        The purpose of this paper is to explaine the dimensions of organizational absorptive capacity and organizational forgetting and to examine the relationship between them. In this context, we first describe and introduce the dimensions of organizational absorptive capacity and organizational forgetting variables. In the following, by considering background and literature review, we provide proper hypothesis. Given the size of considered community, 257 sample was chosen. Data collection tool was two questionaries that was extracted from the literature. In the following, for exploring the research hypothesis, it was used exploratory and confirmative factor analysis. The results shows that each of organizational forgetting dimensions influence on absorptive capacity dimensions. In the meantime, deterioration dimension from organizational forgetting variable had the greatest influence on utilization dimension from knowledge absorptive capacity variable Manuscript profile

        Today organizations must be able to gain the necessary knowledge for modernization of their products and improvement of their processes, and also spread this idea among their stuff and apply in their all daily activities. In knowledge-based economy, organizations use knowledge management as an essential factor for better performance and to gain the advantage of competition, and in this respect knowledge management strategies play main part in improvement of organizational performance. This article has studied the effect of knowledge management strategy on organizational performance in companies located in Bandar Abbas Industrial Town. Main goal of this study has been the study of effects of knowledge management strategy on organizational performance in companies located in Bandar Abbas Industrial Town in 1393. In terms of the goal of research this study is an applying study, and in terms of method of data collecting is descriptive-surveying research, and in terms of relation between variables of the study it is of correlation type and specifically is based on structural equations. The tool for collecting data is questionnaire. Statistical population of this study was 475 people of managers, deputies, and middle-rank managers of Bandar Abbas industrial towns, that 212 people were chosen as sample using Morgan table to specify the sample size. Analyzing data was done using community average exam and structural equations model. The findings of this study showed that there was positive and meaningful relation between setting knowledge management and organizational performance in Bandar Abbas Industrial Town.         The present research aims to analysis the relationship between the organizational intelligence and the goal_oriented organizational forgetfulness in the Higher Education Center of Ilam city. statistical population include official employees of Ilam's governmental organizations, and their educational degrees were bachelor's degree and higher. By using Kochran's formula sample size was determined as 380 persons. For data collection, two standardized questionnaires "organizational intelligence questionnaire" and "goal_oriented organizational forgetfulness questionnaire" were distributed among 390 employees. The collected data was analyzed by using software LISREL and SPSS. According to the researrch's findings, it could be concluded that there are the significant correlation between the dimensions of organizational intelligence (strategic conception, common fate, morale, knowledge usage, performance pressure, unity, and willingness to change) with the organizational forgetfulness in Ilam's Higher Education Center. In this paper, we first described organizational justice and organizational silence and their dimensions and then examined the relationship between organizational silence and affective commitment. Then, the hypothesis derived from the literature were presented. Then, to verify the hypothesis of this study, 257 samples were extracted from the employees and faculties of Guilan university. For analyzing data, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis using SPSS and AMOS software were used. According to analysis, three dimensions including distributive, procedural and interactional justice for organizational justice and four dimensions including Acquiescent, defensive prosocial and Opportunistic silence for organizational silence were identified. Then, secondary hypothesis based on original hypothesis were presented. The results shows the influences of organizational justice dimensions on some of the organizational silence dimensions. Also, the results shows that three dimensions of organizational silence affects affective commitment and defensive silence has the greatest influence on affective commitment. Manuscript profile

Investigation on the literature shows that there is a gap in theoretical foundation for illustrating this kind of interactions. One of its solution is using of theories in other fields which are conformable in SCM. In this research four inter-organizational theories (Principal- Agent Theories, transaction cost analysis; the network theory; and the resource-based view) based on the literature are considered. The aim is determine their importance and preference upon proper theory evaluation criteria for development theoretical foundation of SCM according to this research.         In this study, the goal was to examine and explain the causal role of knowledge management in the effectiveness of the learning organization. Methods of survey research and data collection tool was the questionnaire. A comprehensive questionnaire to measure effectiveness of the organization - has been designed and implemented according to The four functions of social system model of Parsons (Adaptation, Effectiveness,Unity and coherence, Stability & Maintain patterns), and Knowledge Management –was designed and employed according to Nonaka and takeuchi’s model. Data collected from the teaching staff of the University of Science and Technology.According to the analysis of research data, and the causal relationship between two variables, a positive meaningful relationship between KM Elements (Socializing, externalizing, combination, internalization) and the effectiveness of the learning organization was identified, and the direction of the relationship was detected of KM towards the learning organization. Also our findings indicated that demographic factors (Age, Work experience, Education level, Employment status, Position) of the above equation, have significant impact, Where as Gender has no effect.         