The supplier selection is one of the most important issues in supply chain management discipline and it is regarded as an effective factor for companies to survive in the competitive environment. Selecting the best supplier among various suppliers, considering a mixture of criteria that are sometimes in conflict, makes it a complicated multi-criteria decision making problem. On the other hand, supplier selection is highly dependent on the assessments of decision makers and according to the environmental dynamics and incomplete information available to decision makers, they are faced with some uncertainty in their assessments. The purpose of this paper is to present a model of multi-criteria decision making under uncertainty by using concepts of fuzzy and grey theories in order to select the optimal supplier. In this research, first, the weights of supplier selection criteria are determined by using fuzzy Delphi and analytic hierarchy process, then suppliers are ranked by using Grey VIKOR which is a newly developed approach in the field of multi-criteria decision making under uncertainty Manuscript profile

In focused تحقیق و توسعه markets, research projects are directed furtively, and contenders know almost no about the advancement of opponents. How a firm decides to apply its working choices passes on data to market members, among these its rivals. The real options exercise technique is an essential data transmission component. Pariahs find out about the absence of activity by contenders and can fuse it into their guesses about the rivals' sort. This endeavor to gain from contenders’ activities will specifically influence the harmony exercise methodologies. In this paper we expand a model to consider finite horizon real option games under incomplete information with various parameters. In incomplete information games firms’ actions express significant information about profitability to contestants. The encapsulation of this information proposed original blocks in models with strategic interactions. This is because of circularity where best exercise decisions are based on previous decisions taken, which at a given time are quiet to be mentioned because about the dynamic programming principle. We expand an extended version of the Least Squares Monte Carlo algorithm to confront these results. The model can aid in understanding the relation between strategic optionality and information besides how this influences the best decision policy and its value results. We find the informational feature is of great significance for firms’ best decision policy and optimization of project values Manuscript profile

