Abstract Projects are planned based on estimated amounts that are the result of having little information about the future plans. According to the uncertainty of planning, time delays and costs of uncertainty are inevitable. The main objective of this study is to present a new approach based on failure mode and effects analysis and fuzzy logic to identify the affecting risks on duration of projects and ranking them using Kepland technique. In addition, in this research Shannon entropy is used for calculation of the weights of indexes. So after the study of related researches as well as through interviews and Delphi technique, some risks were identified. Then, based on three indicators of risk in the FMEA (severity, probability of occurrence, probability of detection), three questionnaire was prepared and their validity was confirmed by experts and reliability was calculated by Cronbach coefficient using SPSS software. The population of the study is 22 managers and experts that work on Debal Khazaei Company. Using triangular fuzzy numbers, the verbal variables of questionnaires became fuzzy numbers. Shannon entropy is used for calculation of weight of each index. Then, using decision making methods, ELECTRE TAXONOMY, TOPSIS and SAW, the risks are ranked. Finally, because of the relative difference of ranking in different techniques, Kapland technique is used to combine the results. TO help for developing the strategies of responding to the risks, some suggestions are presented. The contribution of this research is the simultaneous use of FMEA and Shannon's entropy to analisys the importance of risks and the ranking of them using Kepland technique. Manuscript profile

Abstract: The present study aimed to investigate the impact of demand management policies uncertainty on Tehran Stock Exchange output. The uncertainty in money supply and government expenses variables on stock exchange output has been studied using monthly data over the period of 1387-1392. The results indicated that money supply variable has the problem of uncertainty while government expenses don't. The results of MSEGARCH model on money supply variable showed that uncertainty in money supply variable in both high and low volatility has a significant negative impact on stock exchange output. The results of MS-VAR model represent the fact that government expenses have a significant impact on stock exchange index in both upswing and stagnation phases. Accordingly, it is observed that the uncertainty in demand management policies is influencing stock exchange output and these influences are in conflict with each other, so it is suggested that the government managers and policy makers (government expenses) and Central bank (money supply) implement the policies with more coordination in order to decrease the amount of these conflicting impacts. The lean approach seeks to eliminate non-value-added activities and knowledge management to create and apply useable and accessible knowledge for value creation. Therefore, knowledge management is predicted to have a significant impact on the leanness of an organization. On the other hand, despite the fact that the service sector has become a major resource in the economies of the countries, there is little research on how to implement a lean approach in this sector. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of knowledge management on lean service. For this purpose, the dimensions of lean service were first extracted using the grounded theory. In the following, a questionnaire was designed to measure the maturity level of organizations’ knowledge management. Then, structural equation modeling was performed to illustrate the impact of knowledge management on lean service of Payam Noor Universities by using Smart PLS 2 software. The statistical population of this study is all employees, professors, managers and assistants of Payam Noor Universities. Using sample random sampling, 200 questionnaires were distributed to the statistical population, 157 of which were completed and analyzed. After making sure that the measurement and structural models of the research are acceptable, the results suggest that KM plays an important role in improving the lean of Payam Noor Universities. In the field of knowledge management, factors such as knowledge management leadership, organization’s processes, people and knowledge managements’ outcomes have greatest impact on lean service at Payam Noor University. Therefore, managers of Payam Noor University can improve the maturity level of the knowledge management of the organization and then improve the lean status of their organization by focusing on these factors. By applying this model, service managers, especially university managers, can provide an appropriate platform for their use in managing these organizations through the link between knowledge management and lean. Identifying the factors affecting the performance, risk and price of banks is important both from the perspective of shareholders and depositors and from the perspective of active elements in the market. Given that the financial market consists of the two main pillars of the money market and the capital market, the most important task of the capital market is to attract scattered capital and its optimal allocation to units that move both for economic development and to maintain the expected interests of investors. Therefore, banks, as the engine of financing the economy, are of special importance for other enterprises active in the economy, both for the government and for the banks themselves. Accordingly, identifying the factors and