The purpose of this research is an experimental study in servicing sector (Parsian bank) for investigating the relation between organizational learning culture and job satisfaction and their relation with customer satisfaction which is used from Pantuakiz and Borenta (2013) model. In this model the relation between organizational learning culture and customer satisfaction with considering job satisfaction mediating role is investigated. For research investigation a sample size containing 234 people, working in Parsian bank branches in Tehran is taken in cluster random of sampling type. Collecting data of standard questionnaire with 21 questions which its validity and reliability is confirmed is done by distributing it among statistical population. Analyzing of data is done by descriptive statistics and statistical inference. In descriptive statistics section indexes including frequency index and percentage of frequency index and in statistical inference section, indexes including correlation methods and structural equation model are used respectively for path analysis. In this regard SPSS and LISREL software are used. The results of analysis shows the relation among organizational learning culture and customer satisfaction and job satisfaction. Generally, Parsian bank ability directly or indirectly to satisfy its customers is linked through its employees' effective and continuous effort and their job satisfaction.         The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of knowledge management strategies on employee empowerment and organizational agility. The population of Lorestan is 500 employees using Cochran formula sample size of 174 subjects were selected by simple random sampling. Data questionnaire with a Cronbach's alpha of 89 percent to measure knowledge management strategies, Asprytzr standard questionnaire to measure employee empowerment and Goldman standardized questionnaire was used to measure organizational agility. For the final assessment data, Cronbach's alpha is equal to 91 percent has been used and has been used to determine the validity of validity. Software for data analysis spss and Amos has been used. The results showed that the strategy of knowledge management and organizational agility by empowering employees and 95% confidence level, there is a significant positive correlation.         Due to changing conditions and unstable environment, Companies to survive and have a good competitive position always require proper utilization of the knowledge available in the organization. Without a proper structure and leadership style, using this source is not possible. An appropriate leadership style and structure can not only create competition for the creation of new knowledge but also by providing suitable cooperation condition, can create conditions for sharing created knowledge. Therefore this study, investigates the effective organizational elements as well as the results of cross-functional coopetition, in small and medium size industries. The study was causal and statistical sample is 165 employees and managers working in companies located in the industrial areas of Kerman city and the tool for data collection is questionnaire. Reliability for Conservative leadership, participative leadership, formalization, centralization, cross-functional coopetition and knowledge integration mechanisms is obtained 0/81, 0/70, 0/72, 0/70, 0/91 and 0/84 respectively. The results indicate that the conservative leadership and formalization impact on cross-functional coopetition but participative leadership and centralization have no effect on cross-functional coopetition. Based on a study of 30 top companies in various industries in the country was conducted, the results showed that management practices that focus on facilitating contacts between staff, In relation to social capital and more efficient organization are much more positive. Also, it because the relationship stronger companies are active in industries with lower complexity. The results showed that the intensity of knowledge itself does not have a moderating effect And only seems to exist in order to join the industrial regulations and influence and its connection with human resource management practices and organizational social capital is necessary. The results of the statistical analysis shows that human resource management practices and positive effect on organizational social capital in industries with high intensity control domain is lower.         Abstract This study aims to review related literature about good character and organizational commitment to design a structural model to investigate the effect of good character of managers on organizational commitment of employees. The research model has been developed based on relationships among research variables and previous studies and has been tested by using regression analysis. The population was all personnel of Iran’s Customs Administration. To collect data, a field survey was performed on 106 people. Data was analyzed using SPSS software. Results indicated that dimensions of good character of manger (passion, humor, compassion, humility, courage, integrity, and wisdom) have positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. To verify the integrity of the data in this study, the reliability, quality, reliability, functionality and portability dependence was used.         Agility is a series of capabilities and competencies, which can cause survival and growth of the organization in business environment. One of the approaches that help organizations to enhance agility is electronic human resource management (E-HRM) approach. The main objective of the present study is finding an answer for this issue that how one can use E-HRM approach to develop organizational agility. In this study that has been conducted using survey method, after review of foreign and domestic research literature and construction of conceptual model, a questionnaire would be provided and distributed among employees of bank branches of Bushehr City in Iran and finally, collected data from 315 questionnaires would be analyzed using structural equation modeling method. Obtained results from the study confirm the presented conceptual model and indicate that using E-HR, Electronic payment of human resources, human resources maintenance and electronic performance appraisal of human resources and also electronic human resource management (E-HRM) can affect organizational agility significantly in confidence level of 99%.         This study is aimed at investigating the role of Organizational Culture in Manager’s Inclination toward Accepting the Green Production Technology. Using simple randomization of administerial and executive staff, a population of 115 Iranian casting industry experts, administrators, and managers in the year 2015 was selected for the present study. The size of the sample required in this study was 88 according to Cochran’s formula and, a sample of 90 members was examined investigated based on Krejcie and Morgan Table. The data were analyzed using structural equations. Attending to the non-normal distribution of the data as indicated by Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, a non-parametric test was used to analyze the relationships. Combined reliability, internal consistency, and internal validity of the model, as well as the predictive validity at construct level, were proved during data analysis. Positive values of the CV Com index were suggestive of the high quality of the model. Finally, the GOF index was found to be 0.723. Considering 0.1, 0.25, and 0.36, proposed as weak, moderate, and strong values for the GOF index respectively, the obtained value of 0.723 indicates the overall appropriateness and good practice of the model and stands in a strong point on a weak-strong continuum. Based on the findings of this study, organizational culture has a direct impact on the acceptance of the Green Production Technology. Manuscript profile