Iran is the second-largest proved natural gas reserve holder in the world, behind Russia and holds 17% of the world's proved natural gas reserves and more than one-third of OPEC's reserves. Iran is also among the five major producers of natural gas in the world. According to rich reserves of natural gas, high success rate of natural gas exploration, and increasing growth of fossil fuel demand in highly import dependent countries like China, India, European Union, and Turkey all of which are potential markets for Iran natural gas export, there is a promising outlook for natural gas export of Iran and growth of resultant revenue in upcoming years. but due to Iran special geopolitical position, being enclosed by two strategic resources of natural gas and crude oil, i.e. Caspian Sea and Persian Gulf, and terrorist attacks and other unrests in Middle East, Central Asia, and Caucasus, securing energy demand and increasing the volume of Iran natural gas export has turned into a critical issue. In this research, after investigating Iran’s natural gas production, reserves, and export markets, seven quantitative indicators have developed according to political, economic, and infrastructural dimensions to assess Iran’s natural gas export whether in the form of LNG or via the pipeline. Policymakers of the energy economics field can analyze Iran’s current and potential gas export markets in recent years or in the upcoming years under different scenarios by using indicators introduced in this research and collecting the required data so that they can adopt appropriate policies for enhancing the energy export demand security of Iran particularly natural gas. Identifying pure and favorable strategies is one of the main concerns of managers and leaders in organizations and this managerial issue has become an important field for research. Many scholars in strategic management field have tried to provide multiple approaches or styles for strategy formation in the organizations. An effective way to identify strategy formation approach is to investigate how successful organizations are directed and lead. In this way, the reliable methods of strategy formation can be achieved by investigation of the organizations. This paper presents the result of a wide study on strategy formation approaches in Iranian organizations. Firstly, using taxonomical statistic method, five successful companies among 29 companies from various industries were selected as a result of their first ranking in their industrial groups during 2011-2013. To do this, six performance indices including asset returns, profit margin, human productivity, market share and sale rate, and profit growth rate were employed. Through the identification of the companies, their revolution trends were examined and the most important strategies leading to their success were determined. Finally, using a questionnaire and a sample of 150 top and middle managers of the surveyed organizations, their strategy formation approaches were identified. Entrepreneurial approach in strategy formation was more effective than formal approach or strategic planning, strategic venturing approach, and strategic learning approach. In some organizations, a combination of two approaches, namely strategic planning approach and entrepreneurial approach were utilized to formulate their strategies. Hence, it is obvious that among investigated companies, this is entrepreneurial approach that can be considered as reliable to formulate successful strategies. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study was to design and develop a model for assessing the amount and type of dominant strategic control in organizations, and in assessing the appropriateness of the strategic control type and its appropriateness with the logic of the organization's value creation. It seems that with the predominance of a kind of strategic control in an organization and the imbalance of the organization in the organization, the survival of the threatened organization and the assessment of the strategic control dimensions appropriate to the logic of value creation is necessary. So far, much research has failed to address this issue, and this field study has taken a step towards removing this knowledge gap. The present study is a mixed study. In the qualitative analysis of data, the method was transcendental and in the quantitative analysis section, structural equation modeling was used. The model qualitative findings revealed two parts of strategic behavioral and content control. In the quantitative part, the leading research is a cross-sectional descriptive survey. In this study, 279 employees from nine organizations with a region of value creation service, production, and social welfare were studied by random stratified sampling. Based on the scientific literature of strategic control, a 31-question questionnaire was designed and its validity and reliability were evaluated and verified, and after the strategic justification period, a research sample was distributed. The findings of the research indicate that the proposed structure is suitable for fitting. The results of the research show that there is a significant difference in the use of economic control and ethnic-cultural control among the manufacturing, service and social welfare organizations, but there was no significant difference in the use of other controls among the organizations. The food distribution industry is one of the high-turnover industries facing many problems in Iran. This research is done with the aim of designing and explaining the model of marketing and sales strategies in the food distribution industry .This study is descriptive, exploratory and using mixed research method. The qualitative research is done using content analysis and consensus of 11 executive and academic experts. In the quantitative part, 81 questionnaires was distributed between marketing and sales managers of 54 distribution companies. The data are analyzed by structural equation modelling method. The research findings show that marketing objectives, pricing strategies and food distribution strategy are respectively the highest factors of marketing strategy in the food distribution industry and the relationship-based competency of the sales team, the sales team performance and the transformational leadership are the most important factors in the sales strategy. Evidence suggests that the presence of each of the three moderators (the threats and opportunities of new competitors, the strengths and weaknesses of the company, and the influential factors of the post-stagnation era) affects the relationship between marketing and sales strategies. The adoption of a comprehensive approach to the components of the marketing and sales strategies and the coordination between them, taking into account the economic downturn, sanctions and the probable situation of the post-stagnation era, are the most important issues that have so far been neglected in designing the marketing and sales strategies of Iranian food distribution companies. bureaucratic culture on the reduction of protein talent of R&D staff in state-owned pharmaceutical companies. Conclusion: The results of the analysis of the research data show that authoritarian leaders consider employees as inherently lazy and responsible as the X-McGregor theory and try to bring about bureaucratic culture in their organization under their strict control. . In such an environment, no diversification of work and promotion of excessive skill and knowledge are required, and any effort beyond the established standards will result in severe penalties. Therefore, the process of nurturing protein talent in such an organization is definitely going downhill, and even if one sets his or her career path apart from organizational goals, he or she will face severe penalties or be forced out of the organization. The insurance industry is vital in the country that is affected by green marketing. However, there is no accurate information on the green marketing situation in the country's insurance industry. This research has been tried to identify the main criteria of green marketing evaluation to provide a model for a green marketing audit. In this regard, first, the main criteria were identified and approved by experts through a questionnaire. The final framework consists of 24 sub-criteria that are classified into ten criteria. Then, by using the fuzzy DEMATEL method, the internal relationships between the criteria and the hierarchical analysis method, each criterion and sub-criteria's final weight are obtained. According to the results, among the causes, the criterion of mission has the greatest effect on all criteria and takes the least effect from other criteria. So, this criterion has the most stimulus role, and by optimizing it, we can expect the optimization of other factors. The green sales factor is also strongly influenced by other factors and is optimized by optimizing other factors. Also, the criterion of the mission with an effective weight of 0.23 is the most important, and the criterion of green design with an effective weight of 0.024 is the least important Manuscript profile