indicators affecting performance and profitability, risk management, as well as changes in their stock prices, both in terms of bank management and from a macroeconomic point of view, can guide the economy and governments. On the other hand, given that the main activity of banks is to provide facilities and loans to applicants, proper management of banking challenges and improving the factors affecting the efficiency and effectiveness of banking resources, can move the economic cycle in the right direction. Accordingly, the researcher analyzed the information of 11 banks in the 9-year period from 2009 to 2017 to assess the impact of management ability, political relations and financial crises on performance improvement, risk management and falling prices of banks listed on the stock exchange. Tehran Stock Exchange paid. The results of the analysis of hypotheses in three parts show that first, the ability to manage has no significant effects on any of the performance indicators of banks, including return on assets, return on capital, growth rate of shared income and growth rate of non-shared income, as well as management ability on liquidity risk effects. It is significant, but it does not affect credit, operational and bankruptcy risk. Finally, the ability to manage has not affected the risk of falling stock prices of banks. Second, political relations have only a positive and significant effect on the growth rate of shared income and have no significant effects on return on assets, return on capital and growth rate of non-shared income. Also, political relations have significant effects on liquidity risk and bankruptcy, but on risk. Credit and operations are not affected. Finally, political relations have not affected the risk of falling stock prices of banks. Third, financial crises only have a positive and significant effect on the growth rate of shared income and have no significant effects on return on assets, return on capital and growth rate of non-shared income. Also, financial crises have significant effects on credit risk, liquidity and bankruptcy. Process management in the organization requires the creation of process insights throughout the organization. In this regard, organizations need a comprehensive method to evaluate the implementation of organizational processes that determine the factors affecting the implementation of organizational programs. For this purpose, it is a responsive way for organizations that, in addition to creating awareness of the effective factors, provide a roadmap to improve the realization of the organization's plans and visions. In the present article, to facilitate the management of processes in the East Azerbaijan Province Gas Co., a Hybrid Process Maturity Model has been developed. This model has been presented and implemented with a combined approach of selected maturity models, considering the limitations of maturity models, which makes the models not comprehensive enough. The capability of the proposed model framework, unlike other models, is that the above model can be evaluated in detail. In this regard, first, the key processes of the company have been identified. Then by collecting the required information on how to implement the processes, the maturity levels of the key processes of the organization have been evaluated according to the proposed model and current level, the desired level of maturity is set. Implementing solutions also have been proposed to improve the processes. According to the collected information, 16 of the 26 Key Processes of the East Azerbaijan Gas Co. are at level zero or incomplete process implementation, eight processes are at level one or planned and two processes are at level two or controlled. Does not affect operational risk Finally, financial crises have a statistically significant effect on the risk of falling stock prices of banks. Manuscript profile

The Internet of Everything constitutes a comprehensive framework of connections, processes, and principles interlinked within a unified ecosystem. Within this framework, at a higher level, connections have broadened, and more importantly, these connections are comprehended. The present article delves into assessing the status of this innovative technology in two neighboring countries. This study serves as an excellent example for decision-makers and leaders to propel Iran towards a higher level of sustainable development. Meanwhile, Dubai, one of the seven Emirates of the United Arab Emirates, by installing smart infrastructures, employing the unified DubaiNow application for all services (governmental and urban), and establishing a smart city, stands as the sole country among its neighbors to have successfully executed the Internet of Everything. The Internet of Everything has transformed Dubai into a significant economic hub in the region and globally. Conversely, although the Internet of Everything technology has not yet proliferated in Turkey, the foundations, technology, and key concepts have been well-established in the country. This technology, with its specific capabilities across various domains, from smart agriculture and livestock farming to urban traffic management, smart airports, and asset monitoring, has facilitated substantial improvements in infrastructures and services provided in Turkey. The examination results indicate that the orientations of these two countries toward achieving the prospects of this significant transformation have led to increased revenues, reduced operational costs, heightened productivity across various sectors, and positioning them on the path of sustainable development.