        Today, the increase in instability and turbulence in organizational environments has made organizations achieve certain levels of agile manufacturing to meet the needs of their customers in unpredictable conditions, as agile manufacturing is considered the major contributor to the success and survival of firms. However, many manufacturing firms do not pay much attention to such issues. This paper was mainly aimed at investigating the role of agile manufacturing in improving organizational productivity. To this end, a number of employees at Moghan Wire & Cable Company were selected as the study sample. The research was an applied cross-sectional survey. Simple random sampling was used to select 134 managers, specialists and employees familiar with agile manufacturing at Moghan Wire & Cable Company. After identifying productivity and agile manufacturing indicators, a questionnaire was designed. The questionnaire’s validity was confirmed by professors and a group of experts at Moghan Wire & Cable Company. Cronbach’s alpha was used to evaluate the questionnaire’s reliability. The questionnaire’s Cronbach’s alpha was 0.90. Descriptive and inferential statistics were applied to analyze the collected data and find the relationships between the variables. The analyses were performed using SPSS 20 and SmartPLS 2. The results showed that high levels of agile manufacturing had a significant influence on productivity at Moghan Wire & Cable Company. Therefore, the current managers need new technologies and tools for the survival and development of their activities so that they can adopt more effective decisions. Business intelligence can be used as intelligent tools and help managers at various levels. The main objective of the study was to evaluate the effect of business intelligence on organizational effectiveness. On the other hand, paying attention to identify organizational factors that are essential for the success of the organization and also examination of their relations with organizational effectiveness and organization's existing information systems such as business intelligence are considered as very important very issues. The population in this study consisted of managers & experts at Bank Mellat in the Gilan province that 256 persons were selected using stratified sampling method as a sample. The data collected was analyzed using Smart-PLS 2.0 and SPSS 24 software. After measuring the validity and reliability of the measurement model, structural model determined was evaluated by studying the relationship between latent variables. Estimated GOF criterion value represents the structural model has a strong fitness. Then, path coefficients and T Statistics was used to test the hypothesis.The Sobel test was used to investigate the hypothesis of mediation. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational factors and business intelligence effectiveness and organizational effectiveness.Also, results showed that there is a significant and positive relationship between organizational effectiveness and business intelligence.         The aim of the present research, the role of employee empowerment in the relationship between quality of work life and their organizational commitment. The present research is of a descriptive- correlative type that is based on the Census; 80 questionnaires were distributed among Staff Imam Hasan Mojtaba hospitals in Kalat. The data collection tools were 3 questionnaires: quality of work life questionnaire (1973), the organizational commitment questionnaire of Allen and Meyer (1990), the Spreitzer’s empowerment questionnaire (1996). To determine the reliability coefficient of the questionnaires , Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used . Cronbach's alpha coefficients obtained for the three questionnaires, 85%, 78% and 92% respectively. To analyze the data, structural equation modeling and multiple regression was used. The findings show that the quality of work life and organizational commitment have a significant relationship.There is also a relationship between the quality of working life and employee empowerment (with the possibility of 99% have been identified. The results also show that employee empowerment have significant relationship with organizational commitment((with the possibility of 99% . In addition, research findings suggest an indirect impact the quality of working life on Organizational commitment this effect with the number 0.45 and is marked with 99% probability. Personal and public health depends on providing appropriate, adequate and quality services. But a significant portion of the potency of the healthcare activists spent on providing health services and policy-making, monitoring and assessment is neglected. This weakness has led to the fact that the health care services is seriously flawed and unable to properly respond to public expectations. By considering the importance of assessment and supervision and aiming to fill this gap, this paper will architecture the healthcare assessment system in Iran. Therefore, after the design of conceptual model of assessment sector and definition of possible roles, we have distributed the roles between activists of this sector. Based on architecture results, it is suggested to set up organizations with public and non-governmental nature to collect and codify the healthcare indicators and also perform the assessment and accreditation of the healthcare production, services and activists.         The current research investigates the Impact and Influence of emotional intelligence’s component on organizational commitment and job satisfaction in Central Iranian Oil Fields Company (I.C.O.F.C). Research type is applied-developing and on the other hand descriptive-survey. The population of research is experts of the Iranian Central Oil Fields Company. The number of experts is selected by using theoretical saturation method and 15 experts are asked to answer the questions. In this research the Dematel questionnaire, modified by the researcher, has been used for gathering the information. Data analyses have been done by using Dematel method. The results have been shown that self-awareness is the most influential factor and the second influential variable is job satisfaction. When it comes to the intensity of the influence of emotional intelligence components, consciousness, self-motivation, social skills, empathy and self-control have been the most influential in order. The most influenced variable is organizational commitment. Between emotional intelligence's components which have influence on other components and variables, self-motivation is the most important factor. It also has an important influence on organizational commitment. In fact, the results of this study suggested that self-motivation is like a stimulant engine. This paper aims to specify the human resource development model with improving organizational culture.This paper was used mixed research method to analyze data and data was gathered by structured and semi-structured interview. So, the interviewing forms were investigated after interviewing, then 59 open codes and 8 selective codes were classified. 