In addition to evaluating the performance of a production organization in order to meet the requirements of a resilient economy and identify the status quo, the model can be used to strategically select programs and improvement projects to meet the requirements, based on performance gaps and the pattern of relationships between function and conductor criteria in order to achieve requirements of resistance economics. In this research, the data were collected through reviewing and studying library resources, documents, and using the focus group technique as a complementary method, the method of analysis of the subject was used and the base codes, sub-criteria (basic themes), and the criteria for the model (organizing content) were specified. In the following, using the Structural-Interpretative Modeling (ISM) approach, the main criteria identified were addressed to 25 members of the statistical population in the form of a questionnaire and based on which relations between the criteria and severity of influence or dependence of each criterion were determined. This research attempts to address all aspects of the resistive economy as a contemporary version of the Islamic economic system. This model consists of seven main criteria in four levels. Designing a green marketing model in the country is a complex, time consuming and long matter and due to the role of different actors in it, its dynamism has been increased and these two factors of complexity and dynamism are the main reasons for using the methodology approach of soft systems in the design of this model, because the approaches related to the design of hard models in the fetus will not have the necessary efficiency and effectiveness. In this research, using the soft system methodology approach, the unstructured problem, i.e. designing a green marketing model in consumer markets in small and medium-sized businesses to enter international markets, is explained and then, by defining its boundaries, a clear picture of different system actors and benefits that are drawn. In the third step, the CATWOE approach is used to explain the root definition of green marketing in consumer markets in small and medium-sized businesses to enter international markets, and in the fourth step, a conceptual model of activities is presented using the root definition. In the fifth step, the developed model is compared with the real world. In the sixth stage, desirable and possible changes to improve and develop the real system are identified, and finally in the seventh stage, programs to implement the changes are proposed and given to the officials and stakeholders involved in the situation to improve the performance of the system and ultimately reduce environmental degradation and improve consumer purchasing intent. Identifying the factors affecting the performance, risk and price of banks is important both from the perspective of shareholders and depositors and from the perspective of active elements in the market. Given that the financial market consists of the two main pillars of the money market and the capital market, the most important task of the capital market is to attract scattered capital and its optimal allocation to units that move both for economic development and to maintain the expected interests of investors. Therefore, banks, as the engine of financing the economy, are of special importance for other enterprises active in the economy, both for the government and for the banks themselves. Accordingly, identifying the factors and indicators affecting performance and profitability, risk management, as well as changes in their stock prices, both in terms of bank management and from a macroeconomic point of view, can guide the economy and governments. On the other hand, given that the main activity of banks is to provide facilities and loans to applicants, proper management of banking challenges and improving the factors affecting the efficiency and effectiveness of banking resources, can move the economic cycle in the right direction. Accordingly, the researcher analyzed the information of 11 banks in the 9-year period from 2009 to 2017 to assess the impact of management ability, political relations and financial crises on performance improvement, risk management and falling prices of banks listed on the stock exchange. Tehran Stock Exchange paid. The results of the analysis of hypotheses in three parts show that first, the ability to manage has no significant effects on any of the performance indicators of banks, including return on assets, return on capital, growth rate of shared income and growth rate of non-shared income, as well as management ability on liquidity risk effects. It is significant, but it does not affect credit, operational and bankruptcy risk. Finally, the ability to manage has not affected the risk of falling stock prices of banks. Second, political relations have only a positive and significant effect on the growth rate of shared income and have no significant effects on return on assets, return on capital and growth rate of non-shared income. Also, political relations have significant effects on liquidity risk and bankruptcy, but on risk. Credit and operations are not affected. Finally, political relations have not affected the risk of falling stock prices of banks. Third, financial crises only have a positive and significant effect on the growth rate of shared income and have no significant effects on return on assets, return on capital and growth rate of non-shared income. Also, financial crises have significant effects on credit risk, liquidity and bankruptcy. Does not affect operational risk Finally, financial crises have a statistically significant effect on the risk of falling stock prices of banks. Manuscript profile

Objective: One of the major challenges in the management of construction projects is the lack of understanding of the mechanisms that cause delays in construction. In the meantime, government infrastructure construction projects have a more complex situation, so that the success in the timely implementation of a construction project within the framework of government laws is one of the biggest goals and concerns of managers and agents involved in these types of projects. Methodology: It can be the present study identifies the mechanisms of project time delay risks based on system dynamics in order to identify and evaluate policies for the timely implementation of construction projects. For this purpose, first the literature and background were examined and during the semi-structured interview with the participants of the research, the effective factors on the timely implementation of the Iranian government construction project were identified. In the continuation of the dynamic model of the timely implementation of the Anrani project, the simulation was carried out using the data of the infrastructure operation project of the first section of Mobarakeh railway, Sefidasht, Shahrekord. Conclusion: After validation; According to the results of the sensitivity analysis of the system dynamics model, the exploitation policies during the construction project were identified in three strategies of providing project financial resources, project planning and control, and accountability of the project beneficiaries. In the following, it was also designed and applied to the model with selected combined policies. comparing the behavior of key model The combined selected policy Manuscript profile

Changing employee behavior is a common challenge for many organizations. When employees deviate from expected behavior, it can be seen as a form of human behavioral entropy, making it difficult to predict their actions. Entropy is a degree of disorder in any system that increases over time according to the second law of thermodynamics. Disturbances may also occur in human behavior when human behavior goes out of stability and moves towards instability, which can be called entropy in behavior. With the appearance of entropy in the behavior of employees, it becomes difficult for managers to control their behavior and the possibility of any behavioral problems in the organization is obvious. Understanding the underlying causes of these behaviors can help prevent problems within organizations. This study is focused on developing a model to reduce employee behavioral entropy within the justice administration system. The research is qualitative in nature, with a statistical population consisting of experts with relevant experience in the field. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling. Qualitative data was collected through interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis. The results of the analysis identified background factors (economic, legal, social, political, and technological), behavioral factors (personality, professional ethics, job passion, impression management, and job satisfaction), and structural factors (structural and process, leadership, work rules and regulations, cultural and educational) as organizing categories and basic categories in the design of the model, focusing on a three-pronged approach to reducing justice administration employee behavioral entropy.
