Nowadays, knowledge has essential role in achieving strategic objectives and gain competitive advantage. Knowledge should be managed like any other organizational resource. Therefore, one of the most important considerations in order properly implement the knowledge management process, is the identification and Ranking of the factors affecting the implementation of knowledge management. In this research, to identify organizational factors affecting the proper implementation of knowledge management, review of the literature was performed and then interpretive structural modeling was used for defining the relations between dimensions and Indicators of effective on implementation of Knowledge Management. The results show that the model contains seven elements: organizational culture, technology, organizational structure, strategy, human resources, leadership and benchmarking. Benchmarking and then technology have the highest driving power, and there are also less dependent on ot her factors, so it is necessary for the successful implementation of knowledge management, they should be given the utmost attention. After that, strategy, structure and leadership have higher driving power and dependence. On The fourth level, culture and human resources are, that have the least driving power and highest dependence. Manuscript profile

Abstract The development of networked organizations usually done by a focal firm (the mother). For this purpose focal firm in addition to defining the strategy of the partner firms and the nature and mechanisms of the network must develop a business model strategy to be implemented at the network. Significance of business model in a network is important as many experts as Zott and Amit realize business model as an engine for network base strategy. In the present study, we look at the issue of collaboration networks business model designed , to reach the goal of this study we consider focal firm as a symbol of collaborative network then we design a business model for focal firm. In this regard, after the literature review, the model presented by Osterwalder (2004) (BMO) was chosen as the Meta model, after that we adding several factors extracted from the literature on design requirements and the formation of networks. Then the model in Delphi process was judged and developed by experts. After confirming the final model by experts to further validate we design questionnaires that given to Academic experts and managers who working in two network, the result of that questionnaires approved the applicability of the model Manuscript profile