8 selective codes included management factors, personal factors, employee engagement, path career, independence of staff in doing their duties, the software condition of work environment, values and organizational behavior, faith-based, organizational justice, perfectionism and content factors. For this study, not only we studied the literature of research, but also we employed Fuzzy Delphi technique to filter and select superior excellence patterns. The conducted idea analysis was filtered during two steps using Cheng & Lin approach. The study population was comprised of 30 industry experts and university faculties. In this evaluation the effect of relationship marketing is considered as a mediator variable. This study is a practical search in terms of aim and is a descriptive survey in terms of method. The research scope contains the banking services and data is gathering by questionnaires of acceptance the organization changes, relationship marketing, and customer satisfaction through the interviewer by the Melli Bank experts of Iran. The validity and stability of the questionnaires are evaluated by content validity and Cronbach’s alpha index respectively. The amount of three questionnaires have obtained 0/887, 0/898, and 0/833. In this study the relation between variables and their affects are determined via regression test and structural equations.         The main purpose of this research was to explore the effect of total quality management’ (TQM) components on the job performance of the employees considering the moderating effect of personal factors in teacher education universities of Iran. This study was conducted using correlational research method. Its statistical population consisted of all the staff employees working in the teacher education universities situated in 32 provinces of Iran (n=2553). Using Kerjesi-Morgan table and random cluster sampling method, a sample of 335 subjects was selected. Data collection was done using four questionnaires including TQM’s questionnaire developed by US Federal Quality Institute, Paterson’s (2000) job performance questionnaire and two self-designed questionnaires on the personal knowledge and skill factors which were checked and confirmed by the respective experts and practitioners in terms of their validity. Estimated using Cronbach’s alpha, the reliability of four questionnaires was found to be 0.97, 0.92, 0.95 and 0.74, respectively. As per the results, there was a statistically significant relationship between the components of customer focus, employee empowerment and teamwork, quality analysis, quality assurance and quality improvement and the job performance with the moderating effect of personal knowledge (P<0.01). Furthermore, considering the skill as the moderator variable, a statistically significant relationship was observed between the top management support and leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, quality assurance and quality improvement and the job performance of the employees in question(P<0.01). ). It is suggested that Teacher Training Universities apply Total Quality Management to improve job performance of their staff, where organizational culture and organizational support play a key role. Employing the PAEI framework proposed by Adizes, and the system dynamics approach, we have analyzed the characteristics and behavior of an organization during the go-go and adolescence stages of its lifecycle. Moreover, using the system dynamics analysis approach, we have plotted the causal feedback loops and stock-and-flow diagrams of each stage of the organizational lifecycle. Then, the output of the simulations of 100 months of the go-go and adolescence stages of the organizational lifecycle performed in the VENSIM software are obtained .Finally appropriate strategies have been proposed for tackling the problems that the organization may face in each stage of its lifecycle. Organizational citizenship behavior is a desired consequence that managers tend to increase it among human resources. The aim of this study is to investigate effects of job involvement on organizational citizenship behavior with moderating role of organizational identity. The population of study is Iran Insurance Company agencies (representatives) in Mashhad, with 300 agencies. Two-stage cluster sampling method was used with regard to the distribution of agencies in Mashhad. 167 agencies were determined for sampling size using Morgan table. Data collection tool were three questionnaires which their validity confirmed through construct validity and reliability were assessed using Cronbach's alpha. To ensure of returning adequate questionnaires, 170 questionnaires were distributed and 167 questionnaires were returned. Data analysis using structural equation modeling and partial least squares (PLS) was conducted. The results showed that job involvement has significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior.         According to importance of subject, the aim of this study is to evaluate and rank factors of intellectual capital and organization entrepreneurship that aims to improve the performance of corporation. Therefore, after reviewing the literature and interviews with professors and coil industry experts, intellectual capital, organization entrepreneurship and firm performance factors were identified. After designing and distributing questionnaires among coil industry experts, priority and importance of each of these factors with using Fuzzy TOPSIS, FAHP, vikor, ELECTRE were evaluated. According to the results of the above methods in cases not compatible with each other, to achieve the overall ranking of integration methods (POSET) that includes: rating average method, Borda method, Copeland method and integration phase (POSET) has been used. The results obtained from FAHP method, according to the company's performance improvement indicate that the net profit is the most important subcategory of the factors affecting corporate performance improvement; competitive advantages, customer retention, market value of the company; innovation capacity and volume of transaction are at ranking highest respectively. The results obtained from FAHP method indicate that organization entrepreneurship is more significant than intellectual capital of the factors affecting corporate performance improvement. Different Ratings have offered for intellectual capital and sub-scales of Human capital, Structural Capital, Relational Capital, Innovation Capital and Customer Capital factors.         