The Lack of project knowledge management in projects results in organizational knowledge fragmentation and loss of organizational learning. Due to importance of knowledge management in project based organizations, a knowledge management model with six hierarchical-levels is presented in this article indicating the time line for knowledge management and the extent of knowledge to be captured, acquired and shared. Level zero is equivalent to post-project reviews. Since the potential value of reuse of incident knowledge is declining over time, it is proposed in the second level to manage planning and implementation (execution, control and monitor) knowledge during each project phase respectively, conveying the concept of time value of the knowledge. The third level encompasses ten knowledge management areas in project management. The fourth level shows that the relationship between KM model dimensions and organizational intellectual capital. Knowledge maps role is apparent in fifth level. Finally, an implementation roadmap, including ten steps is presented. Since the proposed roadmap has its root in concepts and features of the proposed KM model, it could facilitate implementation of the KM model in project based organizations and lead to in-time knowledge management, project cost reduction and flourishing organizational learning. The research conducted in a project based organization in private sector, playing an active role in a wide range of services; engineering, procurement, installation, construction and commissioning in oil, gas and petrochemical projects. This article draws a comparison between Mollana and Miller’s opinion on the classification of systems. Miller’s classification has 9 levels under three main classifications of physical systems , living systems and social human and ultra social systems that are as follows: Structural systems like charts, simple moving systems like galaxy, self-disciplined system like themostat. Open system like cells, multiplying systems like plants, perception systems like animals with the ability of perception, thinking system like humans, social systems like supernatural that are out of mind and calculatin. Each level has some supriority on their preceding and lower levels and those features enable them to influence and chenge the lower levels. Analysis on Mollana’s poams reveals that he believes in these level and he has mentioned them all in his poams many centuries ago, but he has brought about an other system stiil more powerful and more complete that the ultra social system and that is the system of God. In miller’s classification of the universe’s systems, after the ultra social system, there is no other system but mollana states that after reachingthe stage of angles there is the stage of God which is the most powerful system and has created the other systems, and it is he who can influence bring about change in the other systems, this shows Mollana’s Islamic views in his poems and beliefs. In Mollana’s view nothingness is the beginning of life and life is the begining of the nothingness, he goes from nothingnesses towards everything and that is towards God. He expresses the view that life is like a circle that starts from nothingness and ends in reaching God. Manuscript profile

Offshoring is a trend during which organizatios directly replaced Internal labor with foreign labor and the activities are transferred from the source. At this time organization’s need to transfer knowledge of the local unit of offshoring jobs has become evident. In the process of transferring, knowledge from the source to the recipient or user, is transmitted via factors that affect the process. The aim of the present study was to identify factors influencing knowledge transfer in offshoring organizations. Content analysis is a research method used in this study. After the content analysis of more than 60 studies, a model in four levels of factors impacting knowledge transfer were identified. At the first level, three dimensions of content, the individual and the context were identifid as the effective factors in knowledge transfer process. At the second level, the following components were extracted from each dimension which affected knowledge transfer, especially in offshoring firms. Knowledge is a vital component in the content level. Confidence,‌ motivation and capacity are effective in individual level and culture was identified to influence the context level. At the third and fourth level of the model, elements of these components as well as methods of knowledge transfer were presented. To assess the validity of this model, all aspects, components, parts and materials were confirmed by a number of experts who were aware of the model Manuscript profile

Along with development in management literature, several solutions have been introduced to improve the effectiveness of organizations. Knowledge management as one of these solutions has been widely considered and using it, as a new method, is one of the organization’s necessities. But firstly this point should be mentioned that prior to the current development of knowledge management literature, knowledge management existed in organizations in traditional ways for years and should be considered in any new development in this field. Secondly, it has been observed that sometimes knowledge management new solutions are considered independent from their roles in organization effectiveness and KM comprehensive systems are recommended by management consultants as a definite effectiveness promotion solution. This article reflects the results of a research that has been conducted with two main goals, in organizations with small size and low technology level. First, study the level of knowledge management, in its traditional form in these organizations. Second, study the relationship between KM and effectiveness of these organizations. Manuscript profile

Since exact algorithms are able to find the optimal solution exactly, they are not effective for solving the complicated and difficult optimization problem and the time of problem solving is increased exponentially; moreover approximate algorithms are able to find the approximate solution (which is very near to the optimal solution) for very complicated and difficult optimization problem in a short period of time. One of the well-known nonlinear programming problems is finding minimum volume ellipsoid covering a finite set of points problem. This problem is solvable for two dimensional space, however heuristic methods are even used to solve it in two dimensional space are very difficult. It would be difficult to achieve the exact solution for three dimensions or more because of huge volume of calculation. In this paper, SA algorithm is used and the problem is solved in two and three dimensions; in addition it can be used for n dimensions as well. Manuscript profile