In today's world, quick changes have varied the competition and also have faced organizational stakeholders with world’s challenges. In this turbulence environment, Intrapreneurship is functionality that can save today's systems as a new phenomenon in the economy at this critical period and play a more active role in economic development. Today, business excellence models also have an important role to deploy the key factors of organizational success and make performance improvements. These models provide the assessment criteria in both enablers and results and make guidelines for organizations to measure their progress and performance in the field of quality and organizational excellence. So it allows creating the needed infrastructure and capabilities for Intrapreneurship based on the EFQM Excellence Model. Therefore, after identifying the effective factors of implementation Intrapreneurship, these features are classified due to their nature at four main criteria include "leadership", "Policy and Strategy", "employees" and "partnerships, resources and processes" that all of them are the enablers of the EFQM model. This paper presents an analytical modeling method that makes practicable a qualitative relationship between the elements of Intrapreneurship. We used the integrated approach of fuzzy Dematel and fuzzy modeling network analysis to determine the relationship and weight relative importance of each element in model. The results indicated “leadership” at the main criteria level has the most highly effect and “employees” has the most important coefficient. Today, the role of knowledge-based companies has grown as one of the key pillars of the resistance economy. Considering the importance of the ability, expertise, and skills of these companies, consideration of the mental, emotional, and interactive characteristics of the company is an essential precondition for the realization of the goals in the knowledge-based companies. The higher the degree of affiliation of the company to the knowledge workers, the more meaningful the concept of performance management will be. However, so far, in the field of knowledge workers' performance, it has been evaluating the performance of these categories of employees. The prevailing characteristics of performance evaluation systems can be seen as the tangent, downside, downside and low level of integrity and effectiveness of the entire system. The research is composed of two stages. With a library study and a review of the research background, an eight-stage performance management model process was extracted. In the first step, after interviewing 16 experts , using the qualitative method of the analysis, the dimensions (stages) of the performance management process of knowledge workers were analyzed. In the second step, the research was conducted using the Structural-Interpretative Modeling (ISM) approach and the use of expert judgment to design a model for the performance management process of knowledge workers in knowledgeable Based companies. Considering worldwide development of Maintenance Management models, it is essential for organizations to pay attention to environmental differences among various organizations in order to achieve success and make their required model compatible with specific circumstances of their own organization. In the following research, developing one executive model of maintenance management has occurred applying ISM interpretational structuring theory. In order to achieve this; firstly, the components that have composed maintenance management model have been revealed applying prior studies and interviews. The conclusion of this stage is identifying 56 sub-component and 14 component in the form of 6 essential components. In the next stage, in order to create communication and sequence between the components and constituents, interpretational structuring model has been applied. In the mentioned procedure, the structure of maintenance management has been extracted based on reporters' ideas and performed analysis. The results indicate that six basic components (leadership, foundation, methodologies and foundations, support, improvement and Excellency) constitute fundamental basis of every maintenance management in every organization and other components and sub-components being researched are initiated from these six components and eventually, they would lead to improvement and Excellency of the organization. Sustainability of energy supplying in the world depends on the quality of its utilization, optimal planning and usage strategies. One of the most important sources of clean, inexpensive and affordable energy is Natural Gas. While production of this source by producer countries, such as Iran, is constantly increasing (about 4 percent annually) and more than 30 million tons per year, but the "Energy Deprived Population" is an undeniable fact that has hit billions of inhabitants the planet does not have access to safe and clean energy. Precisely, about 3 billion people in the world do not have access to clean and sustainable energy. From the economic point of view, in case of proper planning and applying the appropriate Business Models, gas supply and demand, while achieving the optimal balance point, will have a more stable status in the long run, despite better cash flow and turnover. On the other hand, a large part of the social, economic and environmental problems which are caused by the abuse of natural resources of energy in various societies; enforces the Gas exporting countries to think and find innovative Business Models to overcome such issues. Undoubtedly, one effective approach that effectively affects the energy exporters on target markets and will able them to develop the market is Entrepreneurial Marketing and its application in new Business Models. In this research, has been attempted based on entrepreneurial approach, innovative and critical attitude at classical marketing (such as 4Ps) for the Gas market, thru applied methods from case studies, online resources, and companies website, by content and cross-sectional analysis have grasped the similarities and differences between selected Business Models. Then based on the overall findings and their comparison, the key features for the Business Models of energy market were presented. Analyzing of the above data has led to introduce the foundations for creating a Business Model to meet the basic needs of a deprived energy community, which will bring prosperity for the target population and open a large and untapped socioeconomic market for the energy exporters. Today, bank Businesses are pressured by their stakeholders to address sustainability issues in their activities. Consequently, attention to sustainability and social responsibility in the banking business is increasing day by day. Accordingly, the main purpose of this study is to provide a framework for sustainability in bank Business. To this end, by using the Meta-synthesis approach, the 268 open codes related to sustainability in the banking industry were extracted from related articles and related studies and these open codes formed 59 axial codes. Then, these axial codes were categorized based on similarities in concepts to 10 themes of economic partnership, financial factors, energy use, environmental action, community participation, development of human resources, customer relationship, products and services, human rights issue , and governance. In the following, they were categorized into four including economic, social, and environmental and governance sustainability. Moreover, ISM structured the relationships between the themes while leveling them in a structural model based on the experts’ interprets. According to the results, the theme of human rights is at the lowest level and considered as the basis for bank sustainability. Investment management in life insurance is very important because of its specific features. Unlike other insurance policies, life insurance is long-term and focused mainly on return on investment. Also, due to the 85% participation of insurers in the surplus of interest, the surplus in a period has little income for the insurance company, but the insurance company has a guaranteed return on the deficit. In addition, high return is one of the main factors of insurance companies competition in marketing. Also, insurance companies need to make sure they have enough liquidity to fulfill their obligations. Despite the fundamental differences between life insurance and property and liability insurance, No 60 Central Insurance Regulations do not differentiate between the investment of the above insurance reserves. In this study, we designed a portfolio optimization model for life insurance investments. Accordingly, the Markov Switching Vector Auto Regressive based on ideal optimization with contrasting goals set with the actual performance of the company. Optimization has been made in the portfolio of life insurance based on Moalem Insurance Company from 2012 to 2016. Investment weights have been implemented by simulating the Markov Switching VAR model with optimization objectives including maximizing insurance returns, minimizing shortfall, maximizing policyholder returns and minimizing liquidity shortages. Based on the results, the ideal planning optimization model produces more returns than the actual returns of the insurance and performs better in other objectives. As a result, this approach can be used to optimize life insurance investment portfolios in insurance companies. Manuscript profile

Objective: In Iran policymaking in higher education has been done by using a bureaucratic approach regardless of market and real demand for the disciplines, in recent years. Ignorance of the students’ priorities and their attitudes in choosing field of study has led to the unbalanced development of the higher education system and inability to respond to the needs of society. The aim of this study is to identify, evaluate and model effective factors in the utility of disciplines based on students’ attitudes. Methods: In this exploratory study, the private utility factors of disciplines from the students' points of view, in Tehran universities, were identified, categorized and analyzed simultaneously using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling technique (PLS-SEM) and Smart PLS 3.2.9 software. Results: The initial model of private utility of disciplines in this study had 5 constructs and 29 indicators, while the final model includes 3 constructs and 13 indicators. Finally, in addition to multi-group analysis for some nominal variables, the model and Private Utility Function for disciplines were presented. Private Utility Function can be used to measure and compare disciplines utility scores. Conclusion: This study contributes to the need for demand analysis of disciplines in policymaking in higher education. The final model showed that the private utility of disciplines depends on 3 constructs: field-characteristics, university-characteristics and job-characteristics. The students declared that only 13 of 29 indicators, were asked for, are important in choosing a field of study and the cost is not an effective variable. Based on the results, it is suggested that higher education policymakers focus on the constructs and indicators in order to lead students to prioritized area in development programs of country and manage the demand for other disciplines. Since, the cost was not an important variable in final model, financing policies for disciplines could be revised to optimize the government budget allocation. Manuscript profile