This paper examines the effects of technological variables, including top management support for technology, on the development of technological skills, technological distinctive competencies and organizational learning. It also examines the effects of technological distinctive competencies and organizational learning on organizational innovation. How these variables affect organizational performance. This study was conducted using a descriptive-survey research method with a sample of 30 banks approved by the Central Bank of Iran using a questionnaire and through structural equation method. The results of the research show that: (1) top management support has a positive impact on the development of technology skills, technological distinctive competencies, and organizational learning. (2) Technological distinctive competencies and organizational learning, directly or indirectly through organizational innovation, have a positive impact on organizational performance. It was also confirmed that innovation has a positive impact on organizational performance. Research also has recommendations for business professionals that the creation of merit is complex and a long-term process that should be pursued with the long-term strategy of the company.         Each organization and in general each state, regardless of its activity, size and structure, is trying to improve its performance to the best of its ability to maintain its existence. Many of the criticisms of traditional performance evaluation systems are due to their failure to measure and monitor multiple performance dimensions due to the over-concentration of indices that are lacking in efficiency. In this paper, attention has been paid to the effective components in mapping out the road for improving organizational performance with a special look at the balanced scorecard approach based on resistance policies. Accordingly, a study was conducted to identify the indicators that affect the performance of organizations, and one hundred and fifty identifiers were identified and in the structure of the balanced scorecard developed in the dimensions: 1- Customerism and customer needs 2. Financial empowerment and business Income 3. Main Processes and Support 4. Growth and Learning 5. Effectiveness and Impact on Society 6. Leadership and engagement with business. Then, using the factor analysis method, we reduced the indexes, which resulted in the index output dropping by 91% to 43 indexes.         In today's business world, organizations and businesses that focus on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial people can guarantee their survival in the market and to compete with other domestic and foreign competitors pay. Port maritime organization as a marine sector in the country, holding a large part of the economy of this area as well. Which should be in line with the global movement of entrepreneurship, to survive and maintain its competitive position with other ports in neighboring countries to begin a great movement. In this regard, the present study, three main port of the aforementioned in the north of the country (the ports of Anzali, Noshahr and Amirabad) in this respect were studied using library research, interviews with experts and set questionnaire containing 94 questions out of 30 was performed and the scores derived from each attribute, evaluating and prioritizing of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs in ascending order based on the average scores and rankings took three ports of the entrepreneurial aspects via critical technology method. The results showed that, among all the studied ports, Anzali port, total entrepreneurial indices are within the critical range of the designed matrix. Implementation of the outcomes of this study will provide an increase in labor productivity. The study population includes the elite employees of a defense organization.         Regarding the significance of culture and cultural and art organizations in the community cultural growth, and according to the leadership signifiacnce in the organizations, the present research is conducted to determine and rank effective leadership components in cultural and art organizations through an Iranian Islamic approach using fuzzy Delphi method. Following literature review and research background and interviewing some experts, 22 components were identified and exposed to the experts through a questionnaire. The research seeks to identify, in the context of universities, the components of spiritual leadership and its impact on organizational health. The research method in this study is content analysis and scrolling. In this research, entering the universities of northeastern Iran and using the interviewing tool, we discovered the components of spiritual leadership, which consists of analyzing the interviews of the experts, 11 components including transformational, psychological integrity, meaningfulness, performance feedback, organizational commitment, membership, faith, altruism, vision, value-based and social capital model were achieved at three levels: individual, group and organizational. In order to confirm the data strength in the qualitative part of this research, credibility, reliability, dependability and portability were used.         In recent years, with the advances made in the field of communication, the provision of educational services in various dimensions worldwide has become more evident but what makes it more important for organizations is the existence of an optimal communication model to make it more tangible for organizational learning and helps organizations advance their goals. This research is aimed at designing an effective communication model for learning in organizations' education, which has been done using qualitative methods and approach based on the grounded theory. Data collection tools were semi-structured interviews and interviews were conducted with 15 managers, teachers and staff members of Mellat Bank to collect information using a targeted sampling method.Data analysis was conducted in three stages: open coding, axial coding and selective coding, and based on this, a qualitative research model was designed. The results of this study indicate that the extraction of over 678 codes from interviews has 197 concepts and 27 categories that have been considered as a paradigmatic model including the effectiveness of organizational education as a pivotal phenomenon and causative conditions, interventional conditions, strategies and consequential factors.         