method. To do this, the views of fourteen university professors and experts of the organizations studied, the factors affecting the brand success of knowledge-based companies were examined and after the final refinement, eight factors were selected. In the next step, these factors were stratified by Structural Interpretation Modeling Technique. Finally, among the factors affecting the brand success of knowledge-based companies, the history of the company and the type of ownership, is first and the most influential factor. Next, brand features are located. The third level includes the market share, the fourth level is the size of the company and the market share and, ultimately, the most influential factors, communications and marketing plans are at the fifth level.         In a competitive and complex market of higher education, universities must adopt strategies to maintain and improve their competitiveness. They need to create competitive advantage through a unique set of features, and having a unique identity is vital to differentiate and attract students and staff. The purpose of this study was to identify the effective components and design a brand identity model based on the concept of brand DNA in non-governmental universities. Methodology, In terms of purpose, was applied research and exploratory in nature which exclusively was conducted by the systematic grounded theory .The research population includes related academicians and experts of marketing and branding and the managers of universities. The research data were collected through in depth semi structured interviews. Judgmental sampling was used. To determine sample size continued to reach the theoretical saturation. And finally 13 interviews were conducted. Open, axial and selective coding was used to analyze the data. The components of data analysis in 6 main category, 11 main categories and 43 subcategories including causal conditions, contextual conditions internal factors and visual identity, axial phenomenon, intervening conditions, strategies ,outcome were categorized. The findings suggest that having a strong and integrated brand identity in higher education is essential and requires a comprehensive and coherent genetic infrastructure and approach.         The aim of this study is to systematically study the research literature in the field of symbolism, identify research gaps and and use the relevant findings to design a corporate branding model. This research is among secondary studies based on systematic review and grounded theory method. 130 articles were investigated through examining the keywords in the related databases as Emerald, sciencedirect, Sage, etc and according to the predetermined criteria. Quick review of the abstracts of the target articles helped delete the irrelevant articles, and then the content of reviewed, and finally the fulltext of 56 articles were selected to be reviewed. According to grounded theory approach, three coding steps were used in the present study: open coding, axial coding and selective coding for data analysis. In addition, MAXQDA software was used to organize the findings.The research findings were adapted with corporate branding theories and gaps in this field were identified. The results of adaptation in this study show that there is a structural and substantive relationship between the core categories and theories of corporate branding, in a way that meaning, symbol and value as interconnected constructs form the corporate brand ecosystem. Neglecting the principles of marketing and business, the competitive advantage of handmade carpets has faced serious risks, in particular at the global level. Today's competitive world, customers are at the heart of every business, recognition of desires, shopping habits and consumer culture perform a vital role in the branding and marketing of handmade carpets. Therefore, analysis and expansion of knowledge in this regard helps the success of the product brand in the target markets. Accordingly, the main purpose of this study is to investigate the marketing situation and brand of handmade carpets. The research method in this study is descriptive and data collection was gathered through structured interviews and questionnaires. For this purpose, activists and producers of handmade carpets have been studied using non-probabilistic sampling method and by referring to them directly in Kurdistan and Kermanshah provinces. The results showed that at present, there is not much luck in branding handmade carpets by the owners of production units.         In this research, we are looking to investigate the effect of sensory marketing components on brand value by mediating audience satisfaction and brand credibility in the case of Islamic Republic of Iran TV programs. The scope of the research includes all the audiences of radio and television programs, according to Morgan's table, a sample size of 384 was obtained, and to ensure the questionnaire, 449 questionnaires were distributed among them in a simple random manner. The questionnaire of this research, based on related research, has a five-choice question designed on a Likert scale. Also, for data analysis, linear regression relationships were used in spss software and path analysis in pls software. The results showed that sensory marketing has a direct effect on brand credibility and also sensory marketing has a direct effect on audience satisfaction. In addition, the mediating variable of brand credibility has a direct relationship with brand equity, and also the mediating variable of customer satisfaction has a direct relationship with brand equity, and therefore, considering the establishment of four conditions between customer satisfaction and brand credibility in the relationship between sensory marketing and brand equity, It has a mediating effect. This research, which has been conducted for the first time on radio programs, seeks to investigate whether the components of the sensory marketing strategy have an effect on the special value of the brand through the mediation of customer satisfaction and brand credibility in the radio programs of the Islamic Republic of Iran.         Objective: The purpose of this research is to design a dynamic model of brand equity focusing on fake news and customer knowledge. Methodology: The research approach used is mixed and the time period of simulation in this research was (from 2025-2020). Library sources have been used to collect information in the stages of identifying variables, expressing dynamic hypothesis, conceptualizing the system, and forming initial cause and effect diagrams; In order to clarify how the variables affect each other, formulating relationships and verifying the validity of the final model of system dynamics from interviews with experts in the food industry and Mashhad Co. ¬ Production of behavior was used. Findings: According to the results of the research, brand equity has a dynamic nature, and all the dimensions and components affecting it can be changed over time based on different policies, and also the repetition and spread of fake news about an organization and its products can reduce brand equity. and the amount of trust of customers and the credibility of the organization decreases with the repetition of fake news. Conclusion: The investment of the organization in order to increase the customer's knowledge about the products and remove the misconceptions caused by fake news can increase the trust in the brand and lead to the neutralization of the effect of fake news on the brand value.