Current researches on supply chain management (SCM) in manufacturing industries are not directly applicable to construction industry. The application of SCM in the construction industry is associated with serious difficulties such as transient nature and uniqueness of construction projects, coordination problems, unrepeatable interactions and contextual differences in the manufacturing and construction industry. One of the models with the capability of complexity management is viable system model (VSM) which is rooted in organizational cybernetics. The model states that in order to achieve viability, each organization must perform certain activities and certain relationships must be established between these activities. VSM, employed to diagnose a supply chain of an Iranian Petrochemical Construction project based on the proposed methodology that includes three steps, case study selection, system identification and system diagnosis. This led to a model development as well as identification of the weaknesses of the construction supply chain (CSC). The validity of the research methodology and findings has been confirmed through multiple qualitative criteria. The research innovation is application of VSM to diagnose a CSC in combination with case study method in order to design a model and accordingly identification of the weaknesses and bottlenecks over the whole model via a systemic approach. Resistance economy as an economic strategy to face the dependent economy and in response to the arrogant global sanctions against Iran, has been emphasized by the Supreme Leader. Resistance economy seeks to reduce vulnerability to external threats, prevent crises, and review current inefficient economic structures and systems. In the resistance economy, the effort is to reduce dependencies and make maximum use of the advantages of domestic production. Therefore, it is necessary to redesign the business models of Iranian enterprises based on this approach. In this regard, this research has compiled and explained the conceptual framework, dimensions and components of the business model based on the resistance economy approach. The approach of this qualitative research and the research method is meta-synthesis, which follows the seven-stage model of Sandelowski. In the first step, the Supreme Leader's statements regarding the resistance economy, as well as articles and research collections on the concepts of resilience and business models were carefully collected and studied. Then, the conceptual framework of business was identified with the resistance economy approach. In the following, the influencing factors on the design of the business model with the resistance economy approach were identified. For this purpose, 32 studies that were directly related to the research subject were selected and analyzed through MAXQDA software, and 169 codes were identified. In the next step, after categorizing the similar codes, finally 34 code titles were selected in the form of 9 topics and presented in the framework of the conceptual model of the research. Green human resources management, as a strong tool that takes the role of human factors, can help organizations to fulfill their social responsibilities in order to protect the environment. This research has been carried out with the aim of systematically reviewing previous researches in the field of green human resources management, as well as identifying key elements and providing a structural model to implement the green human resources management process in the chemical and petrochemical industries of Bushehr province. By studying thematic literature and using the textual content analysis approach, six basic indicators were counted, and in order to localize them in order to implement green human resources management in the chemical and petrochemical industries, the Delphi technique was used in three rounds. The statistical population of the research was formed by managers and experts familiar with the subject and working in the field of petrochemical industries. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data, and its validity and reliability were also confirmed. In order to design the structural model of the effective indicators for the implementation of the green human resources management process, the interpretive structural modeling approach in the fuzzy environment was used to manage linguistic ambiguities in judgments. The results of the modeling and analysis of Mik Mak showed that individual, group and organizational indicators are among the basic and influential indicators in the field of Sabza's human resources management; Therefore, managers are suggested to emphasize and pay more attention to this group of indicators. The start-up businesses' effort to maintain and develop themselves has made it necessary to study the concept of marketing. On the one hand, with the advent of the technological era, which is full of contradictions, cooperation, and communications, the digital marketing approach is of a role in which the antecedents and their consequences on these businesses become necessary. In terms of orientation, the current research is fundamental. Based on Saunders' research onion model, our research gets into the interpretive paradigm layer. Our work is inductive rather than analogical, written with a qualitative approach. Library research helped collect the theoretical bases. The research strategy is a case study, and its ultimate goal is to explore the antecedents and consequences of digital marketing. A systematic review and content analysis availed collection and analyzing information. In terms of methodology, the meta-synthesis method has been used to achieve the final goal of the research. For the meta-synthesis of the antecedents and consequences of digital marketing, 422 pieces of research were selected, and the data were analyzed with the help of Nvivo12 software. With a general look at the results obtained from the antecedents and consequences of digital marketing, 12 organizing themes, which included 7 categories of antecedents and 5 categories of consequences, and 489 titles in the form of basic themes, have been determined and introduced. The antecedents included 381 factors affecting digital marketing, and the consequences included 128 factors influencing digital marketing. Manuscript profile

Establishment of the modern managerial systems is one of the most important steps for the excellence of organizations. The European Foundation of Quality Management (EFQM) is one of the technics that has started from Europe during the two recent decades and nowadays many organizations are in the process of implementing this model with- in their managerial domain. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a known nonparametric tool for evaluating the organization’s efficiency. In addition to having the capability to measure the total efficiency of a system, network DEA is able to calculate the efficiency of system components. Since EFQM can be considered as a multi-stage system, existence of network DEA along with it can improve the analysis. In this paper, an integrated model has been suggested based on EFQM and Network DEA for assessing the organization’s operation. For this purpose, at first the EFQM has been considered as a ‘four-stage system’ including leadership (the first stage), activities related to employees, policy, strategy and partnership (the second stage), processes (the third stage), and results (the fourth stage). Then considering 32 sub-criteria in EFQM, input and output variables have been determined for each one of the four stage s and on this basis math form for Network DEA model has been developed for this 4-satge system.