The main aim of this study is to explore and explain the antecedents of emotional climate of organization, and to introduce its components in National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company (Khorasan Razavi). This is a qualitative research study, which is based on content analysis strategy. The data were collected through semi - structured interviews, and the analysis was done by the qualitative content analysis. The statistical population consisted of all employees of National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company in Khorasan Razavi District, and the sample was selected by using purposeful sampling up to the theoretical saturation and sampling adequacy of 19 people. The findings showed that the antecedents of the emotional climate of organization can be grouped into seventeen categories, including manager’s characteristics, meritocracy, respecting employees, corporate reputation, political parties, self-interest, ranking system, privatization, administrative rules, compensation system, organizational ethics, external environment of the organization, organizational justice, knowledge management, conflict, type of work, and job rotation. Recognition of these antecedents and their sub components can help the managers to better understand their organization and make necessary changes to provide a well-managed emotional climate in line with the organizational goals. This behavior must be institutionalized within the heart of that organization's culture. This research is an applied and descriptive correlation study. The statistical population of this study is small and medium enterprise managers in Sanandaj, with the names of small and medium enterprises with 120 companies being announced by Sanandaj industrial partners. Based on the number of companies and the use of the Morgan table, 92 of the owners of these small and medium enterprise were randomly selected. In this study, the questionnaire was used to collect information. After completing the questionnaires, the collected data were analyzed using SPSS software in two descriptive and inferential fields. The results show that organizational culture is related to entrepreneurial behaviors. However, managers of these businesses gave the most value to the fundamental values among the dimensions of organizational culture and also aimed at reversing the relationship with entrepreneurial behaviors. Due to Ignorance of aforementioned concurrent analysis, the relationship between organizational learning and learning in lower scales has been ambiguous, and monitoring the effect of organizational learning on organization performance indicators has been neglected. Hence, whether organizational learning is an effective factor in the amplitude of organization competitive advantages or not has remained a serious question yet. However, a potential solution to this question has got conceivable through the multi-method system modeling perspective. Therefore, influential leaders in the form of a pension will evaluate the amount of production, dissemination, exchange and application of knowledge among their employees in order to achieve organizational goals and improve the performance of the organization. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of individual knowledge management and leadership style on organizational performance in Tehran municipality. The research type is descriptive-survey based on the purpose of the research and the method of data collection. The statistical population of this research is directors, advisers and expert experts of the municipality of Tehran in the highest organizational occupation (three categories) in terms of career 14 - 15 - 16 which is equal to 2467 people. The appropriate sample for this study was 332 people based on Cochran's formula. In this research, a questionnaire was used to collect data. In order to fit the conceptual model of research and hypothesis testing, structural equation modeling and LISREL software were used. The results of the research show that the variables of individual knowledge management and leadership style have a significant effect on organizational performance of Tehran municipality; also, the effect of individual knowledge management variable on approved leadership style.         Developing a life cycle model of R&D projects is one of the key factors for the success of research organizations. Using a standardized model leads to the creation of a common language between the organization and external providers of products, services and processes. The purpose of this paper is to present a general life cycle model for research and development in research organizations that is approved by various executives, supervisors and auditors. The model presented in this study provides a basis for evaluating the activities of executors and facilitates the evaluation and audit of research and development activities. The model has 4 dimensions, 17 components, 3 key decision points and 156 indicators. Model dimensions include need assessment processes, sample design and construction, manufacturing engineering and production management, and operation and support. The validity of the researcher-made questionnaire was evaluated by 9 experts and 3 questions were omitted. Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.982 was also used to evaluate the reliability of the questionnaire. These results support all the research hypotheses and the rank of the components in each dimension is also determined. According to the results, the need assessment dimension is more important in the life cycle of research and development of research organizations. Using this research model enables research organizations to effectively implement the processes needed for research and development and assists managers and stakeholders in decision making and decision making.         The evaluation of the organizational performance is an important area in management. The significance of the performance evaluation is mainly associated with its necessity for the originations and managers. In other words, if the performance of the organization is not evaluated, its management is hampered. This study aims to examine the relationship between the components of organizational performance evaluation. The research population includes 30 cases chosen from the university lecturers and the elite in the fields of organizational performance evaluation, supply chain, logistics and support. The sample size was determined using the census approach. The research method was descriptive and correlational, and a self-constructed questionnaire—using the Delphi method— was used to collect the data. The validity and reliability of the scale were reported as 0.96 and 0.91, respectively. The obtained data were analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistics in the form of tables and figures. The data were analyzed by Smart PLS and Structural Equation Modeling. Attempts were made to examine all the factors affecting the logistic organizational performance. Therefore, six main factors and 30 minor factors in the form of 101 items were examined. The results showed that infrastructure and input, growth and learning, results and consequences, stakeholders’ satisfaction, finance and procedures were confirmed as main factors of logistic organizational performance evaluation.         