The first and most important step in managing the production of science in order to improve society's affairs and achieve scientific authority is to understand the exact problems of science production. Identification of problem has many complications. Problems with different interpretations are expressed and not related to the relationship between problems. As a result, many ambiguities and confusion arise. In this research, the Grounded theory is used to extract the problems of science production and the relationships between them, then by using paired comparisons, the relationship between problems is defined more precisely. Also, using the DEMATEL method, the effect size of the problems is apparent The achievement of this research is to identify the network of science production problems by explaining the 22 problems and the relationships between them. The problems of "university-community communication, research quality, research demand, and supply of research" have more interaction with other problems. The problems of "research supply, Brain Drain, quality of research, researcher motivation and research demand" are the most influential and the problems of "organizational management, intellectual property, attraction capacity, university-community communication and foreign trade" are most influential The achievement of this research is a network of general problems of science production, this network must be tailored to specific scientific disciplines and fields. Given the general nature of this research, the network of problems can be used as a guide for identifying the network of science production problems in specific cases (geographic regions or scientific disciplines). Knowledge as a strategic resource in organizations is a major and effective factor in creating and sustaining competitive advantage. In industrial clusters, which include a set of organizations with similar field of activities, there is a joint effort among members to save resources and enhance their competitive ability. One of these joint activities is the exchange of knowledge among the members, which reduces the cost of knowledge acquisition, increasing collaboration between companies, the ability to innovate and strengthen their competitive ability. In this paper, a goal programming model for the process of knowledge exchange in industrial clusters has been presented based on the data of industrial cluster of animal feed, poultry and aquaculture in Golestan and its results have been analyzed. Achieving the ideal degree of knowledge in the cluster and the amount of budget assigned are considered as two model ideals. In this model, for the process of knowledge exchange, there are two types of presence and non-attendance methods that have significant differences in terms of cost and duration of the transfer. Analyzing the model parameters and examining the results shows that the use of both face-to-face and non- attendance methods for the exchange of knowledge enables companies to flexibly participate in the process according to their working conditions and resources. It also provides better understanding to cluster managers in order to be able to make better decisions and planning in order to achieve greater returns from the knowledge transfer process, based on existing resources and goals. In the composition of "Islamic knowledge" it is discussed what facts and news propositions can be deduced from Islamic sources so that they can be attributed to the Islamic religion according to scientific criteria and proper research methods and the documents are permitted and to be considered legitimate and correct. Here, it refers to the ontological knowledge that can be extracted from the sources of Qur'an and Sunnah. Hence, to the difference between Islamic knowledge based on the ontological statements of Islam, and Islamic knowledge in the absolute sense of theology (the statements contained in the Islamic religion, both related to existence and what relates to its laws and Shari'ah and its legal rules), has been paid attention. So the realm of discussion has a limitation in one aspect and a development in another. Relatively limited to Islamic ontological knowledge, the domain of debate is limited and expanded to include all branches of Islamic knowledge related to being. In this article, the term "Islamic knowledge" is the science that first derives from the religion of Islam, the Qur'an and the Sunnah and can be attributed to this religion. Secondly, it is related to the ontological propositions and the realities of the universe in general and extensively. Therefore, the descriptive and recommendation statements of the Qur'an and Sunnah are directly outside the scope of this article. Describing the value of knowledge and its necessity, defining Islamic knowledge and its possibility, and explaining the role of rationality in the system of Islamic thought, has provided the conditions for introducing the authentic foundations and strategic principles of Islamic knowledge with the Ijtihadist approach. These principles can be the basis for learning and developing Islamic knowledge. Manuscript profile

In addition, store swarm variable 6 moderates the effect of queue staff competence on customer satisfaction, but store swarm variable did not have a moderating effect on the effect of queue staff interaction competence on customer satisfaction. Therefore, hyperemia store managers should provide customer satisfaction with the hypermia store by training capable employees in providing information and customer-oriented behavior in the hyperemia store. The lean approach seeks to eliminate non-value-added activities and knowledge management to create and apply useable and accessible knowledge for value creation. Therefore, knowledge management is predicted to have a significant impact on the leanness of an organization. On the other hand, despite the fact that the service sector has become a major resource in the economies of the countries, there is little research on how to implement a lean approach in this sector. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of knowledge management on lean service. For this purpose, the dimensions of lean service were first extracted using the grounded theory. In the following, a questionnaire was designed to measure the maturity level of organizations’ knowledge management. Then, structural equation modeling was performed to illustrate the impact of knowledge management on lean service of Payam Noor Universities by using Smart PLS 2 software. The statistical population of this study is all employees, professors, managers and assistants of Payam Noor Universities. Using sample random sampling, 200 questionnaires were distributed to the statistical population, 157 of which were completed and analyzed. After making sure that the measurement and structural models of the research are acceptable, the results suggest that KM plays an important role in improving the lean of Payam Noor Universities. In the field of knowledge management, factors such as knowledge management leadership, organization’s processes, people and knowledge managements’ outcomes have greatest impact on lean service at Payam Noor University. Therefore, managers of Payam Noor University can improve the maturity level of the knowledge management of the organization and then improve the lean status of their organization by focusing on these factors. By applying this model, service managers, especially university managers, can provide an appropriate platform for their use in managing these organizations through the link between knowledge management and lean.
