The Lack of project knowledge management in projects results in organizational knowledge fragmentation and loss of organizational learning. Due to importance of knowledge management in project based organizations, a knowledge management model with six hierarchical-levels is presented in this article indicating the time line for knowledge management and the extent of knowledge to be captured, acquired and shared. Level zero is equivalent to post-project reviews. Since the potential value of reuse of incident knowledge is declining over time, it is proposed in the second level to manage planning and implementation (execution, control and monitor) knowledge during each project phase respectively, conveying the concept of time value of the knowledge. The third level encompasses ten knowledge management areas in project management. The fourth level shows that the relationship between KM model dimensions and organizational intellectual capital. Knowledge maps role is apparent in fifth level. Finally, an implementation roadmap, including ten steps is presented. Since the proposed roadmap has its root in concepts and features of the proposed KM model, it could facilitate implementation of the KM model in project based organizations and lead to in-time knowledge management, project cost reduction and flourishing organizational learning. The research conducted in a project based organization in private sector, playing an active role in a wide range of services; engineering, procurement, installation, construction and commissioning in oil, gas and petrochemical projects. One of issues that managers face is decision about selecting a set of most appropriate projects. Choosing more effective projects and allocating resource optimally is part of strategic decisions in an organization which requires the judgment of specialists in evaluation process. In many cases, judgments of decision makers in evaluation have some uncertainty. Methods which take into account the ambiguity in human judgments accurately would be very desirable. The aim of this research is to propose a suitable approach for evaluation development projects and finally select the most suitable ones, based on qualitative and quantitative indices. Proposed approach takes into account the ambiguity in human judgments by using grey systems theory and vague sets theory which both are the fuzzy sets theory expanded. This hybrid approach would make it possible to select the most appropriate projects based on both qualitative and quantitative indices Manuscript profile

Abstract Projects are planned based on estimated amounts that are the result of having little information about the future plans. According to the uncertainty of planning, time delays and costs of uncertainty are inevitable. The main objective of this study is to present a new approach based on failure mode and effects analysis and fuzzy logic to identify the affecting risks on duration of projects and ranking them using Kepland technique. In addition, in this research Shannon entropy is used for calculation of the weights of indexes. So after the study of related researches as well as through interviews and Delphi technique, some risks were identified. Then, based on three indicators of risk in the FMEA (severity, probability of occurrence, probability of detection), three questionnaire was prepared and their validity was confirmed by experts and reliability was calculated by Cronbach coefficient using SPSS software. The population of the study is 22 managers and experts that work on Debal Khazaei Company. Using triangular fuzzy numbers, the verbal variables of questionnaires became fuzzy numbers. Shannon entropy is used for calculation of weight of each index. Then, using decision making methods, ELECTRE TAXONOMY, TOPSIS and SAW, the risks are ranked. Finally, because of the relative difference of ranking in different techniques, Kapland technique is used to combine the results. TO help for developing the strategies of responding to the risks, some suggestions are presented. The contribution of this research is the simultaneous use of FMEA and Shannon's entropy to analisys the importance of risks and the ranking of them using Kepland technique. Manuscript profile

Network of collaborators is the most important approach of organizations in CoPS R&D projects conduction as completing such projects requires specific resources and is beyond the capabilities of a single organization. Obviously the capabilities of the network of collaborators have a significant role in mentioned collaboration. So in this paper fundamental indicator of those capabilities were firstly specified by literature review. Secondly final indicators were selected using survey of experts of a CoPS producing company. Thirdly these indicators were classified in components by expert survey and using SEM in LISREL software. These components encompass collaborators competency (incorporating knowledge and skillfulness, keeping up to date, complying to standards and financial ability), task performance capability (incorporating project quality, time and responsibility during and after project completion) and adaptability (incorporating accordance to values, time and flexibility in deliverables). The results of hypothesis tests illustrate that competency has a significant and positive impact on task performance and the latter has a similar impact on adaptability but there is no direct and significant correlation between competency and adaptability while there exists an indirect one. Current researches on supply chain management (SCM) in manufacturing industries are not directly applicable to construction industry. The application of SCM in the construction industry is associated with serious difficulties such as transient nature and uniqueness of construction projects, coordination problems, unrepeatable interactions and contextual differences in the manufacturing and construction industry. One of the models with the capability of complexity management is viable system model (VSM) which is rooted in organizational cybernetics. The model states that in order to achieve viability, each organization must perform certain activities and certain relationships must be established between these activities. VSM, employed to diagnose a supply chain of an Iranian Petrochemical Construction project based on the proposed methodology that includes three steps, case study selection, system identification and system diagnosis. This led to a model development as well as identification of the weaknesses of the construction supply chain (CSC). The validity of the research methodology and findings has been confirmed through multiple qualitative criteria. The research innovation is application of VSM to diagnose a CSC in combination with case study method in order to design a model and accordingly identification of the weaknesses and bottlenecks over the whole model via a systemic approach. One of the issues and problems facing the research cycle is the integration of design and production. Research institutes design products that are made without the cooperation of the construction engineering firm. The manufacturing institution does not have a common language in the production of the designed product and therefore no production takes place. Design without considering production and supply considerations seems beautiful only for the designer, but in some cases, the production organization is either not able to produce it or has problems in supplying some parts. This research deals with the issue of coordination of design, production and supply, which by examining the literature, its key indicators at the level of research projects and industrial development were extracted and finally ranked with decision models. For the first time, this research examines concurrent engineering in the defense industry and provides a model for the integration of design, production and supply. The indicators of this issue are divided into 4 criteria of product structure and architecture, management, quality and organizational cooperation. The criteria of product structure and architecture are the most important. Manuscript profile