The main objective of this research is to investigate the relationship between knowledge management and organizational culture with the mediating role of empowerment staff in Andimeshk city. This research is a descriptive-correlational one in terms of the purpose of applied research and in terms of information gathering, field survey. The statistical population of this study is all managers and deputies of girls and boys in elementary, first, middle and upper secondary schools The second is in Andimeshk city in the academic year 1398-1399, whose number is 196 people. Accordingly, from among the statistical community, 130 school administrators and assistants were selected through stratified sampling method, using a logarithmic chart. Of these, 110 completed questionnaires were completed and finally analyzed. Three standardized questionnaires were prepared to collect data. Validity of the questionnaires was verified as a standard according to the supervisor's opinion. Also, the reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using the Kronbach's alpha method. Knowledge management questionnaire was used with Kronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.74, standardized Robbins organizational culture questionnaire with coefficient of 0.88 and Spreader empowerment questionnaire with a coefficient of 0.78 It turned out. The results of the single-sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test were used to examine the normality of the scores of the main variables of the research (path analysis) to determine the direct causality of the variables, as well as the Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate regression that were analyzed using AMOS18 and SPSS23 software. Finally, the results showed that there is a direct and significant relationship between knowledge management components and organizational culture and knowledge management with organizational empowerment and organizational culture.         The Social Security Administration, as the largest provider of social security in the country, is constantly interacting with the internal and external environment. Therefore, understanding this process leads to a kind of programming based on a realistic view of the dimensions of organizational performance. The purpose of the present study is to provide a structural model of organizational performance dimensions based on environmental changes and opportunities, threats and weaknesses in the organization. This research is based on data type, quantitative and purpose, applied research and method, descriptive correlation and specifically structural equation model. The statistical population of the present study are experts of the Social Security Organization with 13 people and the employees were selected according to the 9 variables observed in the model. Allocation of coefficient 30 with more than 300 estimates in a simple random method was done with equal chance. SPSS software analysis methods and statistical tools have been used to analyze the research data. The results show that the paths of opportunities, strengths, weaknesses and threats have a significant and direct effect on organizational performance and also the values obtained from the coefficient of determination indicate a significant level of effect, which has the greatest effect on strengths and the least effect. Various organizational factors can cause non-hearing (silence) or hearing (voice) opinions of employees. One of the key factors affecting organizational silence or voice is leadership style. The Researches that to survey the impact of organization's leadership style on organizational silence or voice was scattered and do not offer comprehensive result. Accordingly, the present study aimed at meta-analysis of research on the impact of transformational- transactional leadership style on organizational silence or organizational voice. The results of this study indicate that at 95% confidence level, the effect size of transformational leadership style with organizational voice is 0.442 and the effect size of transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style with organizational silence are 0.440 (reversed) and 0.460 (direct), respectively. In other words, Transformational leadership style is driving organizational voice and organizations can have active employees and benefit from their ideas by shift their leadership style from transactional leadership to transformational leadership. Communications that play an important role in organizational success and failure. Therefore, in this research, the impact of culture through justice on organizational paranoia in the Central Telecommunication Company has been investigated. Staff of the Central Telecommunication Company were considered as the statistical population of this research. The present research is purposeful and applied in terms of its methodology. In this regard, while reviewing the subject literature and using library resources, the researcher has used a questionnaire to collect information. Validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by experts and Cronbach's alpha also showed its reliability. According to the sample, questionnaires were distributed among 320 employees and answered to 300 questionnaires. The hypotheses of this study were tested using Lisrel software. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to analyze the data and test the research hypotheses. The results of the research indicated that culture had a positive and significant effect on organizational paranoia, but culture did not have a significant effect on organizational paranoia through justice.         The lean approach seeks to eliminate non-value-added activities and knowledge management to create and apply useable and accessible knowledge for value creation. Therefore, knowledge management is predicted to have a significant impact on the leanness of an organization. On the other hand, despite the fact that the service sector has become a major resource in the economies of the countries, there is little research on how to implement a lean approach in this sector. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of knowledge management on lean service. For this purpose, the dimensions of lean service were first extracted using the grounded theory. In the following, a questionnaire was designed to measure the maturity level of organizations’ knowledge management. Then, structural equation modeling was performed to illustrate the impact of knowledge management on lean service of Payam Noor Universities by using Smart PLS 2 software. The statistical population of this study is all employees, professors, managers and assistants of Payam Noor Universities. Using sample random sampling, 200 questionnaires were distributed to the statistical population, 157 of which were completed and analyzed. After making sure that the measurement and structural models of the research are acceptable, the results suggest that KM plays an important role in improving the lean of Payam Noor Universities. In the field of knowledge management, factors such as knowledge management leadership, organization’s processes, people and knowledge managements’ outcomes have greatest impact on lean service at Payam Noor University. Therefore, managers of Payam Noor University can improve the maturity level of the knowledge management of the organization and then improve the lean status of their organization by focusing on these factors.         This article is aimed to analyze the conceptual territory of inter-organizational learning. We made use of semi structured interviews to collect data and phenomenology as research strategy. To analyze the conceptual territory of the phenomenon, we draw a framework characterizing the meaning, specifications, influential variables, outputs and outcomes in order to develop distinct borders. The meaning of the phenomenon is perceived when factors like 1) sharing, optimizing, and localizing, 2) the perception of succession, 3) feedback getting, monitoring, and modifying would take place. Specifications include pathology, planning, and shared organizing; and usage of collective wisdom; influential factors include extension of virtual collaboration, and usage of outdoor experiences; outcomes include convergence and synergy; and developing learning instructing culture, defections include lack of enough budget and facilities, and the need for economic, managerial and social infrastructures.         Regarding the full-scale economic warfare against the Islamic Republic of Iran and, consequently, the threat of multiple impacts on Iranian organizations, the general policies of resistive economy should be considered as a road map for Confronting crises and economic capability of organizations. Therefore, the attention and focus of this research is on designing a model for assessing the extent to which general policies of resistive economy are realized at the level of government production organizations. In addition to evaluating the performance of a production organization in order to meet the requirements of a resilient economy and identify the status quo, the model can be used to strategically select programs and improvement projects to meet the requirements, based on performance gaps and the pattern of relationships between function and conductor criteria in order to achieve requirements of resistance economics. In this research, the data were collected through reviewing and studying library resources, documents, and using the focus group technique as a complementary method, the method of analysis of the subject was used and the base codes, sub-criteria (basic themes), and the criteria for the model (organizing content) were specified. In the following, using the Structural-Interpretative Modeling (ISM) approach, the main criteria identified were addressed to 25 members of the statistical population in the form of a questionnaire and based on which relations between the criteria and severity of influence or dependence of each criterion were determined.         Innovation is the key to economic development; Therefore, consideration of processes and policies that support innovation should be considered. The purpose of this study is to investigate innovative policies, attitudes and behaviors, considering the changes in the market and technology in knowledge-based companies, technology and growth centers. The research is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive-survey in terms of nature and method. To test the hypotheses, a 78-item questionnaire according to the 5-point Likert scale was used. The statistical population of the study is 600 people employed in more than 180 knowledge-based companies, technology and service growth centers located in the Science and Technology Park of Hamadan province. The sample size is 234 people who have been selected based on Krejcie and Morgan table and one questionnaire has been analyzed from each company. Using Spss software, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated and confirmatory factor analysis was used to evaluate the validity of the structure using Lisrel software. In order to analyze the findings, the path analysis model was used and for the analysis of the mediating variable, the Sobel test was used and for the analysis of the moderator variable, the modified multiple regression test method was used. The results showed that the values supporting innovation, innovative behaviors and innovation norms can have a direct and indirect positive and significant effect on the agility and performance of the company. The results of the mustard test and the adjusted multiple regression test (moderator) indicated that the company's agility plays the role of the mediator variable and technology and market turbulence the role of the moderator variable in the relationship between other variables.         Objective: The research is to broaden the knowledge about the relationship between management control systems and the organization’s strategies in order to design more effective control systems. Since in the current study, the strategy conceptualization is formed in the organizational capabilities’ level –not in the level of strategic choices- the main purpose of the research is to identify suitable control systems for dynamic capabilities development. Methodology: Regarding to the main purpose of the study, positivist paradigm, in general, and the contingent approach, in particular, are used and the cross-sectional survey research strategy is developed to examine the relationship between strategy and control system. Findings: The results showed that in dynamic environments, the relational control systems have a positive relationship with organizational dynamic capabilities, organizational capabilities and organizational performance.         In organizations today, lack of sense of responsibility towards customers prevents effective service to them.The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of employees' perceptions of corporate social responsibilities on organizational pride and customer service commitment in Ahvaz Social Security Organization. This research is applied and descriptive. The statistical population of this research is 210 employees of the Social Security Organization of Khuzestan province. Cochran's formula was used to determine the sample size and the number of samples was estimated to be 126. Sampling in this study was simple random. The data collection tool in this study is a questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by using the content validity method and their reliability was confirmed by calculating Cronbach's alpha. In this study, to investigate and test the hypotheses and conceptual model, the structural equation approach and Smart Pls2 and Spss 19 software were used. The results of examining the hypotheses showed that social responsibility has a positive and significant effect on organizational pride. It also showed that among the dimensions of social responsibility, legal responsibility and humanitarian responsibility are of the highest importance. The results also show that social responsibility and customer service commitment have a positive and significant effect and finally organizational pride has a positive and significant effect on customer service commitment. Methodology: The present study is a developmental and, in terms of approach, a mixture of both qualitative and quantitative. The data gathering tool was interviewed by experts and a questionnaire. Data analysis is a structural equation modeling technique using Spss and Smartpls software. The number of collected questionnaires was 140, which was collected from the managers of the dairy industry of Mazandaran province by stratified random sampling. Conclusion: The results show that there is a positive and significant effect between the variables of supportive mechanism, leadership, technology, potential absorption capacity, organizational ambidexterity and strategy, on innovation culture. The results also show the positive and significant impact of innovation culture on organizational Ambidexterity, gaining sustainable competitive advantage and implementing innovation.
